Horrible! Went to get an oil change, and the guy tried to upsell me on something else, almost $150 more. I told him I didn't have it. 5 minutes later came out and told me something was preventing him from unscrewing the plug that my mechanic "probably had the correct tool for it" But sir why would YOU not have the tool if you guys change oil. Lied to me because I refused to get cheated by him. Horrible!

I usually come here for my oil changes but will not be back. Someone removed my air duct trim and didn t bother to place it back causing me auto issues. I clearly remember that when I last had my oil change here the mechanic really tried to pressure me to buy a new air filter and transmission flush which would have cost me several hundred dollars that I did not have so I declined. From now on I m only getting my oil changed at a place where I can keep an eye on the process vs sit inside with no eye on what s going on.

Refused to give car wash. I came here before I turned in my rental. The car wash offer made them the perfect place to come. Execpt they told me it was complimentary and they didnt have to do it. Car wash was closing as he is telling he this. As I'm waiting for my oil change I'm watching other cars go through the car wash. and now my car is done w/ oil change and now they closed all of a sudden. Bet they wanted all the money they charge even though all the work included was not performed.

All I went for was an oil change and for some odd reason they cut the fabric cover under my car it looks like to steal parts because the oil chamber has a cover of its own that comes off and there was no need to cut anything!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I love to go here for my Oil change and service because Javier takes care of me and remembers me as a loyal customer, sometimes it's the little things like that makes the big difference.

Can't give me a price on an oil change over the phone? They have to see the car or truck first not even an around about estimate.

Overpriced for oil changes every time I go there, they have an excuse as in to why they need more money or can t compete with reasonable pricing offered by other places, Firestone charges me $65 for an oil change and genuinely stand firm on the initial price it s no way I left there paying $132 when I was told $65 initially, the first time they tried to charge me $100 for my oil change and I have a compact car that takes a synthetic blend, always stand firm or they will take advantage of youService: Oil change

The shop was clean, service was great very informative, and helpful. They top fluids off but charge 9.00 dollars for antifreeze.
