Mark and Jill (and their talented technicians) did an amazing job on two of my vehicles that each had deer hits within five days of each other. Both cars look better than new! They worked with my insurance company and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

There aren't any honest and fair tow/auto body shops left. This one, however, is family owned and operated. Mark and Jill will take care of you. Do not hesitate to call them!

The team at Richner s did a great job with my car! I needed both doors on the passenger side replaced and had a bit of a time crunch being that I now live out of town and travel a lot for work. Jill provided great customer service and was great to work with. Richner's is the epitome of old fashioned honesty and integrity! They take great pride in their work and do a superb job. Mark and Jill and their crew are wonderful to deal with - they truly care about their customers. When we picked up my husband's F150 which had been keyed from bumper to bumper, you couldn't find a scratch on it! They had made it look brand new.

Jill and Mark Richner run a first class body shop. My newer Honda was rear-ended requiring a replacement bumper cover. I also wanted the front bumper spruced up from a few marks. The first painting resulted in a shade difference that they corrected while assisting me with a rental car time extension because of the paint delay. The car was totally cleaned and now looks like new. Thank you so much Jill and Mark.

We were in a bind as our car was having trouble on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. They were super busy but stopped to do a quick check on if the car could make it another 4 hours to Maryland. I obviously wouldn t be giving them 5 stars if we didn t make it. They were friendly, funny, and professional. Sometimes you just run into good people... and these are good people

I highly recommend Richner's. They go above and beyond customer service and getting the work done as quickly as possible. Also, there was a part sent to them that was not correct which they got on the phone to get the correct part in asap. Also, they do help with return of rentals. Thank you Richner's.
