I have been going to this place for YEARS and I mean YEARS multiple cars and all, but it has been progressively getting worse. Today was the last straw. I paid almost $150 for them to service my SUV and all I ask for is a decent wash. The lady in front of me was complaining as well about them not vacuuming and leaving trash...their response to get back in line which was already 8 cars long. Of course, when I go check my car, low and behold the same thing. Super unfortunate.

'Upper Darby Special' service is not good anymore. The wipe down inside the car wasn't detailed. There was still dust on the dash, and they used a dirty towel to wipe the hand rest. It was dirtier than before the wash.-------Update: In response to the owner's message, I am not driving 30+ minutes each way to have the car redone. Yes, I gave them the ticket to clean the car. Someone took the car aside to clean the inside, but the job was not done well. It wasn t detailed as it used to be. Despite this, I still tipped well based on past experience. Just like everything these days, costs have gone up and the quality of service has gone down.

Came for an oil change and free wash. While the star is for the oil change, the car wash went sour. After the car went thru the car wash, the dryers were drying the car and one of them was using a razor to remove residue from my driver s side window. He scratched up my tint with the razor (unintentional), but when I bought it to his attention, he told me to talk to the manager. When the manager came, he immediately began to say that the worker did not destroy my tint.. and began walking away from me. I went inside to the cashier to explain what happened- the manager came in as well and we began to argue. I asked him for his name, at which he said David.. I asked for his last name and he said that he wasn t going to tell me and told the cashier not to give me his name. When I asked the cashier again, the cashier responded by telling me that he did not know his name or who he was and that he has nothing to do with the damages to my window. I winded up calling the police, as the manager told me to do because he said that he didn t give a f@$k and was not going to comply. When the police arrived I spoke with him and showed the damages to my tint. The officer went inside and came back out with money to cover the damages to the tint- stating that the worker came forward and admitted what he had done (although I witnessed him with the razor).Although I m certain it was a mistake and he was going over and beyond to clean the glass, it was very dishonest what the manager and cashier was trying to do. Please be very careful with these people. They will damage your car and lie- and stick together to not assume responsibility for the damages. I m grateful that the worker came clean, but you must be careful of them. They certainly lost me as a customer.Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Get my car washed, gas filled and oil changed from this spot! love it been coming here for 5 years now. Even moved away from Delco still come here. Always clean, courteous and honest recommendations for my car.

I always appreciate a Technician who goes the extra mile. I went in for an oil change and a free car wash on a recommendation from a friend. The technician not only completed the oil change but noticed two areas that needed immediate attention. My car had been idling high, running hard and sucking gas like a new born baby being breast fed. Given the fact that the car made an uncomfortable noise I went with one of the two additional recommendations and the sound was gone. The other recommendation given was not addressed at Wash N Lube because that work was done at another shop and apparantly not well. Since it is still under warranty I'm taking it back to get it done right. I definitely love a mecganux/technician who goes the extra mile. By the way the car wash was impeccable. I will be back at Upper Darby WashNLube.

I always bring both of my car here and do the oil change for both because I obviously want free carwash for both of them. And I as well upgrade the wash for the Upper Darby Special just for $15 and they do a really neat and incredible job!

This was our second time here and we were referred by a friend. We continue to come here because of the great customer service that we receive from the two mechanics who usually work together. They do a full service job. They will let you know if there is anything wrong or needed. They are very professional, concerned and caring. I have never been to a mechanic shop where you are given quality work and good customer service.

Never had a bad experience. The workers are always nice and work hard. Prices are competitive, get an express oil change you get your car vacuumed and washed with it. I always go here unless I do the oil change myself. Here as we speak waiting for the cleaning

Great car wash and they cleaned inside windows and vacuumed everything for only 20.00 wash. The is a store inside and I bought 2 nice air fresheners for very reasonable prices. They were very polite and thoroughly cleaned the car both inside and out. Great place. My car looks amazing and smells great.

My partner and I come here all the time to get car washes and oil changes. On occasion we also get the fluids changed here as well. They have reasonable prices considering inflation and the cost at other businesses. I never had an issue coming here except for our recent oil change where we were told they no longer carry Mobil Synthetic oil. This is a popular car wash with both exterior and interior options. They also have Detail service available. If you purchase gas from them, you receive a discount on the car wash price. Overall, I like the convenience and car washing services but I do feel sometimes the interior cleaning is not the best. Overall you'll be happy though. On nice days, you should get to this location very early as I have seen the line go around the corner.

Oil service it's not good i was paying over $100. Weren't putting windshield washer. Car wash don't vacuum good and wipe down good.

They provided great service to my vehicle. The car wash made the exterior shine,after removin all the dirt and grime. The interior detail was satisfactory. All mats and seats were washed as promised. Good overall jab. Pricing is defiantly fair but l have tried cheaper car washes in the area that were just horrible. These guys are the best. They do an oil change also.

I always have a great experience. I usually get the USA special which comes with complete interior armor all. The staff is wonderful and everyone is very professional. If your looking for a quality wash for your car, go here. Selected this location for an oil change based on the reviews which mentioned a free car wash. The oil change was done quickly and professionally, albeit at a higher cost than local competitors. I happily traded the higher price for the free car wash, which I then proceeded into line to receive. After around 20 minutes, I finally reached the front of the line, only to be turned away because I had a roof rack on my car. I explained to the man that I have been through many car washes with my roof rack and never had difficulties, and besides their sign warns patrons that they assume liability for any incurred damage. Nevertheless, the man refused service, and had the line of cars behind me reverse so that I could get out. I didn't receive the car wash, but I did receive a thoroughly embarrassing as well as frustrating experience. If you have a roof rack on your car or SUV, I suggest looking elsewhere.Service: Oil change

They advertise that they close at 6pm but I arrived before 6 and was told they take the last car at 5:30. Waste of a drive but oh well guess it was meant for me to go to the dealership for my oil change anyhow

i love this place been going here getting my car washed for 5years now U better go get yours wont be disappointed and make sure you get the Special when i tell you they are the best i went to get a oil changed today and i need a Engine filter and and a cap filter my engine smelled so good i can smell it though my car if you haven t been here yet what your waiting for thank me later

I strongly recommended this place! My experience was great with the service area and got a free car wash, The service guys were really nice they told me what my car needed specially when they see a woman bringing a car not knowing much about cars they were so truthful and honest! I definitely will bring my car over every time for service oil, filters, etc. Prices affordable!

I decided to try out this place on a busy Friday afternoon. There was a little wait (maybe 5-10 minutes). I got the special (~$27?) and they did an AMAZING job cleaning my car inside and out. Unfortunately I wash not happy with the quality of this wash. Vehicle still had dirt on it. Wasn't excessively dirty before I went.. Tire shine I did it for myself. Paying extra $2 for SUV my car wasn t. I paid $16.00 for the wash which also said it includes drying which makes it so dirty but to me it's the same as it ever was and I still had to dry it after. this car wash was really disappointing people especially the prices you paid for isn t what you ve expecting at all...Services: Clay bar treatment, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

What makes a car wash is the drying of the car because water marks looks just as bad as dirt and the guys at UDWL do a remarkable job and their attention to detail.

Air duct trim mysteriously went missing after an oil change here where I declined the upcharge on adding a transmission flush and new air filter.
