I made a trip from over 2 hours away just to come see Stephen and the Leisure Time team. They offered a very fair amount on trade and put me into an awesome new RZR. They even worked a trailer deal that left me feeling super grateful and appreciative. I would recommend this team to anyone in the market for a new machine, it was DEFINITELY worth the drive!

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Leisure Time while in the market for a new ATV. Initially, I was quoted a price by one salesman, which I needed to finalize my loan through my own lending institution. However, upon returning to complete the purchase, I encountered a different salesman who not only changed the price by over $1,200 but also displayed a disrespectful and cocky demeanor throughout our interaction.This sudden price change, coupled with the salesman's unprofessional behavior, left a sour taste in my mouth. Thankfully, this experience led me to search elsewhere, where I found a better deal on a four-wheeler at a different dealership.It's disappointing to encounter such practices and attitudes in a business setting. As a consumer, I value transparency, respect, and professionalism, none of which were exhibited during my time at Leisure Time. I urge others to approach with caution when considering making a purchase from this establishment.

My experience with leisure time has been very positive I purchased a side by side from them and it had some issues and they helped me resolve them very quick and very professional one person who stands out was angel she went above and beyond my expectations I would highly recommend leisure time for any of your off road purchases

For me, Leisure Time has been the best rec vehicle buying experience I've had. They even went the extra mile to deliver a day early, when they didn't need to. They were easy and reasonable to deal with, and gave that little extra to sweeten the deal, never being pushy. They've almost made spending money addictive...... maybe not a good thing.

"I travel from Erie down to Corry to work with Leisure Time Powersports; even though there is another dealer located just 5 minutes from my home, because of the quality service I've always received from Leisure Time over the years. The staff is extremely professional and very respectful of my needs and always make me feel welcome and happy to have my business. Had a 2012 ninja dropped off for service with some kind of short or something. Was told they could work on it/figure it out. Dropped it off for service. After not hearing back from them for a week I called was told they were trying to get a hold of the wiring diagram and they would call me back when they had some progress. Waited 2 weeks didn t hear anything so I called, was told they were still waiting to hear about getting a diagram or something. Another couple weeks went by didn t hear anything from them. After 2 months of it sitting there and calling them I picked it up. Nothing had been done. It was a waste of time and energy. Customer service was poor and the lack of communication was unacceptable.

I purchased a 2018 goldwing. I wasn't looking when I went there. I was getting a new tire put on my f6b, and do an inspection. But I looked at this newer wing. And Ethan got me to take a ride. I have always wanted to get that new suspension system. Sure enough, they got me. We traded plus some money.The day I picked it up, they still haven't fixed the reverse. It didn't work constantly. Only occasionally.I kept bringing it up. Even the mechanic tried to Buffalo me. Saying it works, bit you have to hold the bike at a certain tilt. Then when he backed it out. I could see it wasn't engaged. He was backing down grade. And he said yeah, it's working now. And it was obvious it was not. I made Ethan do it again to show operation. And again it didn't work.Then he said ya just have to get used to it.So I drove off. I later found out that they don't know much about touring models. And don't usually fix any wings. I orderd the 260,00 service manual. I also orderd the operations manual. I now have both. They have had this bike for over a year. And never fixed it. It's obvious in the manual, it's nothing more than an adjustment. I took the bike up to an actual certified Honda mechanic and dealer in Erie. They are going to adjust it so it works properly.. my thought is, leisure time may be an OK dealer. But obviously they do very little maintenance on their top end items. Which a goldwing is. A whole year, they let it set. Apparently they don't have the skill it takes to work on them. July 11th im getting it fixed at forest park in Erie.They know exactly what to do. Touring bikes is their thing.So far, i have spent 2800 bucks on up dating this bike for me. The only otherThing i bought there. Was a Sena communacation device. So far, it dosent work either. Salesmen was good, nice and curtious. But a good dealership needs real mechanics. Certified. To work on all products they sell. Ot just the toys.

Ethan and the entire team went above and beyond while I was there. Received a great trade in value and bought the new Ryker of my dreams. I showed up injured, they made me very comfortable. Turned out I had a broken ankle. Highly recommend Leisure Time when you are looking for a new ride!!!

"The entire Leisure Time Team in Corry is well above and beyond professional! This team will do anything within their control to make sure the customer is taken care of and happy.... and able to get outside and ride! I highly recommend anyone looking for outdoor fun, to come chat with this team! From Sales to Finance to Service and Accessories, they are AWESOME! "UPDATE:Needless to say, My buggy came in, a few weeks earlier than the last expected date and we are having a lot of fun riding to release the stresses of work...... work hard, play harder!PREVIOUS Comment:The Leisure Time in Corry Pa staff go way above and beyond superior customer service!With shipments being delayed, we are patiently waiting for our new Can Am to arrive . Unfortunately it keeps getting pushed back, which is out of anyone s control. However, having booked a trailing weekend, Jay made sure I had a loaner buggy to keep our weekend fun plans alive. I have been going to Leisure Time for parts, service, and a look at new models for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful and my parts are either in-stock or come in quickly so I can get my bike back on the road for more long trips. I highly recommend them.

Service is horrible....I am not a happy customer. I took my axle sleeve on Friday mid day to get two wheel bearing outer races off the sleeve.The service guy told me they were busy but he would get to it in the morning and it shouldn't take to long we'll call you when it's done.... Saturday at 1145 am called service dept....lady says they couldn't get someone on it and I should have it back TUESDAY . No way that's unacceptable I said ...I wouldn't have even brought it to you if that is the case ! Ok sir one of the techs is finishing up something else and I'll put him right on it.....Never received a call now I'm waiting til Tuesday I'm sure....mind you my wheeler is in pieces...under a tarp...Don't tell customers you can help them out and go to ticking them off !!! Horrible !!!

Had first rate service from Kelsey within minutes of arriving at the property. She greeted us outside to see if she could help us......and boy, did she ever! We rode away on 2 Rykers! Everyone there was incredible, outstanding customer service! (very unmuch like the service we walked away from in Waterford). You have definitely gained 2 very happy customers! Thank you!!

Amazing services. I can t express how impressed I was with the customer services there. Went in to buy a new dirt bike and with Robs help we accomplished just that! They went above and beyond to make it happen and worked with our schedule. The friendliness of the staff and the reasonable prices will surely bring us back!

After visiting another dealership near Erie we decided to give a call to Leisure Time in Corry to see if they could do a better price on a pair of 4 wheelers. Not only did they beat the price quite significantly, they were an amazing, friendly, and knowledgable staff. Every single person we encountered there was wonderful. Truly genuine people there and absolutely no comparison to the other dealership. Its about having the quality brands, having top notch customer interactions, product knowledge, and pricing. They have all of that and more. It was worth the 45 minute drive from Edinboro to have a great experince.

I provided the dealer with all my financial information and the vehicle I wanted in advance. Now I've been here for going on 4.5 hours. Still empty-handed. Nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience.If I hadn't already signed the paperwork, I'd be taking my business elsewhere.If you have *anything* else to do on a particular day, don't choose that day to go to Leisure Time Honda. Especially during the pandemic.I will say that all the personnel was very pleasant and helpful. It was a frustrating experience in spite of their efforts, not because of them.

Having visited Leisure Time searching info on a new SxS. A salesmen by the name of Jason was very helpful answering any and all of my questions. Very knowledgeable with a wide variety of the new new machines. I appreciated his patience while I made my decisions on the machine as well as he's nonchalant personality when it came to being a salesmen. No pressures, it was my decision. More than willing to allow access as well as test drives on an actuall ATV type trail for anything that I was concidering. Parts was amazing as well as the service department. Overall excellent staff all the way around. I would certainly go back. A very knowledgeable team! Thanks to all, I'm loving it!

Horrible experience! I dropped my quad off for a simple clutch kit install. Unfortunately i didnt have the tools to do it myself so i thought this would be the easiest route. Boy was i mistaken! Upon arrival my machine was fine. Leisure time had my machine 2 weeks before i personally delivered their parts from their corry store to bradford. Otherwise i would have been waiting longer. Then i spent my whole day in the bradford store waiting for the mechanic to finish a 2 hr project. I dropped the parts off at 1130. At 615, 15 mins after closing my machine was done, only to find mysteriously my one way bearing broke in the process of the clutch install. Matt in parts came through with a personal one from home which made me very happy! As i would have been waiting even longer. Then a day later i realized they over charged my account by 540 dollars.
