When getting major components CHECK THE VIN # on component to make sure it s accurate for what they tell you!!Was sold a transmission w 84k. Got checked VIN when I got home W car fax. They sold me a unit w 163k. My customer is expecting a unit w 84k. Not one w 2x that amount. Now I have to waste my time of 4hours of driving round trip for nothing.

Don't waste your time and money. We called many times for part, and they told me it's available, but we have to pull out the part and call you. Waiting for more than 2 weeks, no body call. I called and told him we don't have it. Unprofessional at all.

Brickyard Auto Stole $3,500 from me. BEWARE of scam scheme operation. After selling me a good engine with 69K miles. I discovered the VIN # on receipt, did not match the tag on the engine that was delivered. Not only did the engine have more than double the miles, it had no compression. Owner did not bother to return my calls, emails, as it was "out of warranty. Lesson learned: Check EVERYTHING- including the paperwork and records, before the 30 day warranty period lapses, and most certainly do not trust this establishment to be honest or accommodating.

Wasted 2 hours to look at a car, priced high and was told minor front end damage but very low miles so worth looking at, gave me keys to look at it with no instructions, start the car and motor knocks since they couldn t bother to tell me there s a hole in the oil pan and it s bone dry. Having common courtesy isn t that hard unless you want to rip people off. I said I d still be interested but not at the price, owner grabbed keys off the counter and snubbed it ll be sold tomorrow. 0/10 do not recommend

bought a vehicle from here and was told all i needed to do was get it inspected and it would be good to go. Turns out they had cleared the engine codes and sold me a car with 4k worth of issues. Do not do business with them when buying their cars. They'll do anything to not let you get the car inspected prior to purchasing and will straight up lie to you. not worth anyones time or risk. now i have a dud of a vehicle

Brickyard sold me a fender with a slight bend on the edge that wasn't obvious to the eye until installed on the vehicle. When I called to have the part returned they refused to refund me claiming that I was the one who bent the part. I really wanted to like this yard, however their customer service and lack of willingness to return a part that was damaged is unreasonable and results in a loss of business for me. Find another yard.

I was looking at buying a $22k truck that had a rebuilt title and wanted to have them take it to a garage 2 minutes down the road that would do the enhanced inspection needed after I purchased it. We wanted to have them look it over to make sure it would pass before we spent 7 hours driving and money on turnpike tolls. Called 10 times over the span of 3 days and each time we called, he said he would take it to the garage by the end of the day, but that's what he said every time. Called back again on the 3rd day and he said he would have it to the garage in the afternoon. Called in the afternoon, as we were hoping to get the truck the next day and would need a cashiers check, and Pat was extremely rude. When we called he said "Oh, it's this guy again" to the other worker. He also said that "he doesn't usually serve it up on a cushy pillow and that we should go to a dealership and spend 45k if that's what you want." We were extremely disappointed, as we were very interested in the truck. This is certainly not the way to run a business and not the way we wanted it to turn out. Kind of makes me suspicious if it would've passed inspection like he assured it would. We don't normally post reviews like this or complain about businesses, but this was unacceptable.

Reviews are correct! Wasted a week! having to call to see about a part I ordered to be told they didn t have it after paying. No call or anything from anyone about it. Im sure I will have to wait another week to get my money back.

Needed to find a side mirror for a Kia Soul. They were efficient and extremely professional. In addition, they were kind and friendly well worth the drive from Pittsburgh!

I bought a truck back on May 23, it was suppose to be delivered no later than May 27 but did not happen until June 8 and that's after numerous back and forth and the endless excuses he kept giving me. BTW, we are only 4-5 hours. I had to delay my travel plans for a week because of his endless lies. I canceled the order multiple times and the sales guy (Patrick) would beg for yet another day. I had to pay someone to receive and inspect the truck as I was out of town by then and Patrick agreed to provide me $250 credit on June 1 to keep the deal and has since been telling me numerous times that it is coming. It is almost 7 weeks later and still telling the same lies. Moreover, he had the incorrect name on the bill of sale which by the way showed up a week after the truck. He's been also telling me that the corrected bill of sale is also on the way since then and multiple times as well. This is definitely and by far the worst experience in my life, never thought someone can lie so often without any shame. The small credit (for a $11k transaction) and the corrected bill of sale are such simple and quick matters, it is beyond me how he can still be in business with such terrible and dishonest service. I have all the exchanges saved and happy to share with anyone interested. In fact, he even sent me a picture of a package with tracking info saying it had the money order for the refund and the corrected bill of sale. That package still shows as pre-shipping on USPS site, basically he went through the trouble to create a label only and never shipped anything. It is amazing he would go through that trouble but to send me the picture is beyond me. I've heard horrible stories of used car salesmen but this is simply too much. We are not the type that complain and hardly ever post reviews but be warned in this case, that business is pretty bad.

Man I tried so hard to get any information from this salvage car repair job and just couldn't get a straight answer. Multiple emails then Multiple Telephone calls. They just avoided answering the question like a 4 year old asked about if he took the chocolate chip cookies trying to avoid lying. Hey we repair the vehicle you just have to get an enhanced inspection which is easily done. Okay if it fails do you repair for free or refund my money? Oh you don't understand they are looking just fot basic stuff. So what is enhanced inspection and if it fails do you warranty the failed items? Well I don't know why you don't understand these cars may not be for you. Some of these cars are in the $30000 range. If I am spending over $30k I want it road legal. Yeah I'll by a wrecked project for under 10k but I won't pay more than that for a brick. Don't buy here without a written guarantee.

This place Just screwed me out of $1.30 a pound on scrap wire. Figured I'd give them a try since they had better pricing on scrap from where I usually go but that doesn't matter much when they give you #3 icw(.70 lb) pricing when every other yard ive gone to gives me #1 icw(2.00 lb) for the same wire. I do NOT recommend this yard for scrapping and I will NOT be giving this company my business going further.

I ordered several parts from brickyard, and they were always great parts! The people are always nice! I just ordered a replacement window and Nicole got it fast and I was able to pick it up same day!! I will be ordering other parts from there and recommending them to friends!

Called for a part needed, guy was very rude, more interested in speaking to the other guy in the background, which wasn t about the business talk, personal conversation, than listening to what I needed. When I interrupted his conversation, to let him know I d be interested in more parts, he put me on hold with the music. Very rude. I ll shop elsewhere, even if I have to purchase the parts new. Needs to be the parts puller, not answering the phone.

We ordered 2 wheels from this establishment on the 15th of march. We called about 4 days later and they told us the wheels had been shipped out on the 18th. Called over 30 times find out where the wheels were and no one could tell us the whereabouts of our order. Understanding that we are in business ourselves, we understand just how hectic day to day operations can be but to wait over 10 days for a shipment that is located in the same state is unacceptable at best.

(VERY HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL PLACE) I was looking for a engine for a 09 subaru impreza 2.5i non turbo so I call brickyard off the carpart.com junkyard forum because they had 2 of them but when I called they only had 1 which I bought because they gave me the best price then the 13 other yards I called. Got the engine home in started my inspection to find the car it was in took a lil harder hit in busted the stationary pulley bolt hole for the timing belt, l called an talked to Joe and took it back to his yard to show him in he worked with me so that I could get the engine fixed. Very nice in respectful people in will be getting my business again for auto parts and salvaged vehicles. Wish this yard was closer but worth the drive.

Ordered from here a few times, driver drops off parts, leaves the invoice and doesn't talk to anyone. Parts are damaged and not usable, but will not come pick them up. Gives the runaround all the time about "broken delivery trucks", other excuses. Will never get my business ever again!

I dont know about this place they wanted me to wire 17k for a Chevy Silverado with supposedly minor damage (but may have very heavy frame damage) and all they want to give me was a hand written receipt. With no letter head on it, and the name on the account was different from name on the business advertising the vehicle. I'm from out of state so I went to a local business that does these kind of deals all the time, and would be doing the repairs on this vehicle. He believes something is wrong with vehicle or the business if they can't produce a purchaser agreement form, That's more detailed, and matches the business that's selling it,that's the only way anyone can hold the seller responsible if the vehicle doesn't show up or isn't as described! I was working with Patrick who was cool but after asking for better documentation and verification of business which takes every bit of ten minutes to do, he stop communicating!! Somthings not right!! I was told to replace a frame on this type of vehicle is at least 4500 and that's in addition to the 4-5k in parts need for the other repairs. Beware ask questions!! Side note: I gave the local company the money for the vehicle over a week ago for this deal, which was the next day after Inquired about the vehicle so I'm not a tire kicker and I'm glad the local company wasn't reckless with my cash!!

The worst salvage yard I have ever worked with. I have not seen a decent part come from this place. They are horrible with returns. Nothing but a rip off

I still have yet to receive a phone call back... Every time I called someone was either at the auction or was too busy. I was even given Pat's cell phone number. I NEVER got a returned call from Pat or anyone else. All I wanted to do was spend money there and purchase a car. Smh...
