Brody @ Rossbacher has been absolutely great to work with. Changing insurance can be really stressful and Brody has made the experience quite painless. Also, had a few things come up with a rental property that Brody navigated for me in a very prompt, short period of time. Always quick to answer and serve. Thank you, 5-Stars all the way!!

Waited 2 weeks for a couple of policies. Had changes or things not right. We went in to sign papers. Thought iT was the policies. But they were just quotes.Finally went to the Union city office and had policies and coverage. In one day. Better coverage and rates than was being presented to us in Corry.

I ve been with Fox/Rossbacher for almost 20 years and their professionalism and desire to improve is impeccable. Their community mindedness is second to NONE!! and their staff is always delightful. 7 out of 5 stars!

Rossbachers has been my insurance agency for years and years. I've never not gotten a quick response whether it's a claim, a question or a quote needed. Great staff here. You'll be glad you checked in with them before getting insurance or changing insurance companies

There was a little delay from the agent as he had to get approval from another party who actually writes the policy but I got the coverage I was looking for at a fair price and the agent always responded to my messages the same day and that was a bonus. If I were asked, I would definitely recommend them.
