I previously purchased a truck a few years ago, and I had wonderful experience. So, I recommended Matthew s for my Mother. The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond any other company. They willingly sent an individual to the house at no extra cost, so my home bound Dad could sign paperwork. We had the best service that we could ask for. Extremely happy. Thank you Vince Coates (sales) and Matthew s Motors.

Josh was one of the only reps that was willing to do almost everything over the phone and then we came today to sign paperwork and get the car! Josh was accommodating, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions with honor and integrity for the sale. Great dealership and even better sales rep. Thanks Josh Reinhold!

We had an amazing transaction with Josh Reinhold ( he is wonderful!)from Matthew's Motors. We are now proud owners of an awesome, fully loaded, Grand Caravan. From start on Tuesday, to finish today when Mr. Sandstrom( what a niceman) delivered the car and helped us sign all the paperwork, there was complete courtesy and professionalism. Same for the lovely ladies in the office. I just can't say enough good things. I highly recommend Matthew's Motors if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. And from past experience, they're a wonderful place for rentals as well!Thank, you, Matthew's Motors, for a five star experience!

Vince Coates went above and beyond to help me get my van. He is simply amazing. So down to earth and going that extra mile to make sure that you get the exact vehicle that fits your needs, your budget and your total approval. Top notch sales person!! I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue through Maia Mahosky and it was such a fast, informative, helpful and wonderful experience. She got me the best deal, worked with my available down payment, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole entire process. I went there knowing pretty much what I wanted, just not the year as I wasn t sure what my price range would be, and she made it so easy! This was my first time purchasing from a dealership and I literally have no complaints. Highly recommend!

Matthews motor company has been excellent to work with the recent car troubles we have had. The rental car we had rented from them was extremely clean and economical. Extending the use of rental was just as smooth. When we decided to purchase our vehicle, Josh was very easy and eager to work with us to get us in a vehicle. This was a very fast process and we are very happy that they were knowledgeable to help.

I bought a 2017 Ford escape back in October and I had for a week and the check engine light came on. They fixed it and I went on my way. Then in December the check engine light came on and I took it and had it tested and the code actually cleared not sure how that happened and now it's February and the check engine light is back on again saying cylinder 2 misfire so I called them and they said sorry Nothing we can do about it but if you bring it in we can check it out! This vehicle has been nothing but problems! They don't care at all!

I bought a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic just a few days ago. The service I received was absolutely amazing and the price was perfect. I was recommended by a family member who has purchased a few vehicles from Matthews and i was not disappointed. Purchased a Ford Explorer. I went to test drive a GMC before traveling to a more distant dealership to make the purchase. Salesman Vince Coates left me alone, with no pressures, to make the decision to deal after seeing the Explorer. He came back with a highly competitive number that made me buy. I was impressed Vince did not keep pounding me with sales talk. I'm happy with my decision. He did a great trusting job.

Vince Coates took great care of me and made the entire process a breeze. The price of the vehicle compared to others in the market was fantastic, the warranty offered gives me a great peace of mind, and the deal was completed very quickly. I never once felt pressured or unsure about my decision. Vince is very personable, and gets things done very quickly. I look forward to many years with my new vehicle!Edit to Add: It has been almost 2 years since my purchase, and I just have to say, the warranty coverage and the service department at Matthews Motor Company is AMAZING! Whenever I call with any issues or questions, my van is in the shop within the week, and sometimes even the same day. Today I had an appointment to have the radiator replaced. I dropped my van off and picked up a rental in 5 minutes flat. All the paperwork was done ahead of time and all I had to do was trade keys and sign a paper. The service department called me to tell me the job was done less than 3 hours later! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Employees Amy and Jose make sure that my vehicle is always running smoothly, and as safe as if their own children were riding in it. I highly recommend Matthews Motor Company!

I want to thank Matthews Motor Company for for helping me procure a hard-to-find truck configuration. Vince was awesome! He worked with me to come up with a 2 part payment plan to pay for my truck and deliver my truck! He worked to have the truck driven from PA to San Diego, CA! I'm really enjoying my regular cab, standard bed 2015 Silverado 1500 LT 4x4. After spending 4 months searching for the truck, I'm confident I found the best bang for buck version of that truck in the U.S. The price couldn't be beat. You guys rock.

I purchased a Jeep wrangler from Mathews and when I went to do the first oil change the drain plug was absolutely immovable. We resorted all the way to a 24 pipe wrench because the bolt head was already rounded off. We then had to remove the lower oil pan to replace the plug and drain the oil, in the process we found that the previous persons to change the oil must have also done this since the pan was sealed using JB Weld. Whoever the mechanic was at Mathews did this when they serviced it and leaving it for the next poor soul to deal with.
