The absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Charged me 800.00 to replace injector and gave it back to me with same issues it went in for. The service manager doesn't have enough knowledge to be a lube tech let alone a service manager. I wouldn't take a tricycle to this place. I have owned over 20 new mustangs and new Ford truck and this dealer is enough to make me switch to Chevy. I will be sure to let my 150k youtube followers know the same thing. Avoid all of Humes dealers

Staff is friendly. No hard sell or scare tactics used to up sell. You get what you go in for. Nice clean restroom. Waiting room could use a little tlc. Carpets were very dirty.

I called to get my tires put on they got me right in. They wad very nice to me and if I no someone who needs something done I will send them there their price to put tires on is cheaper then somewhere else. Thank you so much !!!

Thanks to Humes Ford, in Corry for having the right 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks edition from Jason Fardink. I found everyone there personable, easy going & great to work with. Jason is a great addition to the sales team there. He went above & beyond what I see at most dealerships offering to help in so many ways. The manager there was great to talk with & between both of them were a pleasure to deal with. They both are definitely an asset to the dealership. They stayed late to make sure the vehicle was detailed & made sure I knew where everything was. I will be sure to tell everyone I see of the great buying experience I had.

I ve been getting my service done here on all my personal and business vehicles and they have always gotten it done quick and right.I also just recently bought a new car with Curt as my sales rep, he made the process very easy and simple. I went to all the car lots in Corry including David s, country motor, and Corry pre owned, and they came out with the best vehicle for its price range and I know if I have any issues their service center is the best spot in town.Special thanks to Lisa and Curt for making each stop at Humes a great experience!!!

February 12, 2021Just picked up my new custom ordered 2021 Ford F250 Super Duty Velocity Blue. Had fender flares painted to match and put on and it looks great!Bob R. at Humes Ford of Corry did an excellent job of helping me get my Super Duty. This is at least the second truck that I have bought from him. He always answers my email questions right away. Bob kept me updated on any news of my truck's pending arrival. Bob asked me if I wanted him to take the fender flares down to Corry Collision to be painted and put on. (Corry Collision did an excellent job! Thank you!) Bob was very helpful with this. And Bob had it ready when he knew I was coming to get the truck. Bob has always done an excellent job for me!Thank you Bob for making a stress-free experience buying a truck from you at Humes Ford of Corry.

The sales person seemed nice on the phone, I told him what I wanted and I would not make the trip that far until everything was good and what I wanted. He then told me what I wanted to hear to get me in the office. Once there it was completely different and only offered me 1 old car. He then proceeded to give me a lecture about me credit and told me it was my fault! He was very rude and treated me like a child. I will never go back there for anything ever again!

Just wanted to let everyone know that there is a Monopoly give away being mailed to people. It stated that my father won $ 5,000 cash. I personally called to see if it was a con to try to get you to buy a vehicle. The person I talked to said that it was legit and no purchase necessary. My father gets there. The board that they have said he could win UP TO $5,000. They made him do a lottery spin and he grabbed an envelope from it. They also asked a bunch of unnecessary questions, asking if he wanted to trade in his vehicle etc. Not only is this false advertising, but they were also very unprofessional about it. They said over the phone that he won, but they would not give him this cash prize.

Bob was fantastic to work with, there was never any pressure from him or anyone else at the dealership to buy the truck. He let me take all the time i needed to decide on the purchase, and any questions i had he was right there to get me the answers. Cindy was a gem to work with she got the financing to a level i was comfortable with, and helped explain it all out as we went through the process. i would absolutely recommend Humes Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, the whole team makes you feel welcome and like a part of the family.

Everyone at Corry Ford was professional, friendly, and courteous. They worked with me on price and locating the right vehicle, and the entire experience was great. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to try them out. You won't be disappointed.

I bought my 2012 F150 here in 2016 and honestly the warranty/ service has been a nightmare. You have to come back several times before they will replace anything . The simplest of tasks seem to take 3 to 4 hours minimum. The service desk forgot to tell me to bring my spare key( I was there the week prior to get it scanned and they could not fix the truck that day) and then said wanted me to drive home and back(40 minute drive each way) as if it wasn t an issue at all. Customer service is the worst .

My husband and I went in on Monday looking for a reasonably priced SUV that was 4x4 to get him around in the snow. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for, but Bob, the gentleman that sold us the SUV, was very knowledgeable about it. He knew how many owners it had, the mileage and where it had been located at previously. He came over prepared, not only with the Carfax, but the Kelly Blue Book pricing information we would have asked for. We also were able to negotiate the price to our liking and we are very happy about our purchase. Should we need a vehicle in the future Humes Ford of Corry will be our FIRST stop! Thank you!!

Salesmen very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and are willing to help each other and other customers. Real team environment. Not the case with General Manager Tom Schneider as he never came out to greet me or thank me for my business. When I went back after the sale for resolution of an issue, he let me stand in the showroom without coming out of his office. When I finally approached him asking for help, he looked at me like "how dare you interrupt me". One of the salesmen quickly intervened and helped me as they must be accustomed to Tom's icy treatment of customers.

Update ;Thanks to the honesty of Todd ( the mechanic ) most of my issues have been taken care of . Still the same opinion of the manager Tom, not at all customer friendly. Thank you Matt Clark for listening and taking care of this in a professional manner.

Went in yesterday to trade my truck in and was nervous about the whole situation but once I was there they made me feel very secure in what I was doing and Bob even came out to greet me as soon as I pulled in and had the keys already to the vehicles I had been interested in we test drove the first one and I was sold on it so we go in to do the paperwork and the lady handling that was super nice and polite and professional I got approved and was out cleaning my truck when she came out and said she found a different loan company with a lesser interest rate for you and I was impressed so needless to say awesome job to the team that helped me at corry ford I really appreciate you guys

We bought a 2013 Ford Explorer here last February (2018), with the extended warranty they offered at the time of purchase. So far we have put almost $4000 into the Explorer and it still needs more work (I feel this is a little ridiculous seeing we bought the SUV for $19,000)! The warranty has covered very little work/problems the SUV has needed (definitely not worth the extra $), but we were told a completely different story at the time of purchase. On top of that, we were not made aware of the recall on the Explorer at the time of purchase either. When we had enough with the dealership and the service, we took the SUV to another ford dealer that let us know about the recall and fixed the problem. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! We let them know about the problems we were having and continued to bring it back to be fixed, giving them our money and business hoping it would be made right, but there continues to be more problems.

The financial officer of this dealership will lie in anyway to make a sale for extended warranty. I called to resolve and got laughed at and was treated extremely unprofessional. Champion Ford in Erie who I bought a car from 10 years earlier honored what they sold. I bought from Humes Corry because I knew the Manager who was there. He left because he saw the unprofessionalism. Buy BEWAREWe have come to a mutual settlement after numerous phone calls.Persistence pays off.

Best service department I have ever had dealings with. Very friendly and helpful. Mechanic is very good and I will be bringing my vehicle in when needed for repairs and service. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The employees either were very friendly and personable or sat back drinking coffee acting like you were a bother. The lounge is a nice waiting area and my car was worked on quickly and professionally.

2006 Escape went in for a transmission fluid leak. It had to go back a second time as the first time did not fix the leak. Second time around leak seems to be fixed. Oil was changed. It wasn't due yet and was not requested. While there, the exhaust flex pipe was replaced. The price changed for this a couple times (kept increasing). The catalytic converter needed welding also. Another increase in the estimated price. Escape runs quieter now.
