Best family owned auto shop in Upper Darby!!! HONESTY, INTEGRITY and very customer friendly! I was recommended to them and have now recommended others!!! They are not in the business to jack up pricing or recommend services that you do not need! They don't have to meet a monthly quota because they are working for you. After my first visit, I knew I had found my forever auto shop! Give them a try! You will not be disappointed!!!

Experienced, knowledgeable, talented mechanics with Integrity.For 35 yrs all the arguments with the owner revolved around his stubborn refusal to do unnecessary work on my cars.Good honest people can be frustrating.But, he has a monopoly since its the only place I found in decades that I blindly trust for correct vehicle diagnostics & repair-So my wifes' Lexus RC 350 F-Sport & my pampered Camaro 1LE make over an hour long trek to this place whenever any type of serious work is required...

My 2004 Honda Civic wouldn't start. They were able to diagnose the problem in record time. I have finally found honest mechanics!! It's been two weeks and my car is running fine as wine. Thank you to Chuck and the entire team at McCullough's. You Rock!!!!!!

McCullough's Auto Repair has been my family's repair and maintenance shop of choice for 40+ years. The fact that I'm dealing with the same repair guys now that I did back in the day means A LOT! During my long span of using them, I became physically handicapped (neurological injury). The guys now come over and drive my car into the shop for inspections, oil changes, and repairs and bring it back to me. Where else are you going to get loyalty compassion like that? They have maintained at least 4 cars of mine throughout the years. There is no better place in Delco to take your car. They're honest, hard-working, DECENT guys that treat everyone with dignity, respect, and kindness.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I love this place. I think sometimes a bit higher than other places, but I feel like they stand by their work, so it's worth it. I have taken my Camry here and now I take my Murano! The service is good and they are always friendly. I am big on customer service so I will pay extra for that too! Thanks McCullough for wonderful service and good work!

Awesome service. Friendly and respectful! I stopped in on a whim for a 2nd opinion. Not that they confirm my concerns about the previous diagnosis was incorrect but they fixed it on the spot and offered a loaner car while they worked on my car. At no additional charge. This place is amazing. They have me as a forever customer.

This is the only shop I'll go to, I usually do all my own work but when i cant figure it they can. They dont put on parts you bring in but thats becuase they warranty they're work and parts for a year. The 1 and 2 star reviews are a joke it costs at least 20 bucks to do a tire and ive done tie rods if you dont have the right tools it will not work.Service: Wheel alignment

McCullough's Auto Repair is fair, affordable and accurate. Their work is always top-notch. I've been taking my cars there for years. I can't imagine what Gee Man is talking about, but it sounds like he doesn't understand car repair. On what planet can you get your car fixed for free? And I'm guessing the extra $5 was for tax, or maybe a part...who knows, but it sounds very reasonable to me. They came to get you at a gas station and you're complaining about what they charged to fix the problem? Get a grip, Gee Man.

On Friday, 18th August 2017, I got a flat tire. This was the place I went near me after temporally filling the tire (with the emergency air compressor I have). There was only one guy at the front desk who said he can fix a leak. He put a rubber gluey thing between the leak, I think its also called a plug. Anyways, he realized that I was a girl in trouble who probably did not have any idea about prices so he charged me twice the amount. The same thing happened to my friend and her tire fix (at another place near 63rd street) costed her $10 and this guy charged me double the amount. He took twice as long as well. I will never ever go to this place again, even if it means I end up going through more hassle to get my car to another place if I needed too ever again. This place will rip you off. Honest review, please avoid this place, theres a ton of other places on west chester with great customer service and fixed rates where you won't be taken advantage of.

This is a response to GEE MANs review. We got a phone call at 2:15 on July 2, requesting a tow truck because their wheel doesn't turn or something. He was hard to understand due to a language barrier. My boss asked him where he was located, and that we don't have a tow truck but maybe I can help. He said that he was close bye, and had gotten the phone number from the internet on his phone. My boss said OK, that is close, I'll be right over. He grabbed a jack & headed over. There it was, a Nissan Maxima that the inner tie rod had separated from the steering rack. Now I can't expect everyone to know what that means, but it is very dangerous, you can not steer the right front wheel at all... it is disconnected! My boss jacked up the car, and was fortunately able to thread the inner tie rod back on by hand. It takes special tools to tighten it properly, plus it was most likely stripped, but maybe not. He proceeded to tell GEE MAN, who had his wife & small child with him, to follow him back to the shop, so we can make sure it will tighten properly. They arrived, we moved some cars around to get the Maxima on the lift ASAP. My boss proceeded to work on it, and to his surprise it did tighten up, the threads were not too damaged. It had been replaced, obviously incorrectly tightened & secured. He then removed it & installed locktite thread locker and the lock washer, reattached the bellows, they were done. He told them the good news, and also informed them that they need tires badly!My boss then wrote up the invoice, for 1 hour labor, + tax. It actually was 1 hour & 15 minutes time spent, but he decided to keep it under a hundred dollars to help them out. It came to $95.40 with tax. Well, you might have thought he asked them for $1,000! They began yelling, & calling him a crook, and us a rip off and so on. They didn't even think they should have to pay sales tax! Why..... ignorance! They have no idea about proper business, safety, & what danger they were in, and putting others in danger! Their tires are bald, and they didn't even have a car seat for their own young child! They don't belong being on the road, they need to follow our laws & safety rules, IGNORANCE is the only word that I can say.... without ridicule! I don't know what country they were from? This is a common problem that I see day in & day out, something needs to be done about it!
