Timely, we were past due on our inspection and not counting the weekend, we were only 2 days without the car. Considerate, they called for even a small expense before proceeding with the repair. Considerate, after approval of the repair, Steve said we could pick up the car in 90 minutes. Within the hour, Steve called back to let us know the car was ready. That call saved us a lot of time picking up the car and with having the car for the rest of our day.

The staff at Werner Brothers were helpful, courteous, and timely. They checked the brakes on my 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S and reported all was in working order. They also completed an all points inspection of the vehicle and reported the car looked in excellent condition. They graciously only charged me $31.30 for their time. Their service provided peace of mind to this mom of a new driver, as the Mini will be primarily driven by her.#customers4lifeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

ZEROTried to rip off my son.$700 for 1 side rear brakes never offering to do both sides which is what you do.They never check drivers side it to was bad$1400 for rotors and padsI did both sides myself$250

I live within walking distant of this place. Had to get my car inspected here. They tried to charge me over $700 to replace one break. They said the break disks on the one side was over heating and other issues.. I ended up taking the tire off my self with my dads help. All the stuff they said wasn't right. Yea there was issues. I ended up looking at the other break on the other side. Found out that side break wasn't working properly either. I don't think they even checked let alone take the tire off to closely inspect the other break. Cost about half of what they said for to fix both breaks. sadly this was the first and last time id take my car there. I had other 4 other family members that were going to go here but told they shouldn't at all after that.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Couldn't be happier with their service. I'm a very picky person when it comes to take my car to a shop. The new service center is very nice and clean.They did the job right and very clean too. My car was returned the same way I dropped it, no funny smells or grease, dirt stains, etc. I can tell they cared about keeping my car clean.The staff is what you expect from a typical "MaAAn" shop. Minimum courtesy and to the point. The work (tires) was done in a timely matter and for a fair price (less that all the major competitors around east York) which made me happy.Give them a call if you are wondering about a repair. I recommend them.

Didn't have any work done here. Just ordered some Weather Tech mats for my car. Shipping was prompt and the prices were the lowest i could find.
