Do not go to this place. Once to this place last week in person the try to get a estimate and get my car in the shop. They turned me away and gave me a card saying email them for an estimate within 24 hours and we'll get back to you. Send them an email multiple times they did not get back to me until I asked in the fourth email why are you guys not answering me back do you not want work? They replied back saying you did not put the make of your car and the ear on the pitchers. They said if I adjust it they will get back to me right away, I adjusted it 2 days ago and sent them the email and still have not got a response. I've wasted over a week of my time trying to get hold of these people. Talk to them multiple times just for them to lie to me and push me away when I could have went to another shop and got my work done on my car I don't have time to waste so unprofessional. You lied to my face and person and you lied to my face through email I don't know what kind of business you're running. If you're reading this I wouldn't waste your time dealing with these people they wasted mine and I can't get it back.

I had a good experience with Custom Coach Autobody. The repairs were made in a timely fashion. The staff was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. My car looks great.

John and Christine are the best in the business. Christine is the energized bunny that keeps going:-). Her customer service is impeccable! She s always smiling when speaking with a customer and is reassuring about the work being done. Christine is a gem! John is a comic.! He keeps you laughing when dealing with what can be a daunting task of getting your car fixed. My car looks amazing! I am very happy with the work the guys have done on my car. They are so polite and very professional. The lady receptionist was so lovely, sweet, very great at her job, answered all my questions, helped me, and made sure I could get my estimate for my car. The company is fantastic. I definitely recommend them.

I never thought that I would experience something like this. I had to wait over a month to get fixed plus when I finally got my car back it feels like they have done something with it. It making all kinds of strange noise which I never heard before I brought it to the shop. The worst part is that they lied. They said my vehicle was taken a part for repairs which it not true because one of my friends saw my car parked right in front of their shop the same day. I would not recommend this shop to anyone because I don't want anyone else to experience what I have experienced with them.

I am incredibly impressed with the work done to my car and the assurance that the parts and assembly are backed by Custom Coach. It looks better than when I brought the car in for repairs after a large tree branch fell on my certified used, but brand-new-looking vehicle that I bought 3 weeks prior to needing the repairs. They also were incredibly attentive to address every single concern I had, and I had a lot due to the stress of dealing with the extent of repairs needed so early on in my ownership of this car, and so unexpectedly to me.There were some minor hiccups with communication due to VIN number and parts, delaying the timeline of receiving the vehicle but understandably so as there was a lot to do, and I just want to repeat for emphasis: the car looks incredible.It's nice to know I have a reliable auto-body shop waiting should any other surprise disasters strike. Thanks so much for everything.

This place is great. I had an issue with my vehicle, mainly cosmetic and they were able to fix it for me; even with me just walking in. Now thats not to say you shouldn t make an appointment but they were really great about it. Fast forward a few years later, I needed them again. Once again I dropped by, this time on a busy Friday; and again they were quick, courteous, and friendly. Me and the receptionist chatted while the guys worked on my car and in no time I was back on the road. I would definitely return here if needed but hopefully I won t be needing any auto body work.

They are very friendly, respectful, and it's a pleasant atmosphere. Their staff are very pleasant, Their workmanship is 5 stars ,they are professional and their work is backed up by a guarantee. When working on cars they treat the cars like they would want others to treat their cars , very detailed fixing all related problems quickly and correctly and because the fact that they are very good at what they do they even give you a guarantee . And they stand behind any and all of their work. 5 star business. If i had a situation which i needed to return here for help i would not hesitate they are the best.(5)Stars for sure ask anyone *****

This shop would ve gotten 10 if I could. My daughter 2023 KIA was rear ended by a 18 wheeler and they fixed her car like new, the customer service was A+ also I would recommend this place to everybody I know.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After having my car for a month from being rear ended they did a horrible job car now makes a terrible noise in the trunk. Trunk a car lights don t even match my car. Disappointed and disgusted. No good deed goes unpunished.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Custom Coach staff did an excellent job repairing my car after it was hit in a parking lot. The owners made me feel as though my car was their top priority. I will highly recommend this body shop

Went after hs. Someone looked at my car and said I should get a call the day after with an estimate.I called, they had to talk to the guy and asked me to call a day later in the morning for the estimate.I called, they said that the person who looked at my car doesn't do estimates and I should call a day later to schedule for an estimate since the estimate person is currently not available. Needless to say I went somewhere else instead.

While they had my car they cracked my front windshield and tired to say it was like that beforehand when I have pictures of my car without a crack on it avoid at all costs liars and scammers.

I brought my tired, 1988, BMW in to get some bodywork and painting done. They team who worked with me could not have been more curtious and kind. Constant communication, and the work was complete when they said it would be. My little covertible looks gorgeous !!! Thanks Everyone .. I m excited to drive it again. Best Kelly kellogg
