Came from Virginia to check out a RAM TRX. Logan helped me out with the entire process and was both professional and very enthusiastic. Worked out a deal that was fair to everybody and left very happy. Finance was also awesome. I would recommend you deal with Logan for any needs!

I went into Fairfield ( now Kaiser Bros) in 2020 to buy my first brand new vehicle. I wanted a Jeep Cherokee but did not have the best credit. Logan (sales) & Dave (finance) worked with me and were able to get me in the car I wanted with a payment that worked for me. No one was pushy, and not one person tried to talk to me until i was ready. It is now three years later, and because of my first experience with Kaiser Bros. of Danville, I went back to buy my second brand new vehicle from Logan Witmer. I saw the Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted online, but it was still in transit to the dealership. My son and I went down on a Saturday morning and walked all over the lot looking at the other Grand Cherokees that they had in stock. We were not harassed or pushed by anyone. We talked with Logan when I was ready, and he gave me the prices I asked for so I could get my financing through my bank . Monday morning I called and I bought my car. No hassle, and no pushiness. I worked with Logan through the week, and he took my phone calls and texts with curtisey every time, and I had a lot of questions. I was able to drive my second new car off the lot on Thursday that week. I just want to say thank you to Logan for working with me again!

I took my car in a few months ago to have a recall fixed and get my car inspected and new tires put on. So I'm waiting and they come out and tell me that my car failed inspection because the brakes and rotors were bad and asked if I wanted them to take care of it today and they estimated a 300 dollar fix so I said Not today I'll schedule another appointment for that. A few days later I had another mechanic at a different garage look at my brakes and said they were completely fine and showed me them and put a new inspection sticker on . They made me drive a few days while not having an inspection. I do not recommend this place they steal people's money that don't know any better . They should be ashamed of themselves .

Mark Urick is the best you can ask for in a person. He handled my concerns with care and took time to follow up after my purchase and make sure I did not have any issues. I am blown away by this level of care from a car salesman and the Kaiser brothers team. Thanks Mark!

I brought my Dodge Journey to be fixed here because I was told at another Mechanic that it was a code that only the dealer could read. I explained to them it was over heating and the check engine light was on. So they claimed they found the problem and fixed it for 1700 dollars. The first day of using my vehicle after I brought it home from the shop it started overheating again! So I called them and the only thing they had to say was we will check to see if it was something we did or if it s a new issue. So I brought it back 12/28/21 and they actually still have it there today just figured out the problem on Friday and then going to try and charge me more money to fix the problem that should of been fixed in the first place not that they fixed what they thought was wrong with it instead of finding the actual cause of it! I would not recommend bringing your cars to them

Nice inventory but very aggressive sales tactics. They don t accept a no at all. Forcing you into a vehicle you don t want. Rule of advice shop online. Go to dodge directly so you can get what you want.

My brother took his 2017 jeep renegade in last week for an oil change and inspection, and they said the brake pads and rotors needed replacing, $1200 worth of charges! Brakes and rotors were changed a year ago! Luckily he had the invoice from the last work to prove the same work was done last year. Price was reduced to $600 something, still to much in my opinion.

Service department was very rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn't ever take a vehicle there again if they offered services for free. Not very helpful and not interested in customers asking questions. Hopefully they go out of business. If you get a flyer from them around this time.of year ignore it. It's a fraud , lies and deceptive. They do nothing for you and that's a fact. They will lie and tell you everything is good then turn around and say something different. Contacting state attorney general's office on their practices and false information!

My family bought my Jeep from here in 2010, and we have been taking our cars here ever since. Great service, friendly staff. Obviously you pay a little more for going to the dealer, but you get your vehicle back ASAP and don't have to deal with all the small-mechanic sketchy aspects. Inspections take only a few hours typically, and they are always helpful with quick questions and advice. Happy to have this place nearby.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My father made a purchase on a used 2012 Jeep with hail and engine damage. He was completely trusting of this dealership and 100% taken advantage of. He is on a fixed income (disability). He was also trying to trade in his van which was used for my late mother and it was modified as she had a disability as well. He received NOTHING from the trade in. This jeep with hail and engine damage was on the lot for $23k. He put $4000 down from his savings and was also under the assumption he was getting $4000 for the van, because that is what he was told. He thought that he would have $8000 off of the price, that is not what happened. He got the $4000 off of the price but added insurance so that brought it back up to basically the original price.Thankfully he did purchase the insurance because this lemon of a car has been a headache since day 1. He had the car for a week and the check engine light came on. My father doesn t live in Danville and with gas prices getting higher and higher, he cannot continue to take this jeep back and forth. He has had a rental supplied from this company longer than he has had the car he purchased and is paying monthly for.I would absolutely never do business with this place. They do not have your best interest in mind. They just want to rip you off! Sad to say, but it s the truth!

Amazing service and staff. Tyler is a great guy as well as the rest of the gang. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and courteous(Including the guy we grabbed and stuffed in the backseat to make sure our kids had enough room lol). They bent over backwards to make sure we had a good sales experience. Hopefully the service experience is the same(I'm sure it will be)

Steve was very courteous he sat down beside me to explain what was wrong with my car and what would it take to fix it. He explained the details of what was happening to it and the approximate length of time to get the work done before something got worse.Thank you for your kindness to the crew and staff for making our visit less painless.

Staff was friendly. They explained what was wrong with my car and what they were doing to fix it. They wear masks and are following restriction guidelines. Love the text messaging they have if you need anything or have any questions while they're working on your car.

A pleasure to do business with! Bought a new truck here and had an outstanding experience, couldn't be happier with the deal they gave me! Ask for Shannon in sales she was outstanding! Went out of her way to keep me updated on the process when she was off work! Thanks again!

Honestly would give them no stars if it was an option... they had an excellent and welcoming sales staff but the service department is awful! They nickel and dime you on everything! $56 dollars to replace wiper blades that functioned perfectly in order to pass inspection. They lie and then laugh at you! Not a great experience. Do yourself a favor and try somewhere else.

Over priced ,good luck getting someone to answer a phone or return a call.Bought my 2017 Ram there ,no service after the sale,no one writes or calls to see if you need anything. I tried to buy a new 2020 Ram there when my lease was up,no one ever answered phone so I bought my new truck from Zimmerman in sunbury.

Walked in and not a single staff member was wearing a mask. That should have been my first clue to leave. My parents and I sat down and filled out the paperwork and not a single employee came over to talk to us, tried to wave to one to get his attention and he turned and went in the back. Sat their for 45 minutes and not a single person came to talk to us, another woman that was there was belittled when she said she couldn't afford the car they kept trying to sell her instead of the one she wanted. The man rolled his eyes and stormed off. Dont give this place your business

Horrible experience at this car dealership. We checked out a used car, 17,895$. There were several problems with this car, there was a broken seat that made loud noises when moved as well as chipped paint in the hood, as well as having over 67,000 miles on it. When we asked for a discount on the price, we were talked down to and given 125 dollar discount, not even less than 1 percent of a discount. We figured out later that the discount is the exact amount to fix the broken seat. I would not recommend to buy your cars from here.

My wife and myself traveled all the way from Texas to Fairfield to purchase my new used Dodge Ram. Blake was very helpful in making the trade-in process very comfortable. Fairfield Dodge had the 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 cleaned and ready to roll when I arrived to take my new truck home to Texas. It was a long and pretty rough trip but was well worth it as I do love my Truck. Thanks to Blake and the crew for our purchase. Ed and Trudy

***Caution Service Department, Avoid***We have a van that has always been taken care of on normal scheduled visits to BZ in Lewisburg. We live closer to Fairfield so started taking the car there for service. I'm posting reviews for everyone so they don't get ripped off. I will also be filing with the better business bureau and contacting Doge direct. Our van is driven from Danville to Bloom once a day and during the school year and not much during the summer. Here's a breakdown. We had explained that we don't want to dump a bunch of money into the vehicle, but every time we get it fixed, it's a new problem. I feel like they're ripping people off or they don't know what they're doing.03/28/18. Check engine light. Replaced a bunch of spark plugs, 4 injectors and coil, heater hose assembly. Total cost $1,060.4504/09/18. Check engine light back on. Charge to hook up to system $39.95. Stated that this is totally separate from previous repair a week prior.04/17/18. Fuel pump seal and housing leaking. Van needed a new fuel tank assembly. Total cost $1609.8512/03/18. Check engine light on again, van makes a loud noise over 30mph sometimes. Couldn't get us in for awhile, so we left the van there for 2 weeks until they could look at it on 12/18/18. They stated they couldn't find anything wrong.07/25/19 Check engine light. Couldn't get us in for awhile, so we left the van there while going on vacation. They said the noise from a previous check in December was due to the tires, although the noise went away after they did something to the transmission this repair. They stated the engine light was from the transmission and it needed replacement of trans filter flushing cooler and solenoid range sensor. Total cost $1346.2008/17/19 Picked the vehicle up from the July repair and the next day 08/18/19, check engine light is back on.09/19/19. Brought the van back in. They worked on it for 15 minutes and charged us almost $40, even after telling the manager we shouldn't have to pay the $40 and they said it's a separate issue. Now this time they want $2940 for a catalytic converter.Enough is Enough.

Our most recent service was an emergency drop-off over the weekend. We used the night drop box. Early on Monday morning we were contacted by the service dept. and the repairs were completed by Mid afternoon on Monday! The service dept made room for us on their already busy schedule. Fairfield will be our #1 service provider forever.

On July 27, 2018, we were traveling from western New York State to New Jersey. While on Interstate 80 our check engine light came on and the truck went into limp mode. We pulled off and searched for a dodge dealer and Fairfield of Danville came up. So we called the service department they told us to come over but couldn t guarantee how soon they would get to us. We checked in and within 10 minutes they had our truck in the service department. The mechanic was thorough, checking the codes on the computer and then checking each option out on the truck. It ended up being our turbo. They were able to get it working and we were on our way.We want to thank you so much. You made a very stressful situation bearable. The Holmes family

Got one of those scratch off cash prize flyers in the mail. My sister scratched it and the number matched up under the $2000 cash prize. Seemed legitimate enough that I bothered to stop in. Once you go, they point out your 'Validation Code' which tells you WHICH of the prizes you won....not necessarily the one that your scratch off code matches. Got a fitness tracker bracelet that you can literally buy for $3 on Wish. What a joke. No respect for a company that plays games like that just to get people in the door.

I would give no stars if possible. They sold a truck out from under us. Offered to throw in a warranty if we chose a different truck only to withdraw the offer (that we had in writing) when we went to set up financing.

Ok place to buy but don't expect much after you leave the lot. Service after the sale just just isn't there. They won't even return a phone call with an answer for a simple question. Wish I had not bought here!
