Had an additional shelf installed in our work van, since it was so far away I made arrangements to drive down and wait. They got me in and out within the hour. Reason for a star removed is it took a few calls to get it actually scheduled.

I called to inquire about having them replace a steel dump body for my F450 and they guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and obviously wasn't interested in by business.
