Had a leak in my tire and they fixed it for free. Quick and easy. The man I spoke to was Jesse and couldn't be nicer or friendlier. Will definitely take my cars here for all my future needs.

As a generational client of Jack Williams, I was dubious about any new owner. However I couldn t be more pleased with the quality of service and kindness of the staff of Mavis. A special shout out to Jesse who has been quick to take care of my every issue. Highly recommend.

Awesome place & awesome experience. Had a flat and was a little freaked out (new car) plus I'm super new to the area. Staff was very personable quick & reasonably priced. 10/10 will be going back! Shout out to Jesse who helped me he's the man!

Dropped off my car to repair an air leak in one of my tires. Within an hour, they called to say it was done. Great bunch of guys and customer service is impeccable! I would highly recommend. this service station to anyone. Great job guys!!

Awesome people at the old Jack Williams, the manager was awesome. I called the other garage down the road and they were only worried with what form of payment (cash) I d be using ! Jesse listened to my needs and scheduled me an appointment that makes my life way easier. Thanks Jesse, I ll see you on the 12th

Always such a great experience when I bring my car in! Was home from college for winter break and had my state inspection scheduled. They were prompt to call me when they had an appointment available sooner. The staff is efficient and helpful, always providing quality care.

Had a great experience here today. Brought my sisters car in after having to jump it - they very quickly brought my car in and got me a new battery, and patched a slow leak in her tire as well. Super friendly staff in front and back who explained everything as they did it.

I took my car to the Dallas location yesterday since it appeared like I had a hole in my tire. The crew investigated and didn t find anything that would justify the low pressure. They were so honest about it, calibrated all my tires and sent me on my way with no charge! We just moved to PA a few weeks ago, and already found a shop with great customer service. Thank you

Without a doubt always coming back to the Dallas location for everything! I dropped in without an appointment, but they were still able to take care of me in an extremely timely manner. Hospitality was great, the service was wonderful, and I couldn t have asked for a better experience! Not to mention the confidence I felt getting back into the car!

Came here with both my cars in a Sunday and Charlie - the assistant manager was very good. He fixed both flat tires and I was in and out of the door in 15 minutes. He also provided me with several options to buy new tires as my tire thread was wearing down.

I needed to take my car in for an oil change. When I called to schedule my oil change it was nice to find that they were more than willing to work with my schedule and not that I had to work around their schedule. When I went to get my oil changed this morning they were very prompt, courteous and had my car finished in a timely manner. Low pressure in tire upon returning home late at 1am, made appointments for 8am (opening).Was taken right in, tire repaired, on my way in less than 30 mins!!!Wonderful experience.Charlie is a GEM!!!

I went to Jack William's on the Dallas highway and asked if they could fix a tire on my daughter's car. Within 30 minutes I was up and running again. The service was great and I don't have to worry about my daughter driving her car. I would recommend them every time!

Very friendly staff. Super perfessional. We stopped in just 2 minutes before closing for the evening and they welcomed my son and I as if we were the first customers of the day. They helped my son get his car ready for the race in the morning. Thanks!

I can t say enough good things about this Mavis, in the past I felt that after Sam left this place it unfortunately went extremely down hill. Glad I stopped in , Charlie - Jesse & Fernande were all fantastic!!!! When I m ready for tires I ll definitely be back!

Just wanted to drop a line to shout out your amazing crew at your Dallas, PA location. Last Sunday, I had quite the predicament on my hands when I discovered a dead bunny laying inside my bumper, right behind the grill of my car. I tried to find a way to get it out but quickly realized this was not going to be something I could do. I decided to see if your crew could help, and after some laughs, they told me not to worry and assured me they would be able to assist! Within 5 minutes they had my car up on the lift, removed the skid plate and extracted the poor bunny and put my car back together and sent me on my way. I wish I got everyone s names but Charlie and the rest of your crew were absolutely amazing! I ve already returned this week for an oil change and tire rotation.

Who would believe you could find an honest car repair shop?These guys are great! I interacted with Matt and Charlie on my last visit, and like every visit, the staff gave stellar service. They called with updates in a timely manner, they explained the issue and possible remediation, and wished me well and remained polite after I chose not to have the work done. If you love your car, take it to these guys, they'll do you right.Also, they recently rebranded as Mavis, but the service remains awesome, and you can now schedule online!

Wonderful service!!! Needed a tire repaired, Charlie brought me right in and serviced the tire immediately! Even took off the spare I had on and put the repaired tire back on for me. I will definitely return to this location!
