This place is awesome!One of my tires had flattened and I got here less than half an hour before they closed, but they were willing to look at it anyway.At first we thought that only one of the tires had a nail in it, but it turned out that both my back tires we're starting to go and needed to be replaced, asap. So, what I thought was only going to be a $15 job, quickly turned into a $200 job.Well, they got the job done very efficiently and provided me with all-around excellent service.The lady at the front desk, Shannon, was really sweet too. She talked with me while I was getting my repairs done, and after hearing I was tight on funds, she was nice enough to gave me a discount.I highly recommend this place to anyone who's in the Skippack/ Creamery area and needs tire repairs or changes done.This place is great!

Amazing service. They let you stay in your car when there are doing small things like plugging a tire and checking the wheel balance. They get busy early. So come when they open or there will be a line. Very honest about things and don t try to milk you for money. Always fix the small things for cheap

They sold me a quality tire at a reasonable price. The techs and the customer service were excellent. I would give them 5 stars except for the long wait and the outdated restroom.

I was told the keys were in my car after service but the keys were no where to be found. Had multiple staff search the car for the keys, search the building and surrounding area. Was told one of the staff might have forgotten it in their pocket and went to lunch but they did not have his phone number to call and ask so I was told to sit and wait for them to get back.. after about 25 minutes, one of the staff wanted to look again and magically the keys were in the car. He said they were sitting near the ignition and then when I questioned him he said they were between the seats. Creamery is definitely not the company it once was.

Great experience! Tires were in stock so no need to wait to order, employees are very friendly, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Best prices in the area on top of all the above!

I ve been going to Creamery Tire for years and am happy to report they are still doing business just as well now as ever. I went in this past week with a slow leak on my back tire. They took a look at it and patched it for free without trying to sell me on a new tire because my current trad level was still good. Highly recommend for trustworthy service!

I went today to get my tires checked for the upcoming winter. The service advisor was very accommodating and honest with me . He didn't try to sell me on new tires or services. I'll definitely be back for sure!!

I ve purchased tires here several times and always been pleased with the staff who are accommodating and friendly. The tires have preformed well each time. The waiting area is clean and bright. My last visit they installed a robotic tire changing system which is wild. There are window reflections in one photo and video.

Not happy. sold known to be unsafe tires, wanted all-weather but turns out these tires slide in the rain as if we are on ice. How can you recommend a brand (GT RADIAL) that is unsafe? Now I am stuck with unsafe tires that I do not feel safe allowing my teenage driver to drive on. Be better, I will not shop here again.*** In response to the owner. ***I did call, and did not get the situation handled. The tires are poor at best in the rain, I can only image how poor they handle in ice and snow. Cheaper tires should only mean that they will not last as long, anything else is unsafe and should not be offered for sale. If you would like to discuss again, feel free to reach out to me.**UPDATE**Called and was able to get car in for a tire exchange. Charged reasonable amount for the difference. New tires (continentals) are way better in the rain. Still not thrilled by the GT RADIAL sale, but happier with the service.

First time customer here. I went in on Monday to purchase 4 new tires so my car will pass inspection. Shannon helped me through the whole process. She came out and inspected the tires and said I actually only needed 2 new tires, so I knew right away they re a trustworthy company and not about pushing sales. She said they would have to order my tires because they didn t carry the brand that was on my vehicle currently. She predicted they would be the next day. I leave, very happy with the awesome service. Later that afternoon I get a call that the tires are in! I couldn t believe it. I said I would be in on Wednesday to get them put on. Wednesday I get there in the morning, they are swamped! 3 hour waiting time. No biggie, Shannon put me in on a waiting list to come back around 1:30pm. Oh did I mention I have a 6month old baby Shannon advised me to call before leaving my home since I have the baby to double check on wait time. I called and was told to bring it right in. I get there and didn t even park my car, a gentleman was waving me down. He took my vehicle right in. Got my tires and alignment done. Didn t wait long. A gentleman came into the waiting area and brought a card reader so I could pay for my alignment, just so I didn t have to lug my baby into the bay. Shannon was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman working alongside Shannon was also very very pleasant. I will definitely be returning! Awesome service by all!

I went to Creamery Tires in Skippack today and had the best customer service experience. Jake was the rep who assisted me. He patched my tire and filled it with air for free. He was honest and friendly. I will recommend Creamery Services to friends and family.

Always a great experience whenever I need tires installed at Creamery. The technicians and service writers are super friendly and beings I am one that likes to see them do the work, they even allowed me to stand safely aside (with mask on) and watch.Need tires installed.. call Creamery! End of story.

I've always had a great experience here. The staff are wonderful and very accomodating, they take the time and explain everything to you which is nice and you get great prices, which is another reason to go here.However I gave 3 stars because we waited over an hour, then we're told they couldn't do anything because they couldn't get the lug nuts off and the company that inspected the vehicle was at fault and sent us on our way...I took it to the shop that did the inspection the next day and mentioned how they were too tight and the hubs might be damaged, etc. He pulled out an impact gun and easily removed each lug nut without any kind of issue and asked, puzzled "which shop did you take it to?"

We got 3 new tires put on for a great price. All employees were SUPER nice and very helpful. Highly recommend this place if you re getting new tires. Great prices unlike big corporate tire companies.

The gentlemen here walked me through my needs and concerns with my tires. They went above and beyond to check on an issue I have with one existing tire and explained what to look for and when to bring the vehicle back. This was completely unexpected today and their reassurance and confidence makes me much more comfortable. Thank you! I will definitely keep coming back and even more strongly be referring customers here.

Always quick service.Update:Service, time and prices have changed drastically.2 - 4 hour wait is the norm.Tire prices higher than my car dealership.

Used to be quick to get tires and wheels balanced. Now they are getting to big and the wait is getting ridiculous. Had to wait 1 hr and 50 minutes to get my car's tires balanced and had to tell the kid which side they go on. He forgot when he took them off. Wish the old times would come back. Your just a number with money now.

I was thoroughly impressed with the way that this team operates. When we normally see a lower price or discount for services what usually happens is the quality of that service is not as good. This is not the case with this organization. I was especially impressed with the lead shop foreman in the way he organized his team. I walked into the store at 6:15 and left by 645. This is not the norm and in most cases it would not of been done. I am very appreciative of the fact that they accommodated me with my busy schedule. I m a service manager with a very busy HVAC company and my schedule is chaotic at best. Their pricing the quality of their work is exceptional. A big thumbs up.John Mack

I have mixed feelings about this place. First off and their saving grace, they have excellent customer service. Calm, collected, they know their products. They are easy to talk to and you can always get someone on the phone quickly. Well done on that front!The perk of free tire rotation and swapping if you buy from them is a super offer. However, unless you get there when they first open, expect to be there for a while. Weekends have a 3 hour wait. There are no appointments which for someone who works, can be rough. If you have time to kill or are retired, this place will probably be just fine. Due to my work schedule, I can never make it right as they open. I bought 3 sets of tires from them last winter. I have been driving around with my snow tires in the back of my SUV for 2 weeks. I call at 10am after work to see if they are busy and they always say multiple hour wait. I usually have to be back at my other job by 1500. I finally gave up and called my mechanic. They got me in right away and I will be only waiting 30 minutes. In the future, I will go back to tire rack and drop shipping to my mechanic for not much more $$ and know I can get a set appointment in and out.Also maybe worth mentioning, I am by no means a car person but I do like to drive. I had no idea I needed alignment done when I got new tires. My new run flats started wearing weird. I went back and was told I never got the initial alignment. I am unsure why that was not brought up when I originally bought the tires and had them installed by the creamary. They got me in to last chance auto right away and the problem was fixed in an hour for $89.So great place if you can be there at 0800. Excellent customer service- 5 stars on that front. If they took appointments I would absolutely use them for my next set of tires.

We've all been to auto service places that just feel slimey and untrustworthy. Today was my first visit to Creamery, and I'm glad to say it was nothing like that at all! Shannon, the other guys at the front desk and the tech were all so pleasant, friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. I got 2 tires and an alignment relatively quickly, and when I need the other 2 done, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to go back to Creamery.

Exceptional place! They replaced the flat tire with a brand new one free of charge due to improper seal done a few weeks ago. Rare to see an honest business nowadays that admitted their error & stepped up to the plate to make it good. I'm sure their honesty will earn them more kudos & business. I'm definitely a lifetime customer here.

These guys from Creamery Tire are just fabulous. they are honest, have fair prices and an outstanding service.I took my car to Audi for regular service and asked them to check tires, alignment, balancing and brakes. They came back with an outrageous quote. Then I remembered I bought my last set of tires with Creamery. I denied services at Audi and went straight to Creamery. They immediately said that rotation and balancing were free because I bought the tires with them and together with alignment (performed by Last Chance Auto at the same location) I basically paid 1/8th of what I was originally quoted. yes, you read well.. 1/8th. I will come back to do the brakes as well.I will continue to give my business to this company for all my tire needs. That is all they do!.
