Mike is one of the best managers I have ever spoken to. He is very Honest and does his best to make sure the customer is in a great position. I had a negative when it came to mechanics, but Mike and his team of professionals gave me the space to start trusting again. Thanks Mike!

These guys are great. Fair pricing, and honest work. Mike, the manager, took the initiative to have my after market warranty honored to cover appropriate portion of front end work (which did not need everything another place tried to sell me at twice the cost). AND after rotors and brakes done, at great price, I asked how much more it would have been if I'd upgraded to ceramic pads, Mike said that's what they use for all their brake work. My old Camry is driving tight as a drum now. Thanks!

Considering my previous experience with Meineke in South Philly coming to Meineke in Darby was a breath of fresh air. My partner brought our vehicle here before by way of a collision repair mechanic which made me more comfortable bringing it back. It was good to see Mike there still. Although I didn't recall his name initially, I remembered his face which is what I am better at LOL. It was good to see EXPERIENCED MECHANICS here at Meineke Darby whom have great customer service skills and did great work on the inner and outer tie rods, alignment and splash guard replacements. I truly appreciate the work that was done here. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

Contractors and mechanics are the hardest professionals to trust. Especially when you don t know much about either. While I can t help you with a contractor, these mechanics are fair and the work is done well. Thank you for taking care of my car and bringing back integrity to auto repair!

I don't write much reviews unless I feel as though it's necessary. And this post was very much necessary. I cracked one of my pipes that's attached to the Cadillac converter on my 2017 Buick. Not only was the services in and out, but I was able to get my car repaired at such short notice without being overcharged an arm and a leg. The manager Mike was very professional and kind. I've been to other locations, but I will definitely be returning back to this one if I ever need my car serviced again. Thank you so much for your professionalism and business.-Brittany A.

My car dealership referred me here for a couple warranty repairs. I had been there all morning and it was early afternoon when I asked the service manager how was the work progress going. Instead of checking on it, I was told it was process and when it gets done I will be the first to know which is a totally unacceptable answer. Basically what he said was sit down, shut up, wait..that's how he made me feel...I spent several years as a service manager and service writer. I would have never said that to my customers. If you re not sure what's going on you go ask the tech about the progress and then inform the customer...long story short the work was completed but I wound up taking it to my mechanic due to noise coming from the wheel that was worked on....well the noise was due to the hub bearing that was replaced was not bolted properly...3 out the 4 bolts holding the bearing in place were so loose you can turn them with your fingers....my mechanic grabbed the tire and was able to shake it.....if I had kept driving like that the wheel would have came off....it took about 5 minutes to properly tighten everything up....there is no excuse for not tightening things up..I will never ever go back there for vehicle service...

I arrived a little after 8am, in need of an oil change. I was notified that there were a couple of vehicles ahead of mines and there could be up to a two to three hour wait. However I was finished and rolling away by 8:35am. Not to mention I was highly pleased with the cost and maintenance. This really made my entire day! Thanks to the Meineke MacDade Blvd team

I came to get work done because my check engine came on. The code read that my oil & coolant wasn t getting hot enough. They told me it was my coolant expansion cord. When I got in the car I noticed on my dashboard it was the same thing I told them they said don t worry about that here I am over 1k later the same check engine light is popping up. I just gave up on them.

I recently purchased manafold headers and catalytic converter pipes both bolt on. I wanted it dont right. I wanted perfessionals to do the job so i came to them. Mike told me a price and said for that price he will do everything to make it right They installed it and it was done fast. When i got there i started the car and heard a leak from the front. I told them and they made me wait till closing time. They then sealed the leak. I left and drove down the street and it blew again. I went back 3 times before they refused to fix my car. They said they told me which they did not i needed a flex pipe. Thay have Them on shelf I now have to take it to another shop for repairs and more money. Thanks
