Been bringing my cars to them for years, til this day!.. I haven't been unsatisfied with a repair job from them...from small to major, they take care of me. Also they are very honest when it comes to your vehicle problems.

The toupee on my parts representative was as ill-fitting as the bent up door exhumed from Al's dustbin. Plus, not even a green toupee could have covered up that reps disdain for anything other than the lunch on which he munched as he crunched the numbers and bunched up the excuses why he couldn't give me a refund because he had no proof who I was. Maybe the toupee cooked his brain better than his excuses. The only reason I gave this chop-slop-shop ANY stars is because the only star with which I dealt there, the parts manager, cooked up a better scheme to uncover the poop beneath the parts dude's toop. So there. At least I remember him. And I ain't bitter, neither.

Exceptional quality. Employees are pleasant and upfront. They do great work. You know when your getting repairs done , your vehicle will be safe and run good. I've always wanted to travel in my own vehicle and not rent a vehicle. Coming to Al's , I feel safe and secure to take my own vehicle on Vacation.

I've known al a long time and has been my auto mechanic just as long. He has alway been there to help me out of a jam one of the best around. Al and crew are very professional and dependable. I cant say enough about how great they are. I can't forget Marie in the office she's a sweetheart and very helpful. She is good at what she does. Thanks guys

Al's Auto Repair is awesome! My dad starting going to Al about 15 yrs ago and always bragged about how amazing his car turned out after Al was done with it and how crazy low his prices are! I stated taking my car there and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Al, Dan and Chris for the amazing job! And thanks to the office girl Marie! She answered all my questions and was great!

First time an American steals from a latino. I paid 4k to get sensors, oil filter, radiator, and steering wheel pump. My truck was parked for a week. Received a text that it was ready. I went to pick it up and had the same issue. I called them and they said to go drop it off and they said that they will go pick up the truck where ever if it breaks down. I took it back to the shop and they said it was fixed i picked it up and they said the trick is slowly going to get better! I called them back no answer, texted the guy no answer! I went to another mechanic and they sent me pictures of how damage the sensors where and the steering wheel. I was taken advantage from these gringos because i spoke broken English. I have the texts and receipts pf the work they never did!!!!

Al's pricing is fair. Work is done right the first time. They are a straight up and up shop and dont try to take advantage of you. I would highly recommend this shop because I am extremely particular about who I let work on my vehicles. When I go to Al's I dont have to worry about any underhandedness typical of most shops that fix one problem and create another to keep you coming back. With Al's you want to come back because you know they do quality work at an affordable price and they stand behind any work they do. Its rare to find a solid shop like this. They make happy customers who become return customers. Ive been to alot of shops in the past but Al's is the only one I will go to from now on. Integrity. Quality. And Trust.They are the Best.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I will never go to this place to get my car repaired here again EVER! Dropped my car off on a Thurs. morning I was told my car was ready on Friday evening went to go pick it up only to be told upon getting there that the car was actually not ready they were closing in 4 minutes and they would be closed Sat. and Sun so I need to wait until Monday probably all day. So no way to get my family around during the weekend no way to get to my weekend job unless I get a rental and that's another 250 bucks. In addition to that they wait until the end of the day on Friday to tell me that the car isn't done so it's to late to get a rental. Horrible way to treat loyal customers we have been going to this shop for several years (over 6 years). Horrible way to treat a customer. In this economy I'm working to jobs l have kids to get to school and a wife with a baby on the way. Oh wait did mention it's mother's day weekend? An $800 repair plus an addition $200 for a rental awful way to treat customers. Car shops on every corner do yourself a favor and drive past this one!

Our Daughters had two softball games on Saturday in Quakertown and Lansdale. My wife s car got a flat tire on Friday night. Al met me at his shop on Friday Night at 10:30 and fixed the tire.Great service, Great Family Man. Because of his incredible service, we were able to get our girls to their games. Thanks AlDom M.

I've been to Al's Auto and had a l work on my car many times he does great work great Diagnostics Maria at the front desk is very helpful and friendly it makes you feel welcome. Overall a great place to get your car worked on

Al's a good mechanical shop they always seem to find the problem with your vehicle. They are a reliable source of help when you're in need. Courtesy workers. Parking is available a relaxed atmosphere.

al's auto has always provided great service to all its customers for 30plus years. It is a shame when angry ex wives and their familys leave false negative reviews Gabrial Dougherty is the ex wives brother who received much discounted work. Als auto has never in installed used parts under false pretense of being new. I highly recommend this repair facility for all of your automotive needs.

Al's shop is the only shop that goes above and beyond satisfying there customers they have very courtesy mechanics that explain your problem to you so that you understand what's going on with your car you won't be disappointed with his work

This man is a scam artist! I took my vehicle to him twice only to find out later when the parts failed that he spray painted them and tweaked them so they seemed new.Stay away at all costs!!!
