The guys at NAPA give quick friendly accurate service at fair prices. They installed my new windshield wiper blades fast and took the old blades and packaging for me. Aaahh, I see the difference!

Consistently list parts in stock that I have ordered to pick up and almost every time but once they would call and say they don't have it in stock and the altoona storr doesn't either. Just a real big waste of time so thank you! About the only good thing is AAA Discunt for being a member.

A few times I had to wait a couple minutes because of the workers being on the phone, but other than that this place is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I m not sure about something they don t mind going out of their way to explain something to me.

I needed a spark plug for a snowblower and they had it. I need one for my lawnmower that no one else had and they had it. The lady and guy were really helpful as always.

Some of the people think they know everything. I wanted a new muffler they told me that I was wrong about the one that I need. So I went elsewhere to get the right one. Apparently they were wrong. Napa no way

The service and parts were spot on! The problem is when I took my core back for my refund they told me I would have to come back later they didn't have enough cash! Yeah that didn't sit well!! A company of that size!! I work retail and know there are ways to make it happen!!

Cresson NAPA is the best around. Part that I had to get beat Portage NAPA by 20 dollars. Same exact part.
