Yesterday one of the windshield wipers on my car broke while I was driving to Corry. We stopped at Advance Auto and I asked a salesperson, Travis, about wipers. He was so friendly and helpful. He mentioned different options as well as a 2 year warranty which I purchased. It was a very cold and windy day but that didn't stop him from changing the wipers on my car. I am so very grateful for his wonderful customer service!Thank you, Travis!Linda Jordan Loomis

I needed a wiper motor, so I stopped in there on a Saturday to see if they had one in stock.The nice employee there, said I could order one and it would be there on Sunday (the next day)Stopped it Sunday. They told me that it would be in buffalo on Sunday but wouldn't be at the Corry store until Monday. I checked Monday...nope, not until Wednesday. I checked Wednesday midmorning to afternoon.....nope, maybe about 4 or 5pm. If I had known this was going to take so long and be given the run around, I would've ordered online from someplace a whole lot cheaper

Came to return a $130 part and they don t have enough cash in the drawer to return the item, then they snapped at me when I said it s only $130. I called them before coming to the store and they said they can do the return only to find out the store doesn t have enough money. The Advance auto on buffalo road said if they didn t have enough in the drawer they have it in the big safe. Does the store in Corey not have a big safe or were the employees more worried about standing around on there cell phones.

I use Advance auto parts for my UPS dropoff point. I don't know much about the store. The employees are always polite.

Very friendly, helpful and eager to meet their customers needs. I enjoyed stopping in. Only went in for an air filter for the engine bay. But they have a nice selection of odds and ends that make things a little easier and customization items. Didnt push purchases on me either. Great people to encounter throughout my day to day business.

Arrived at store to drop off some items purchased from Amazon for UPS to pick up. The cashier scanned the slip and said the computer won't take it, the screen was asking for a tracking number, she wouldn't put it in stating" it doesn't matter it won't scan. Another young man said I had to have a certain label on package which he pointed out on a box next to counter. I had similar label on packages that I was returning, they refused to scan it. The young man stated " we really don't take UPS returns they just drop stuff off. "

I placed an online order in the morning, which was supposed to be ready in half an hour. I got out of work at 3:30 and never received any order confirmation or notification saying the order was ready. I walk in the store and up to the counter, and the guy said he was helping another customer. I look around and there was no one there. I ask "Who? I don't see anyone." The guy behind the counter says "he is in the back corner looking around." I waited there almost 10 minutes before the other guy behind the counter got off the phone. In the meantime, the other guy just stood behind the counter. The other customer continued to just look around. Thanks for wasting my time. I'll continue going to Napa from now on.

The staff is always helpful and they are open more convenient hours for me than other places in town. I also love that they accept UPS drop offs.

Worst customer service I have ever received . I called the store asking them if they had an oil filter cap for my toyota tundra at 7:30pm . The cashier stated that there wasn't any in stock and it would take 3-5 days to get it. I got online and quickly saw that they had one in stock I called them back at 7:40pm and told them that the internet is saying that they had it in stock. They looked again ,this time they found the oil filter cap. It was now 7:45. And they close at 8pm I ask them if I could pay over the phone and they could leave it outside they refused to do that stating some b.s. reason. My dad and I quickly drive there calling them along the way telling them that we're 3 blocks away and to please stay open. The cashier continues to say that no matter what they had to close at 8 and can't stay open. We arrived at 8:01 the person had the doors locked and wouldn't look up from his phone. It was his incompetence that we weren't on time and they couldn't even stay open for an extra minutes. Will never shop there again .

Generally they have whatever you might need at any given time, and in stock. But, their prices are...and always have been a bit steep for me. Although, the convenience and the customer service definately make up for inflated cost. To be fair...compared to other parts stores they honestly, probably have the best overall prices.(just can't compare to online sites like "Rock Auto") All in All though...Advance Auto Parts in Corry PA, get a big thumbs up and 4 out of 5 Stars!!

It's a part store with parts. If you need car parts most of the time they're pretty competitive except for a few things on the internet. However ordering things from the internet. Does not always guarantee that you're going to get the right part. Most of the time they have the parts in if they need to order it should be able to be there within a day at the most. It's a parts store there's parts and tools there's oil cleaners and things like that so if you need things like that this is summer you can go that you can expect it to be just like any other parts store around.

Young man helping me, Rhett, was very nice. He sold me the correct wiper for my rear window. he was very respectful and even knew how to shake a woman's hand. I was very impressed.

The two employees there helped me change a complicated headlight on a commercial Ford van. I would've been lost without them. They were so friendly and patient as well. Thanks guys.

I had come in to town on Friday for a family event but ended up needing new brakes and rotors. I called them on saturday to see if they had the parts, they had all but the rear rotors and said they could order them but I couldn't get them until Sunday. Not a problem. Sunday comes around, I go purchase everything, went to put them on, the back rotors are the wrong ones, not ideal, accidents happen, whatever. I call them back, they eventually find the right ones, I can't get them until Monday. Sucks but it is what it is. They tell me that they will be in first thing in the morning when they open. I call Monday, 7:30, no parts, they say "won't be in until 1. I call back at 10 just to see if maybe I'd get lucky, they tell me the are no deliveries and are never deliveries on Monday until after 5. This messed me all up bc i live out of town and had made special arrangements to get the parts during the times they told me but they kept moving the time. Fingers crossed that i'll even get them by 5 today after talking a day off work, driving my parents an hour to work, picking them up driving an hour back to drive another 30 minutes to hopefully get the part to them drive 4 hours home. Ridiculous. They need better communication.

This place used to be an informative, and affordable place to shop for car parts and accessories. Lately, it's worth paying for the overpriced, slim selections of Napa, where the employees at least know what they are referring to, and the parts don't turn to dust the minute you open the box. To be fair, the employees are doing their best. But their manager over the last few years is a lazy, pompous douche who doesn't want to do anything but expects perfection without giving any in return. Go to Napa, or drive to Erie and try out O'Reilly's.

Had a starting issue with my car. Took it to advance to have a test run. Attendant was very helpful in sorting out the issue and replacing the battery. Haven't had a problem with the car since.

They usually have what we need and are open late. The staff could be a bit more knowledgeable at times, but overall a good place to get parts and such that you need!

It ok, if your a women the staff treats you like second class people. The parts are reasonable but most of the time I send my husband in to get the parts

Clerks don't seem to have any knowledge on what parts your vehicle may or may not have or even need. Tried to tell me that my wife's car has no tie rod ends on the front.

Always have good luck here. Except with motorcycle oil and everything that involves fourwheelers. But then again it's an auto parts store not fourwheeler
