I am very pleased with the sales and service at C. H. Waltz in Dallas. Dave was very responsive to all questions, and email follow-up throughout the sales process. Dave never rushed the experience for me, and I also never felt I was being upsold to something I didn t need. Jim delivered our machine to our property and took the time to go over all features, and aspects of our new machine. Great place! I highly recommend working with them for your next tractor or machine purchase!

My salesman Jim was very helpful in helping me make the right choices for my new tractor! He was courteous, professional and very approachable! The gentleman that delivered my tractor was also wonderful! He answered all my questions and gave me a complete overview of the machine! As a first time Kubota buyer and a woman, the Kubota team I dealt with was off the charts AWESOME! Thank you!!!!!

My Kubota XG850 RTV is on its 3rd starter in 4 years. Neither CHWaltz or Kubota is willing to stand behind their product. To their credit Waltz replaced it last on their dime but not this time. I guess I can look forward to replacing the starter every two years to the tune of $800 plus labor.I will never buy or recommend Kubota products to anyone ever again.If Kubota made their parts available to the after market I could have bought a new starter for ~$165 and done the job myself. Very disappointing.

I don t think I ve ever written a review before, but these guys in Dallas were so good that I feel compelled to share my experience. Jim and Paul in particular are top of the food chain when it comes to equipment, sales and service. I highly recommend CH WALTZ.

Most amazing service I have ever received! Joe came right out as soon as I pulled up with the tractor on the trailer, and immediately began troubleshooting our machine. Very professional and I feel so much better knowing that tractor is in such capable hands, you won t get better service anywhere in this area!! Can t recommend Joe enough!

When I set out to purchase my first mower, there were dozens of options available. I went to C.H. Waltz where I met Joe. He didn t sugarcoat anything and was honest about the ups and downs with certain mowers. I went back several more times with additional questions and instead of running away, he patiently helped me each time. I gained a lot of insight from him that led me to buy a new Kubota mower vs one from the big box stores! David was great to work with on the pricing and purchase. He was timely with all of the paperwork and arranged the delivery of my new Kubota mower at the end of my work day! Jim, who delivered the mower showed me everything I needed to know. I m extremely pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff and look forward to being a customer for years to come!

I ordered a machine with 3 weeks notice. I was told it would be delivered Saturday and picked up Monday. I rented it for 8 hours. With no heads up, they were delivering the machine on Friday around 5:30 pm. I got a text meant for the driver to deliver the correct machine to my house. So I called. That s when I was informed they were coming Friday night. The delivery guy was very nice and professional. When he dropped the machine, it was not the machine I ordered, and they credited the difference. I was unable to get the job done in the 8 hours that I rented the machine. If I had the bigger machine, which I ordered, I would have gotten it done. I never got any kind of apology or anything to acknowledge their screw up. I m not really happy that I m going to have to rent another machine to finish the job, not to mention, it kind of screwed up my family plans for the 4th of July. Will look around for other options to rent the next one. Not to mention, I called them Monday late afternoon to see when they d be picking it up, and they said that the driver had Monday off, so they d pick it up Tuesday morning. Had I realized that they were t going to pick it up until 5 pm, I would have run the machine and paid for the extra day. I didn t like the whole process. I had a set amount to rent a machine to do the job, that has now doubled because of this.

First time customer, great experience, price and instant delivery. Kubota z121s to replace a 15 year old constant problem Toro with only 267 hrs! The machine is really more than expected, great cut and great all around mower. Cant believe the technology in 15 years. This dealer is very professional and I reccomend, good guy's. Thanks!!

Id rate 0 stars if i could. Worst experience ever in a buying process. I couldn't get the time of day from any of the salesman down there. They had my mower there and made me wait over a week for a trade in number that i never got. They repeatedly tried selling me a product i didnt want and told me id be better off just fixing mine. I was willing to pay cash for a 10,000 dollar mower and couldnt even get a response from a salesman. Terrible service. Will never ever go back for anything. Id be happy to drive 60 miles in the wrong direction to give my business to anyone but these guys. Do not recommend

Was not helped at all. For some reason I couldn t get much information back through the employees about the update on the lawn mower I was looking to trade in. I even drove down in person to start talking about trades and talk numbers about a new lawn mower only to be told He s on lunch . My phone calls were ignored multiple times. I ended up going to Marshall Machinery which was a huge difference in customer service to me. I was also over charged for just having my lawn mower picked up and estimated on how much the total would be to fix. Worst customer service I ve ever experienced.Updated response:Not sure who you talked to but the only thing that was provided to me was the number for it to be fixed. Talk to you re employees again because I wanted to go over numbers and was told about one lawn mower but couldn t get anything else because he was on lunch. This review is 100% honest and I ve never been so disappointed by a place. Go watch security footage for proof and start believing the reviews that are left behind.

I only gave them 4 stars because, I gave them a poor review last time for a botched deal. This time, however, everything was as it should be. I got the right machine, delivered And picked up when I was told it would be, and the communication was great as to how it would all happen. Thank you for making things right.

Made an appointment a month ahead for a complete service and two cylinders repacked and replace rpm cable. machine got dropped off on monday. Called a week later ( after I returned from vacation so they had a week) and was told it was ready. Went to get it and nothing was done. Oh they apologized and asked when I could bring it back. I rearranged my work schedule and took it back on Friday for pickup on Tuesday. Everything was done except the rpm cable. The machine had grease all over it. Sad to say the Dallas store is not as good as they use to be.

Dont count on them for delivery. They told me they would deliver machine Thursday late afternoon. I went there 8am Friday and asked them where the machine was. The guy told me when the guy comes in they will deliver it. I asked what time and he said an hour. At 1001 am still no machine so I cancelled the delivery.The machine was in the yard. They didn't have to go get it from another customer. I paid an operator to sit at my house for 3 hours. Not pleasant people

Very friendly. Easy to work with. By far, the Kabota lawn tractor I purchased is the best machine I was ever on. I previously owned a John Deere. I will never go back.

Excellent service knowlagable people sevice all types of equipment. I rented a u17 excavator never operated one before and they showed me how to operate it and when I got it home and off the trailer within five feet off digging had it down now o want to buy one. But anyway excellent to deal with and great rental rates also sale Kubota equipment.
