Friendly service. Great having a service station that still provides heating oil/diesel #2, propane, along with other fuels. Not many seem to continue to do so. Definitely recommend.

I came in for the holiday and woke up next day with a flat, called down they got me in and out in 10 mins! Great service and people. Back on the road with piece of mind I won t be stranded.

Had to stop here due to a flat tire. Worker was super friendly. Got a bit to eat and next day shop next door could get my new tire on.

Had my car fixed there and everyone was knowledgeable and service was quick. I was greeted upon lol arrival and thanked when leaving. Very good place.

Called 3 times to make an appointment for an oil change and another the next day with no pick up or response. Even had their number 2 prompt transfer me to the service department with still no answer. All the person said was,"They should be there."I have no idea how my other family members make appointments here.

After a horrible experience with my previous mechanic, I took my car to Jack's. They were knowledgeable and were able to fix the problem my previous mechanic could not fix. The technicians were all very professional and the pricing was fair. As a result, I made them my regular mechanic for both my car and my wife's. I would highly recommend Jack's to anyone in the area. Gas prices are on the high side, but propane and kerosene are cheaper than anywhere else in the area. They will fill your 20 lb tank for $20. All of the tank exchanges around want at least $25 and they only have 15 lbs in them.

Remember how Al Bundy would always shout, "No brakes! No brakes!" before crashing into his garage? Yeah that was me, before a friend recommended me to these guys. Both front rotors and brakes were of the past tense, as well as one of my front hub assemblies needed replacing. They took care of all of that for a much better price than my dealership would've charged me.Thanks guys, I'll be coming back!

Picked up a nail, called Jacks, dropped it off in the morning. Fixed by 3, no charge because I bought the tires from them. Always great service, and they stand behind heir products and service!Service: TiresService: Tires

Always stop in here for energy drinks, smokes, and sometimes a snack. The convenience hot food is really good. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well lit. This is a five day a week habit, that I never plan on breaking.

Not the cleanest or fanciest place around but not dirty or bad either. Food is about par for a quick stop type of place. Service is friendly but in stock conditions for some items is unpredictable, at best. Frequent customer and would recommend as a convenient and quick place for typical convenience store/gas station type purchases. Never had any automotive or propane services from Jack's but local opinion seems to be a positive one.Glad that it's locally owned and operated!!

I hope the owner sees this. I took my 2017 Jeep Cherokee there to get the tie rod replaced and realigned. After about a month the car started making rattling noise, the steering didn t feel right. I went to get my tires changed. About a month after my tire was gone. I took it back and told them what they fixed and how my new tires were gone in a month and how it was making noise. They told me the Steering column was bad and it would cost over $2000 To fix it. So I took it to another Mechanic and had him look at it and came to realize that I was lucky to be alive. When they replaced the tie rod they didn t screw it into the steering column all the way and almost fell out. Went back and they laughed at me and said that wasn t the problem. Drives fine now. No noise. Just happy to be alive. When it comes to the breaks, steering, and tires, you go that extra mile to make sure no one dies or gets hurt. They won t touch my car again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Issue: 2009 GM stuck lifter related to AFMWhen I broke down while traveling the turnpike, I frantically punched in auto repair into my smartphone which brought me to Jacks. I found Jacks service department to be very professional and provided great service during my time of need and got me back on my trip as fast as possible. I would recommend them for any mechanical services. If I lived in the area would bring all my vehicles there. They understood that I was stranded middle of a long multi state trip and they did everything possible to address my needs which including scheduling service outside of normal work hours just to get me on my way.The mechanic Gary G. was spot on in his diagnosis as well as the repairs required. His experiences allowed him and his team the ability to dive deep into working on my engine which was beyond normal scope of their advertised services. He kept me informed during the whole time above what was expected to include sending pictures and a video of the issue. He was able to articulate the issue in a way that I could understand. He also worked with the warranty company on my behalf for the repairs and was able to get all the items/parts that surrounded my issue covered.

My wife bought her car in 2018. Around August, she was having problems with maintaining air in the right front passenger tire. Replaced all 4 tires in October, but was still having to fill the tire every other day. I took it to Jack's, which is right down the street. They said we'll fix it! When it was done, dude gave me a piece of screw and said it was in the tire! Ok, whatever you say. Left there in the snow. By the time I got home, the tire needs air! I've had the same problem since August. But you're trying to play my intelligence. I'll be back in the morning!!!

I called to fuel our furnace yesterday and they scheduled a delivery TODAY! With all the recent snow our drive way was a mess and our driver went up it with ease! #LikeABoss The driver, Greg, was such a sweet man and he was done in NO TIME at all. Quick and easy service!! I will be calling again!! Thank you JACK'S!

Jack's is a gas station with a full service garage behind it. I was getting gas and my steering wheel locked. I walked to the garage and one of the men told me how to fix it. None of the regular stuff was working. He was very kind and correct. What he said worked right away.

I took two trucks there recently to have new rims put on. Truck one had a Mexican threads so the standard lug nuts would not work. so they guy at the counter said he would get some in a cost for me. when I went to pick up they wanted to charge me double what we agreed on. Second they wanted to refuse to put my rims on do to an offset issue. The front tired stuck out and 1.5". They ended up doing it after the disagreement.

I've gotten fuel here a few times. The service inside is friendly and quick. They're breakfast and lunch foods are good quality and allow for a quick return to the road.

Guys seemed knowledgeable but the only thing I didn't like is they put the lug nuts on way to tight and where not torqued properly. Some lug nuts where tighter than others. But the other services where great.

Customer service is very poor. They misrepresented their service. The women who spoke to me was very rude. Don t go there for anything they don t care how their lack of follow through effects their customers.
