Had Nolan's notary switch my wife's registration to her new married name. Paid them the fee and got nothing but a response that the paperwork was sent in. Spoke with them every 2 weeks to follow up and got no results. Was told that the paperwork was resumitted and they did all they could do. Was told that the state was At least 2 months behind on paperwork and they would keep looking into it. After 7 months of no results, I found the form online and submitted it myself. Had the new registration back within 10 days. Do not use these people. Their attitude is terrible and you feel like you are an inconvenience. It's a shame when you pay someone who specializes in a service and they can't get the job done. Should have done it ourselves from beginning

I highly recommend Nolan's, Sam is very friendly and knowledgeable. Each time I visit she is quick and there are no issues. If you need to have any title work done or even a registration you should pay them a visit!

Went there for a title transfer. Provided copy of my driver's license and proof of insurance.. I received the title today with misspelled last name. Called the agency looking for resolution. I was told that it was my mistake for signing off on the forms..I'll cost me over $55.00 to retitled.How about carefully written correct information before handling over important documentation to a client? When you pay for a service you expect accuracy and experience, check your documentation before signing anything from here. Not recommended.

Will give 5 stars once they provide DCNR transfers.Went in recently to transfer an ATV and was told the Williamsport office does it but not here because we are not trained to do DCNR. Any other time I've been to Nolan's to transfer a Motorcycle or Car, no issues and great service.Would rather deal with them here than up the road at the other Notary.

This was a wonderful place to do title changes. Professional and providing fast, friendly service, we were so pleased to be waited on promptly and without all the irksome questions and comments that we have encountered elsewhere.

Not helpful, falsely advertising notary public. Went to transfer motorcycle title and was told they couldn't do it because I needed to go to a notary.
