Super friendly and reasonable! I m not from the area and needed to find a mechanic that was close, and opened early. They got me in right away and really went above and beyond! Thank you again! I ll be recommending this business to those who I know live nearby.

I ve been a customer of another tire/mechanic close to Qyst for 30+ years. I brought my car there last month and was treated with such disrespect that I left with my car. I then went to Qyst for the first time, and I m happy to say they were terrific. They were able to service my car immediately and were fair and friendly. Then a week later they sent a thank-you note! I am happy to be a new customer of Qyst. I can t recommend them highly enough!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I've been going to Qyst for all my car maintenance needs for several years. I've always been pleased with the service. Came here twice for my state inspection, got all new tires, and some repairs on my husband's car. Joe and John F. made my visits easy. Good prices, straight to the point, quality and super fast service! Will definitely be coming back! I had both of my Hondas repaired here years ago and was extremely satisfied. I ve been to a few shops since and moved out of state but will be making the drive back to this location for my repairs. The service and customer service is unmatched!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Came here for my inspection, oil change and to get a tire replaced. The process was so pleasant and simple. Jim was a real pleasure and didn't make me feel like I was pressured into anything the way that other mechanics have made me feel in the past. Terrific service! I have an RV that's 11.5 ft clearance, and 30 ft long, and it can't go on a lift. They had just the facilities I needed and their service was excellent. The price was absolutely fair and I'll be getting my RV oil changed here whenever I'm in the area. Ask for Joe, he's a stand up guy.

Was there twice and was happy. Even got nice thank you cards. Always quoted and honored "out the door" prices.Last visit, needed two tires but they convinced me I should get four. I agreed. Quoted me the price for the extra tires at about $25 less than the first two. Made sense as there are often deals when you buy all four tires. But when the bill came out - gotcha. The second quote did not include tax and disposal,etc. I said you've always quoted out the door price. Joe says - Sorry.They lost a customer. And by the way, no Thank You note this time!Be careful if you go.

Popped a tire while visiting from Iowa. Joe got me 2 tires reasonably priced and got me in right away. The staff seemed professional, although I only did talk to Joe. The facility is nice and organized. Would definitely come back if I needed service while visiting!

I have a 2009 Highlander and Qyst Tire (Lima location) has done all of the maintenance on this vehicle since I bought it. It has 185,00 miles on it. I moved from Wilmington Delaware to the Delaware beaches 2 years ago. I still bring my vehicle up to Qyst (Lima) because I trust them working on my vehicle. I always trust what Tony says needs to be done with my vehicle. He knows that I travel alot and I want my car to be safe. I feel that I could get in my car right now and drive to Florida because the guys have checked my Vehicle for me. I travel over 2 hours to get my car serviced. People at the beach can't believe I do this. I tell them that I really TRUST this company. The people that work at Qyst are wonderful.Thank you.Theresa Walls

Just came in on a Saturday morning to repair a flat tire. They were not that busy due to the holiday season so I was able to get in and out really quick. The two guys working there are nice, approachable, and polite, which is a good thing in service. Their waiting area is nice and cozy, with plenty of magazines and a Keurig. This place will be on my list of repair shops to go to, along with Mid-City Tire.
