Amazing work, super nice people walked me through the whole process. Originally brought it in for my front bumper but they found more problems and submitted everything for the insurance as a new claim and everything was handled really well. End results speaks for itself! I hope I don t have to ever bring my car here lol but if I do need a new repair this would be the place to bring !

Quality collision did exactly what their name implies. Quality work. All of the staff were pleasant to deal with, no issues with insurance companies, they updated me along the process and it looks brand new!Hopefully I don t have to go back, but if something does happen, it s good to know a place that will do great work.

My car was pretty smashed up from a bear hitting it. Quality Collision made it look brand new again like nothing had ever happened to it. They kept me updated on the progress every few days and were amazing from start to finish! I can't say enough good things about them. They are the absolute best!!

I Hit a deer with my nearly brand new vehicle and was very worried about it ever looking like it did before the accident. I am very particular about my cars and Quality Collision delivered! The staff was so friendly and professional. Answered any questions I had and called with updates every few days to keep me up to speed on the progress of repairs. They worked side by side with my insurance company and everything from start to finish was completely stress free. Thank you Brian, Renee, and Tony! We have brought two of our cars to Quality Collision in Dallas and we can't recommend them highly enough! They do great work and everyone there is always very pleasant and their customer service is excellent. They keep you updated throughout the whole repair process and they have gone above and beyond both times that they've helped us. We would never take our cars anywhere else.

After I hit a deer with my truck I knew I was going to be without a vehicle for a while. The insurance adjuster even told me that it could be months before the vehicle was back. I took my car to these guys based on prior knowledge and reviews from the insurance company. Not only did these guys keep me up to date on where my truck was in the repair process but everything was done faster than I ever expected and I got my truck back in only a few weeks. They were very polite with their service and everything looks like it did originally. There was a slight delay in when I could get my truck in but that's mainly because of parts supply issues in the world today and not a reflection of this vendor. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do I'm definitely going back.Service: Body & Trim

Replaced windshield in 2021 Jeep gladiator Rubicon gorilla glass replacement was from factory did excellent job.I couldn't tell anyone was in vehicle they left it so clean and glass was spotlessly clean.staff were polite and welcoming.

I've used quality collision a number of times in the past and have always had a great experience. The most recent was no exception. They make the process of dealing with vehicle damage claims virtually effortless for the customer. From dealing with the insurance company to the rental car company required hardly any work on my part. Their vehicle damage repair and detailing afterward are excellent. The team at Quality Collision is the best. My family and I pretty much exclusivelyuse QC after accidents. Everyone is so kind and very helpful, and they actually get back to you and keep on things. Not many shops do that. Thank you!

We took our car here after it was damaged in an accident. They did a great job with the mechanical repairs and the body work. You can t tell it was hit at all. Had to wait months to get repair started,then 1 1/2 weeks-my vehicle was damaged lightly on 3 sides, Enterprise met me at your shop-you were the only one who knew it was only 4 an estimate. Thorough job repairing my front and rear bumpers. they even fixed my gas cap, ( it came unattached from the hook at some point and i couldn't get it back on myself and internally decided to ' just live with it' ) which is something very small but it tells me that they really looked everything over before returning my vehicle to me. Extremely happy with their service, which was also completed on a faster time scale than they had initially quote me.

I was in an accident a month ago , 2 days after I had my appointment with them, they were able to take my car and helped get the rental. Before the car was worked on they called to kept me up to date with what was going on then once the car was in the shop being repaired they called every other day with updates. Toyota Van=Deer collision.Absolutely perfect repair.Toyota Highlander=Jackknifed utility trailer sliding backwards on icy driveway. Drivers rear 1/4 panel and bumper crunched badly.Another perfect repair.Service: Painting

I was involved in an accident back in March and my suv needed repairs. I was referred to Quality Collison from my insurance company plus the convenience facility is local. I am very pleased with the results they had done an excellent job. Renee has been a wonderful help to update me status of vehicle from when parts order/arrived to paint process and now the work is completed. I had my truck repaired there about a year ago. Everything was great with the repairs and the people were very professional and polite.I had an issue with my door handle this week and they got me right in and only took about 15-20 minutes and did not charge me for the repair.We will definitely use them in the future for any of our vehicle issues.Thank you!!!

I got into an accident and my car was bruised up pretty bad. My door was dented and couldn t open, huge scrapes all over, and more. Let s just say this business made my car look brand new again. Awesome paint job as well. They were also super friendly. Highly recommended

Took my car to Quality Collision in Dallas, PA to fix some damage from a minor accident. I needed the rear bumper and taillight replaced. They were so accommodating and the customer service was great! Also, my car was done way faster than I expected. When I picked up my car (after hours), I was shocked to see my car was washed AND the floor mats were cleaned. They went above and beyond... Highly recommend!
