I walked in to ask a question about my tire and the guy was instantly rude, I couldn t even finish my sentence or ask any questions. I brought my car here because my husband and my father in law brings our cars here for service. Since he is out of town for business, it was my FIRST time walking into this establishment. He said, I can t help you, there s two tire shops down the street. Leave your car here or go there. I would have left my car there for service happily, if the first impression wasn t so distasteful. It was embarrassing because others were around. There wasn t a line and as a mother with her son in the car I was in a panic and just wanted assistance and customer service.

What a great team at Rapco -- these guys are now my go-to mechanics! I live in Havertown, and after three years of taking my 2014 Toyota to a local very well-known Toyota service center, I realized that little by little, they were coming up with unnecessary, expensive, and sometimes fictitious car repairs and I would often wait many hours for the work to be completed. I talked to the Rapco team about my concerns, and they gave me honest feedback, took the time to talk with me about the history of repairs, and even inspected a bag of lug nuts I thought was a bit fishy (it wasn't). Rapco is now my trusted team. I really appreciate their expertise, timely turnaround, professionalism, and broad base of knowledge on a range of car makes and models and all kinds of problems. Highly recommend. I'd rather go here than some dealership service center ANY DAY. 100%.

Best shop to bring your auto's. When no one else can fix it or you want to check over a new car.We bring our cars here when we want the best work possible. Going the extra mile is what Rapco is all about.Thanks for the great service on our favorite car, see you next time.

Never will come back. Place is a total rip off. I spent $80 for an oil change and a tire rotation. Some places do the tire rotation and more as part of the oil change bundle for alot cheaper. I had two coupons, which only one could be used. They took the one coupon that was the cheaper of the two to discount. So they saved me $10 instead of $30, shisty!!! I had been coming here the past 5 or so years to finally find out they have been price gouging me for all these years. I have a car inspection due in a couple months. Guess what??? I will not be going to Rapco! There are many other places around here to go to. I chose Rapco bc I thought they did a pretty good job, but not for the price. C-ya Rapco, you lost a customer!

I bring all my classic cars here from way out in Delaware when i want throathy tail pipes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always pleased with the end result.

Just went in for a State Inspection and an oil change.The Whole Team at the Upper Darby location are very Professional.I know they are keeping my 2010 Toyota Camry in Excellent Condition.

Honest straightforward and courteous these guys are close to my home and it took years before I thought to give them a look, so very glad I did.Laser focused on the situation priced to fit a working person's needs.And the job, done well both short and long term.You will fail yourself and your needs if you seek great work elsewhere.

I picked the Rapco brand because my father spoke so highly of his experience in his youth at the other site. I decided to give this location a chance, and they continue to give me the best customer service and car service suggestions. I can honestly say, I m in good hands when I sign up for service at this location. It was my first time here today and I had a wonderful experience. I had an issue with my steering wheel and they immediately knew what the issue was and how to correct it. They also did a great job of fixing problems that another mechanic did not. I was highly impressed with their professionalism, the quality of customer service and the value of their work. The price was very reasonable too, given all the work that needed to be done to my car. Miguel was who I worked with. I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks Rapco-Upper Darby!

Rapco has been my family s garage for 20+ years. They have always done good work at fair prices. I have even heard them tell customers NOT to get work done when they knew the repair was more than the car was worth.

My inspection had expired due to me always working and my original guy couldn't fit me in until next week. Went into this shop expecting the same because it was last minute but the kind men took care of me. They also done the relearn procedure for the sensor on my tires which my previous mechanic didn't do when he replaced the tire. I'm so great full for these guys. I will be returning for future maintenance done on my 2018 cruze. Thank you so again Service: Vehicle Inspection

I've been here on two occasions and I've been satisfied with the experience. Staff is friendly and professional. Had to unexpectedly have a tire replaced in addition to my inspection. Have taken my sons, daughters and father in laws car there and EVERYTIME I was 100% satisfied. Every employee there is professional, courteous and VERY knowledgeable! The guys at the front Steve and Miguel are the BEST!! This place cares about their customers and does not try to over sell you and rip you off. They are as honest as they come! Dont hesitate to take your care here. You will NOT be disappointed.Service: Exhaust

I made an appointment for Wednesday for an instant oil change. I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon to leave overnight and they were able to fit me in that day. I m always nervous taking my car somewhere new for an inspection because I never know if the place is going to try to nickel and dime me but that didn t happen. It s good to know that I can trust Rapco and I ll be bringing my car back again next time.Service: Oil change

Great Service with a SmileI work in the automotive service business for a competitor of Rapcos but we do not do exhaust work. I called them and they were able to take me in right away. When I explained what I wanted done to my new car (performance exhaust installation) they were incredibly helpful. Once they were done with the first part of they invited me to come out to check their work. The second part was new exhaust tips being welded on. They lowered the car so I could hold them exactly where I wanted them And then he tacked them on. Once I was satisfied with their placement they went ahead and finished welding them on. Fair price considering the work they completed for me in about an hour and 15 minutes. These guys are great and I highly recommend them

Great customer service. The guys here know what their doing and talking about. Went in to replace my resonator and they did a great job. They also realize part of my exhaust was hitting the frame of the car so they also fixed that. Definitely will be returning if I need anything else done.

Rapco put in my radiator today and I must say they were amazing. The mechanic was very nice and knowledgeable and Bruce the owner was great. He took me home so i wouldn't have to wait in the shop while my work got done and he picked me up when it was finished. They worked with my budget and I like that. Thank you very much Rapco for making this experience pleasurable. I have never been to an auto shop that I actually took time out to write a review, so hats off to you. Thanks a lot guys. I will tell all my friends.

I hate getting my car serviced. I always feel like I'm being taken for a ride by a shop.This wasn't the case at Rapco. After reading several positive reviews I decided to take my car here after bashing my tire into the sidewalk. You might write me off as unreliable after reading that last line but it can happen to anyone. New neighborhood, not paying attention one morning, and wham!I called and Bruce was very nice on the phone. He asked several questions about the existing tires and after giving him the dimensions of the tire I needed said, "no problem"! I was relieved to hear this because I had taken off from work to get this all sorted out. In the past I've waited for days for a new tire. This once again was not the case at Rapco. I called at 9am, got a complete price (not just a rough estimate) and brought the car in when I wanted (11am that day).Bruce recognized me when I walked in and was helpful the whole time. The quickly fixed up my car and I was on my way.I'll be calling this place next time I need something done on my vehicle.A+

Every now and then you encounter people that are genuinely nice and truly care about others around them. Ones that exceed your expectations and make you smile while delivering quality service. This is what I discovered when I dropped off my car for the first time at Rapco. I cannot say enough nice things about everyone that works there and how they went above and beyond to help me and my wife out. If you are ever hesitant with finding a new auto repair center, trust me, one visit to Rapco and you will feel like you are dropping your car off with a bunch of old friends. Thank you Rapco, you have just earned a customer for life!

Was recommended by a coworker. Not knowing any mechanic in the area. I figured I gave them a try. Customer service was excellent and they were clear with details and explained the issue my car had. It got fix in one day. Will return!!

We've used this shop many times. I believe they do good, honest work.A few times, we had some really unique issues with a car that they had a hard time accurately diagnosing, but they were upfront about what they thought the issue was and did their best to resolve them.For more common issues, they were great. Thanks for the great service!

I took my car yesterday. My wife and I knew we needed a lot of work to be done, and we were a bit overwhelmed that morning. I called, and Miguel was great at easing my nerves, telling me to bring the car in right away, and keeping me constantly updated as the day went on with how my car was doing. They gave me a sense of empowerment in making decisions about my car, but also let me know when a job I recommended they do was not necessary (ex: I thought I needed an alignment, but after they made other repairs, they told me that an alignment wasn't necessary and I could go ahead and save myself the $100). It would have been easy for them to do the unnecessary repairs, but they were honest.They had the car back to me by the end of the day, which was awesome. Anyway, I'm totally going back (but hopefully not too soon!) Thanks to Miguel, Steve, Joey, and everyone who made my day much better than I expected.

Very good experience at Rapco, had some muffler issues and they were fair with the pricing and were able to fix the issue in a couple hours. Didn't try to upsell me on other repairs, which I always appreciate. Everyone was very easy to work with and it was a good vibe overall, I would definitely come back again

I was having car overheating trouble and Rapco was recommended to me. I couldn't be happier to have them check everything out and talk me through the entire process. Not only did the over heating issue get resolved, but I was explained other issues that I should consider getting repaired in the future without the sales pressure to get them fixed same day. I was able to choose a step by step process and fix a few key things and went home with a much less noisy car, a quote and information about future repairs. Bruce was awesome enough to give me a ride to work and pick me back up when the car was done. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommended Rapco to anyone in the area who needs work done!

I was referred to Rapco by a Chevy dealer mechanic working on my Corvette because I would get a much better deal from Rapco. I have been using them now for over 15 years and have built a true trust in their advice, service and price. I have guided many of my friend and family towards them and have been told of only great experiences from them as well. The side reward is I have gotten many more miles out of my vehicles with them taking care of them.

Rapco has been in upper Darby for years and it s because they do good work. I took my car there for some general maintenance and inspection. I had a disagreement about something and without question my problem was addressed and solved immediately. Thanks Steve.
