Highly recommend this auto shop to everyone. The place is clean. The mechanics are nice and friendly. The price is very affordable and they are very honest to give you recommendations for your car care. Got my car in and out quickly for state inspection and oil change.

I had great experience with New Panco Auto Repair in Upper Darby. The new management is superlative. They did a fantastic job. I brought my car for state inspection, and they had me in and out quickly. They also discovered a problem with the brakes which saved my life. Their price is very reasonable and is the most affordable in the area.Thank you Joe, you're a good man.

This auto shop is fantastic. I took my car there for some repairs, and they did an excellent job. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to explain everything to me. I felt confident that my car was in good hand. Joe was awesome. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repairs and state inspections.

Just had my first visit to this auto shop. Joe couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. This was by far the most honest auto repair facility I have ever dealt with. Joe was very informative and straight forward. He gave the costs and what was necessary or not, everything "up front ". The service technician completed their work in a timely manner, no standing around.All in all a very positive experience !!

My friend refered me to this shop for the state inspection since this shop just changed new owner. Got the state inspection done for my Lexus and I was more than satisfied since I saved a lot of money going to his shop. Joe, the shop owner work direct with me and made sure to take care of my Lexus to his best ability. I absolutely appreciate his carefulness toward my car. I am so glad I brought my car to this shop for state inspection. This was such a wonderful experience and Joe couldn t have been nicer. He started on time and when the service finished he gave me a couple of recommendations for future service items. I will continue to get my car serviced there as it was such a positive experience!!

There is new management here. Joe is great mechanic. He is honest and friendly. I got my car there for state inspection and some repairs. Everything was done great. Highly recommend!

Brought my car here for quick oil change. Joe did the job super quick and carefully. Get in and get out of the shop in 20 minutes. Absolutely will come back for next service. Highly recommend

Don t go there!!! I took my car for back brake change. I paid $320.00. They put in cheap ones. The next day I had to go back to Boston. On the road my brakes were making weird noise. I ended up spending 7 hours on a 3 hours trip. When I called to let them know about it, they asked what I wanted them to do. Had to pay $400.00 more to put in new and better brakes. Don t go there!!!

I recently took my Truck here for an inspection and was told that I had to pay $80 for the whole thing. OK cool I get The emission sticker done however my Rear brakes didn t pass the safety inspection. So I was told to get them done in order to get the sticker. I said OK, I asked if I had to pay again because I won t have the money It s going to my daughter, not only did the mechanic who did my inspection say no the owner of the shop there Vouched and said no as well. I take my truck back to get the rear brakes checked and was told I have to pay an extra $35 to get it rechecked I was stunned. He tried too say it was a state fee which isn t true. They didn t say anything about a three day policy or a week policy involving repayment or extra payment to get the check up when I was there the first time, they do not stand on their word I do not recommend this place. Take your business else where.

AVOID AT ALL COST READ BELOWI noticed my front passenger side tire making a weird vibration noise while driving over 40mph and decided it was safest decision to get the car checked out because of my daily commute. Upon dropping off the vehicle there was no in sight for the first 10 minutes waiting at the make shift front desk. And finally someone came out the back and I explained the issues. He told me they would take a look but did not have time today and would have to call back tomorrow. And that s when the nightmare started I called back the following day and I was told it would take approximately a week and half to fix the issues but I never received another call after that and was brushed off for weeks. After finally being fed up I took an Uber to the location and I was informed my car was stolen off the lot. I called the police and filed a report. And hope this saves someone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car here on 3/22 to have a door replaced. My car sat at this shop for 4 weeks. After lack of communications from the mechanic I requested to pick my car up on 4/18 due to the mechanic stating no work was completed on my car. The mechanic ignored me 4/18. Then on 4/19 told me he was on his way to shop, there was a delay due to the owner being in the hospital for a week. Upon the mechanic arrival he was told that my car was stolen. I was never informed of my car being stolen and do not even know the initial day it was taken due to the owner not filing a police report. The inert is now saying my car was never there and refuses to take the steps needed to replace my cat even with my proof. Very unprofessional and sketchy. The shop definitely has something to do with my car being missing.. Because I am a female I ve been threaten and not receiving the help I should be

Mannnnnnnnn these people are lying ,They gave me the best and most honest service I ve had in a long time. The mechanic that helped me was a young guy but he was knowledgeable about everything I needed done.To the woman claiming they stole her car, I heard their shop was robbed for a couple of vehicles but if you see the owner he s an older man with not a lot of mobility and his employee doesn t give off thief vibes, it s pretty obvious they had nothing to do with your vehicle being stolen shame on you for placing that kind of blame on the elderly.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I've been taking my cars here for years, and cant say enough good things about this place. The misconception of mechanics overcharging customers is far from the truth here. The service is excellent, the prices are very fair, and the crew is very thorough.I stopped by with a flat tire one day, and the owner plugged it for me on the house!! Those are the things that stand out to me. Customer service goes a long way, and they're doing a heck of a job!

You're correct, I'm not a customer, just a delivery driver. But, I'm just sharing what experience(s) and interactions I have had with your shop.The shops' appearance is clean and orderly. I would take my vehicles there. I'm just curious as to why you responded to my original post and why you contacted my superiors, stating that it was a conflic of interest.But I must say, your shop is the only that doesn't tip. Yes., I'm just a driver but I do have an opinion.With that said..... Two stars. (Attitude)

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL HAVE YOUE CAR STOLEN IF LEFT OVER NIGHT. THE OWNER IS RUDE, MOST LIKELY A SCAMMER, DOES NOT HAVE A SECURITY SYSTEM SO ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My car was stolen on the owners property and they are refusing to take responsibility, return my deposit, give their insurance info, ducking my insurance Company and threatened me not to come speak to anyone at the shop with the police.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
