Been going here for years. Just kind, honest, hard working, good people. The work is always done efficiently, affordably, and with care. Truly, though, their customer service and the time they take to listen and genuinely try to help however they can is what sets them apart.

Nice guys, but the tech in the shop needs to put down the impact and learn what a torque wrench is and how to use it. Rotate and balance on a Ram 1500 - after getting home I went to check tire pressures and lug torque. The Ram uses a 22mm lug nut, on 14mm studs. The metric socket would not go over most of the lugs as they had been deformed by the impact wrench. Using a 7/8" socket I could get a breaker bar on the lug enough to loosen it up a bit. Four lugnuts were not salvageable, and I had to replace. Retorqued the rest to 120ft/lbs. Would have been a nightmare job to swap a flat alongside the road, as hard as they had been impacted on. I don't normally carry a breaker bar in the truck. Hope they didn't warp a brake rotor or wheel, they were on that hard.

I went there with a broken side mirror for the car. They said since i have got the cap and have ordered the mirror internal part for me.They knew exactly what they are talking about and they fixed it perfectly with much better price. I am so glad that these guys are there just two minutes away from my home.They just took fifteen to twenty minutes to fix it. I think this is probably the quickest car service i have ever seen in my entire life seriously.This is the best car management and service team i have ever seen. Super cool and really nice people very friendly.I would refer anyone whoever asks for good car service to this team.Thank you so much guys. All the best team. You rock!!!!

I've been going to Ryan for years since moving into the area. I've always had very positive experiences. They're always very accommodating as far as getting into and making appointments. The work is always top notch. I've also found them to be on par or better when it comes to shopping around for service/parts. Would highly recommend!

They took me in and mounted/balanced my tire with short notice, other competitors who were open an hour later couldn't find time to do it in 3 hours and turned me away. Ryan Automotive made time for me and provided great service; when I told them I needed to keep the old tire (so I could be reimbursed because I had hazard insurance), their tech bagged it and loaded it in my trunk.Good customer service is hard to come by. so I appreciate it when I see it.

They are the best! I have been with them for years. I knew John, one of the owners, when he was the manager of GY on Duquesne Blvd.in Pittsburgh. I trust them with any job. Honest, reliable, trustworthy and friendly.

Got a tire puncture early in the morning and drove in without appointment or call ahead. Tom and his team fixed me up in less than an hour during a full house of appointments and customers: stellar service and very reasonable prices. Thanks Guys

My car was ineed of an alignment. After calling a few places for prices, Ryan's had the best price. My apportionment was scheduled for 10AM, and my car was ready by 10:40AM. Quick service and they even drove it too see if there wasn't anything else wrong with it and see if the alignment was fixed. They are very professional as well.

Hit a nasty pothole and went here to get alignment done. It took almost two hours, which is longer than average so I was in the waiting area fully expecting to be told I had to replace parts. The guy came out and said your good to go, that was one of the worse we have seen but they were very fair and took care of my vehicle. I just moved to the area but I know where I'll be going for my work.

Terry the manager was very helpful with a problem I was having with a slow leak in my front tire. He got my car in in less than 5 minutes! His team was very friendly and helpful!

These guys are great. Had a puncture from road debris in a nearly-new tire and Dan the Manager and his guys got me in, patched up, and back out during my lunch break, even though they were super busy.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Have went there plenty of times and had good experiences but the last bad ones overshadows all the good ones.Took my car in because it was making a loud noise. Was told it was the catalytic converter and the repair would be anywhere from $1200 and up because of how expensive the parts are.I shop around for prices at other garages and find one that does the job for $700 and I get it done. Now since Ryan Automotive told me TWICE that it's the catalytic converter, I tell the new auto place that's what it is. They replace it and guess what...IT"S NOT THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER!! So now, $700 later, the new place tells me it's actually the wheel bearings, which is a $350 repair..BUT...I'm already out $700. So now another repair and $350, the noise is fixed.Ryan Automotive would've taken $1200 from me for an issue that didn't exist, then ended up costing me $700 at another garage. Won't be doing business here ever again and would advise anyone/everyone to go somewhere where they know wth they're talking about.

Dan the service manager was amazing - I came in for two Goodyear Run-Flats I left the shop only to have a flat - go figure ?..went back to Dan and his team determined it was a cracked rim - they fixed it no charge and I was on my way - what a great guy and great store.
