Let's face it, if you're still running an elite establishment since 1948, you're doing something right!With new car prices being what they are, I decided to upgrade what I have and I'm very happy I did. Erik and everyone I've encountered in the shop are awesome. Super friendly and professional. They're work is top notch and guaranteed.Located in Upper Darby at 64th and Market, their yellow sign is hard to miss. It may say Perzan Auto Radio; however, radios are not all they do. Possibly a new state of the art radio with a back-up camera would interest you. Maybe window tint & a remote starter (to stay cool in the hot Philly summers and warm in the winters), LED headlights or blind spot assist could upgrade your comfort and improve your driving experience.We spend a lot of time in our vehicles and they deserve not just the investment of routine maintenance but also one or multiple that can transform an older model to a newer one.Reach out to them via their website or the good ole telephone! I met Erik about five years ago when he repaired an audio issue I was having in my 911. They were able to resolve the problem easily.Fast forward to today. I just got my 2021 911 Turbo S returned to me after Erik, David, Leo and the installers worked their magic. I had Xpel Paint Protection Film applied to my entire car. A BlackVue dashcam positioned on the windshield. Additionally, complete radar and laser counter measures were installed. Installation is seamless. The antenna for the radar detector are completely invisible as they are installed behind the front and rear bumpers. Even the display for the radar/laser detector is embedded in the rearview mirror. Extremely impressive. I don t know how anybody could ve done a better job. I don t usually like to use the word perfect but in this case, I can think of no other word to describe the installation and service Perzan Auto Radio provided. As before I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond expectations. Highly professional and skilled.Thanks so much Erik.Neil

Let me begin by saying WOW!! I brought my 2022 Audi Q5 into this establishment today. To get an Auto Remote Start put onto my Audi Q5 which was given to me as a Christmas gift. Both guys at this establishment were above and beyond professional at their job. They took and handled my Audi Q5 with care as if it was their vehicle. From start to finish the job and installation was completed promptly and same day service drop off at 9:00 am pick up at 4:00 pm. Upon pickup they pulled my Audi Q5 out of their work garage s and they helped me download the app for my remote start and took the time to show me how to navigate through the app and how to manually auto start my vehicle with the key s.I will definitely be recommending your establishment for all radio and auto start needs to anyone I know keep up the amazing work .Thank you again

Erik and the team at Perzan Auto Radio installed Apple CarPlay in my Porsche Cayenne. The experience could not have been any better. The integration with the factory/OEM entertainment system is perfect and CarPlay works flawlessly. The price was lower than I expected and the service was stellar. They knew I was coming from a distance to the shop and were ready to take my car in when I arrived. They finished the installation in just over an hour and I was on my way. I'm a very satisfied customer and happy to recommend the shop to anyone looking to work with real professionals.

Went to Dealership because my 2005 f150 radio had no sound but was told that I needed an entire new radio system. My truck being a 2005 the dealerships don t have it, so I was advised to buy aftermarket radio and they helped me with my search. I went ti Perzan in Upper Darby. David & Erik helped me right away, they had JVC radio /CD player at good price to fit my truck I was shocked they installed it in couple hours. David & Erik thank you so much I m so happy. ABSOLUTELY BEST service ever.

Erik and the guys at Pezan are the best. I went there with my 911 as I was experiencing an odd sound in my dash during music playback. Despite the fact that they didn't even install the system they were more than happy to help and eventually they were able to solve the problem. They did install my laser defense system and they did a superb job. They are honest and hardworking as well as knowledgable. Highly recommended. Thanks Erik!

Erik and the guys at Perzan were fantastic. This summer I got a new Kenwood head unit installed. They did a great job installing it, but the unit had some malfunction issues. They took care of me by bringing the vehicle back in for a troubleshoot, and then again for an exchange and reinstall of an upgraded Kenwood unit, all at no additional labor cost.I was already glad I went here, but was especially glad I didn't have to deal with the headache of getting an RMA and exchange on my own. Not to mention it would have taken me an entire weekend to install vs. the couple hours it took the pros here. A+. Thanks guys.

Highly recommend for a car radio install. Erik and team made sure everything worked 100% and walked me through all of the setup--so when I drove off with it, it was already ready to go. Got 2 cars done there because of the great service.

I ve done business several times with this busines, after I was sent here from Toyota, and the way that they handle things is beyond customer satisfaction, from the service, to the level of professionalism, to treating the customer right, I will continue to do business with this shop using my hard earned money, and they deserve way more then 5 stars.

Great place to get any equipment to enhance your vehicle. Eric was so helpful. Showing me a number of times how to use the equipment. My husband has used them for more than twenty years and trusts Perzan for all his needs to protect and enhance his vehicles and now so do l.

The technician was good but the owner. I think hes going to put them out of business. He was scared to do work on a 05 Volvo He gave me a long story about with my car needs. And was saying is very high tech wanted to charge over 5k for a radio and speakers so long story short if he's scared of 05 vehicles then I wouldn't trust him with nothing 06 and up after reading some reviews of that place having people cars for 3 weeks or more

I recently purchased a pre-owned s550 cab with an aftermarket accessory installed by perzan. I had difficulty figuring out how to properly work the accessory.I called and spoke to Eric who was so patient with me and my multiple phone calls and questions to get my system working correctly.This was such a great experience and an example of standing behind your product/work.He saved me so much money and time from having to go to another dealer.Thank you Eric you Rock!!!

These guys are magicians. I bought a lemon and had some issues and they were quickly able to identify the issues with my car. If i brought it to the dealership or a mechanic i would have been charged a fortune but these guys did it for cheap. These guys know their stuff and the staff is so nice. I can't say enough how much I appreciate these guys.

Top notch service. Went here about 10 years ago for a car stereo install and they were quick and know their stuff. Yesterday I went back to get a remote start for my wife. They still are awesome, got it done the same day using the manufacturer's key fob, and even gave a a loaner car for the couple hours it took for the install. Can't recommend enough.

The Perzan team is truly second to none! I took my Camry there after having a terrible experience with another car audio place in North Philly. I was extremely disappointed with the service and the stereo there and came to Perzan for help. David and the team were able to explain what the issues are and rewire a new stereo for me as well as fix an issue with my remote car starter.I am very pleased with the new system and am grateful for the first-class customer service offered at Perzan. I will definitely be back for future services!

Came in to get my dash cam hooked up to my cars fuse box after a failed attempt on my part. The dash cam now works perfectly and they were able to squeeze me in last minute.But there were a few things that I didn't like. The first issue I had was not being told about the price of the job until it was finished and I was already at the counter. At no point in the two hours that I was there had anyone mentioned what the problem was, how they were going to fix it, what fuses they're tapping into or the amount that it would be to fix it. That was a bit annoying, but I can understand that they are busy/stressed and fit me in at the last minute so the communication dropped.Secondly, after everything was finished I go to my car and the passenger side window was down and the hood had been popped. That was frustrating because I got the dashcam after someone ransacked my car and stole stuff out of it. This isn't exactly the state I want my car to be left in after going through something like that.An edit to this review: After getting my dash cam installed I had a problem with my window (the dashcam was attached to the fuse for my driver side window, which they denied). I arrived to the shop and they believed the window had broken on its own, but after an inspection it was because the fuse used wasn't meant to operate the camera and window at the same time. They replaced the fuse, but while they were working on my car the bottom panel of my driver side foot well snapped off, which they taped back into place (it came off in the summer while I was driving). So now I drive without this piece apart of my car.

David and Eric provided phenomenal service. We just had a GPS/multimedia radio monitor installed along with blindspot sensors. They made the process smooth and informative. We didn't know exactly what products we wanted but we knew we wanted safety upgrades as well as bluetooth connection to our 2010 vehicle. David was so friendly, ready to answer all of our questions , and patiently walked us through all the installations once finished. Perzan is now our go to shop, thanks guys!

It was a wonderful experience with Perzan Auto. The service technicians and owners were very professional and helpful.They provided Good service and very transparent. They explained the cost and technical details. They had to spend more than the double time anticipated to complete door repair for my car but charged only the initial amount quoted to me. I will recommend Perzan Auto.

Eric and the rest of the guys at Perzan Auto are awesome. They did a great job with installing a JBL audio system in my Subaru Crosstrek. They are very hard working and go out of their way to get you what you want. Would definitely recommend them for any car audio needs!

Great quick repair on viper alarm while we visited the Philly zoo! The Honda dealer could not fix the viper alarm (in fact they made it worse). Perzan Auto Radio fixed it fast and fixed it right thank you!

I brought a Audi D3 in due to the driver seat deciding to stay in an ucomfortable position. Turned out it was more efficient to replace it. They located one for me,at the most reasonable price. Installed and couldn't be more contented. The efficacy of the men here is on point. Bless up..

I have a Peer to Peer Car Sharing business in Australia "Car Next Door" and we needed some advice on the units that we were installing into the cars to make life simpler for us and our clients.Larry and Erik were extremely helpful in coming up with a solution that is going to save us huge amounts of time, money and effort on installations into new cars. (probably about $300 per car). They got back to me fast, and you can tell that they are genuinely interested in doing whats best for me and my business.So MUCH appreciated, there isnt enough businesses like yours around now days!

I have a Chevy Tahoe with Factory Navigation. I went some where else and had them install a Pioneer navigation unit. After being told "some noise will always be there", I took a chance and contacted Perzan. I talked with Eric (a few times) before letting them (Perzan) try to fix my system. I also decided to add HID headlights. I got my Tahoe back this afternoon, impressed is not strong enough, everything Eric told me, he did, they did!! My system sounds great!! My headlights are awesome! Eric took his time explained everything answered all of my many many questions, never seemed in a rush, I will never go to any other place for auto upgrades! Eric and Larry, thank you!You have a customer for life!

I had an issue with my remote starter that was installed out-of-state. David and the whole team really took the time to diagnose and fix the problem.
