My car was towed to MEA waiting for insurance appraisal. Minh and his colleague were nice and helpful. My car was declared total loss so I didn't get to use their auto repair service but I'll definitely will be back when I need to.

They were very kind and honest.I asked to check my brake pads and they said it still has a good lifespan. When there is nothing wrong, they tell you honestly instead of trying to rip you off.Also, they were super quick.

Minh is a true master mechanic and craftsman. He can diagnose problems even the dealer has walked away from. His team is attentive to details and looks at the whole car when they service it. He gives a realistic evaluation and stands behind his work. His prices are fair and he treats his customers respectfully.

Took my car to their place that was rear-ended. He declared my car 'total loss' and tried to buy it for 500 bucks. He tried to prove his point by saying that a 2010 Corolla with 153k miles is very old and high-mileage. Later, he asked $2500 cash ($500 up front and 2 weeks time) for fixing the rear frame. I didn't agree and took my car to 'Bruce Auto Body'. He fixed it for $1100 in a week.

My husband paid for two replacement hub bearings and the job was never done. They took our money $300+ for each one and guess what? The problem we had (car shaking so much it feels like the wheels are going to pop off) is still there! An now they refuse to actually fix the problem without paying them more money.

Very good expert mechanics. No B.S with this place. Little expensive, but it worth it. My vehicle has been repaired there several times, and always been satisfied with the service.

Honest mechanic with reasonable prices. Minh will tell you and show what needs to be fixed and explain why. I will definitely use this shop in the future.
