First time being here, young girl and I rely on my car a lot. Needed a tire because mine popped on the way to work. These gentlemen offered to fix it if it could be and when it couldn t, ordered the tire same day and it was here the next day. Great pricing too, just where it should be. Really appreciate their service!Only thing is sometimes they re busy and can t answer the phone but when they answer they re more than helpful! I know business can get busy!

Craig and his team are awesome and friendly. Very helpful in assisting me in selecting a tire similar and less expensive than the one I was originally going to order. In addition, if you are military, ask for the 10% discount.

I recommend this location all the time. The leadership is outstanding and I will only take my car here as long as they are here.

Bought 4 new tires paid around $800. Took all day to put on despite a 8 an appointment. Couldn t even put the spare tire back in my car so I had to lift it 8 months pregnant. Left white goo all over my tires and car, left my seat way back like someone was sleeping in it and didn t put the caps back on the tires. Never again!Service: TiresService: Tires

Went in for a brake change because it was squeaking drove off 3 separate times and didn t make it out of the parking lot because it was still squeaking. It took the 3rd time for them to say this time we cleaned up some pad dust so hopefully this works .Now my car s traction control light won t turn off and they told me nothing is coming up bad. Also, My car won t recognize that I m pushing my brake to start it (push to start)Went to Autozone and they pulled a report showing me the issues my car was having. They recommended good year.

Got a fuel pump replaced, 3 days later car just shut off while driving had to take it back to find out a part was defective. Few months after that check engine light came on and been on since. My mechanic said there is a leak and possibly the o ring is not placed correctly which is why my engine light will not go out, so here I go . back to Firestone again !! I just don t understand why things can t be right the first time. Such an inconvenience

I took my car in to have a look at the breaks. I just recently had an oil change and tire rotation at another location, they advised me that the wobble when I stop was due to the break pads. So on my only day off I took it in to have it looked at,after 3 1/2 hours later they say I need calipers, pads and rotors. I informed them that I only wanted the pads changed . They said they put pads all around the car. When I left there my cars breaks grinded so loud you could hear it a block away. So I took it to the Goodyear shop, and the tech informs me that there was no break pads on the car and the calipers and rotors were damaged, I have to replace everything. And I feel they are the professionals, they should have give me my car in the same condition it came in, and advise me of the problem that could happen if I didn t. I ll end up paying even more then the$230 they charged for doing nothing. Terrible service, and I ve been going there more than once. But it seems it more about them changing and forcing things on you. There is no customer respect from them and I will fight these charges on this bill.Service: Brake service & repair

It's Sunday morning and I noticed substantial sidewall damage to a tire. I'm visiting the Pittsburgh area and didn't want to drive home on it, particularly with sidewall damage so I called this store and they were very accommodating. Craig and the team had me back on the road in under 45 minutes. I absentmindedly left a personal belonging and a team member kindly called me before I left the parking lot. Very professional team. Thanks!

Showed up with a screw in my tire. About an hour later, they had me patched and back on the road. They provided me with a quote for new tires, as mine are getting near the end of their life, but didn't try to pressure me into buying them on the spot.

My husband had noticed a headlight was out while it was already dark outside and had our 4 year old son with him so for their safety he went to Firestone to get it replaced. It was and expensive bulb I admit ($130) but he was charged over double of what the bulb cost ($330 AFTER a 10% coupon) to have it installed which took all of maybe 5-10 mins. Since we wanted to replace the other headlight at the same time he went to autozone the next day to purchase the bulb himself to try to save money, and call around to see if he can get it installed cheaper elsewhere. MR TIRE in moon Township fixed the light FREE of charge and on the spot. I would advise you to shop around for cheaper options before you spend your hard earned money here.

Needed some wheels balanced. They got me right in and did a perfect job at a fair price. Everyone there is super nice and professional. I do most of my own repairs and maintenance, but this will be my go to place when I need a pro.

Very nice and friendly staff. Spent $450 on tires for them to leave a valve cap off of my wheel, and have the tires 50psi under what they should. Normally it s don t sweat the small stuff but 50psi under what it should be is unacceptable for a shop who mostly does tires.

I am not too happy with the service here. First, I do want to say that people in the office are always nice and friendly. However, it s the service on my car I am not happy with.I went a few months ago, the fluids were not topped off. I know- it s a small thing, but I was completely out of windshield wiper fluid and it says on their website that topping off windshield wiper fluid is part of the oil change service. If you didn t check my windshield wiper fluid, what other fluids did you not check? Second, they did not completely fill out my little oil change sticker to give me info on when to return. Again, something little- but I rely on that to know when to bring my vehicle back! To me, if these small things are being overlooked, I wonder what else is being overlooked?I didn t want to go back but we have a credit card through Firestone and we decided to try again. My husband went this time. Again, the staff in front are always friendly. But once again, it s the small details that are not getting done. This time- my oil change sticker wasn t even touched. It s still the incomplete sticker from months ago. Also, My vehicle is manual. They marked automatic on the paperwork. Once again, small things, but I think if they are overlooking these small details, they are probably overlooking the bigger things too.I am not very car savvy. That s why I rely on the places such as these to work on my car and help give me complete info so I can maintain my car properly. We won t be returning. We will be paying off the credit card and closing the account.

I was very disappointed in the service. I only went for a state inspection. They told me two bulbs were out, and let me know they would fix them. You have the right to fix your own car. Firestone also likes to boast that they allow a grace period where you can take it back for a re inspect. I took the car back after I fixed it, and they failed it for a different reason. When I told them I rather fix it myself, being a mechanic myself. The manager got very angry. He was very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend them to anyone. You should not treat customers in that was. It was a very poor display of business. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This place is a rip off , I had a nail in my tire and they said it was to close to the edge , then the man looked at my tires and said I need all new ones and he was going to charge me 800 dollars. Lucky I didn t fall into there trap and I went to an auto shop in butler. They where able to fix my tire within 20 minutes. These people are not looking for your best interest. Don t go here

The staff was very polite and even though the vehicle I brought did not pass a state inspection, they were very helpful in explaining everything in a friendly way. A technician David explained how to measure my tires just like a dad would! The price wasn't bad at all, less than $50

I've had my oil changed here the last 3 times and have had a great experience each visit. I typically get the earliest appointment they allow through their online booking and I'm in and out of there in 35-40 minutes. The staff is always pleasant and the waiting area has free WiFi to pass the time.

I went in here a few times despite the reviews as it is convenient for me. They did okay the first several times and they even followed up to confirm something about the work that was done. But the last time I took the car in here for a new tire and alignment, they called me to inform me that I needed a new left inner tie rod. The tech even tried the scare tactic that this is dangerous and would not pass inspection if it were up.I do my own work most of the time and I'd recently just done a new suspension all around and replaced the outer tie rods as they were shot. The inner tie rods checked out then and I'd felt nothing in the ride to suspect a bad inner tie rod, although I knew I had a bad intermediate steering shaft that I hadn't yet gotten around to replacing. So I declined on the alignment and tie rod as they wanted $180 for just the inner tie rod to do something that would have taken me an hour and I'd prefer to do both anyways. Well, I ordered the parts and rented the inner tie rod removal set from a local parts store only to discover that my left inner tie rod was rock solid and steady freddy.I knew right then and there that they'd tried to sell me a bill of goods. Either that or the mechanic had confused a faulty intermediate steering shaft (chattering) for a bad inner tie rod. I'm not sure which would be worse: lying or gross incompetence.I took my car to the competitor immediately up the boulevard from them and they did the alignment and confirmed that the inner tie rods were in perfect shape.I won't be back. I advise others to avoid this place.

Called on 9/20 to make an appointment on 9/26 at 10am to get my car inspected. I called today to see if I could move my appointment time up, only to be told they have no record of me ever scheduling an appointment. On 9/20 when I scheduled my appointment, the guy said it would take 1.5 hours for the inspection. Today, the guy said I could only drop off my car tomorrow but he couldn t guarantee any time frame when it would get done. Glad I didn t end up giving them my business and I definitely never will in the future.

Brought my vehicle in to be inspected, was informed that I needed to pay $99 for a diagnosis check to check on a check engine code. They also told me that my front control arm bushings were shot and needed to replaced for $900+. I told them I needed a second opinion... The other shop carefully looked at the bushings, said no problem and did not charge to run the diagnostics on the cheek engine light. Trust is everything in this business, I have zero at this location. Better options out there...

Although they were nice.. they charged me $120 for two headlights to be replaced. Parts cost $25 so you can do the math on outrageous labor charges for 20 minutes of their time. My dad is a mechanic and if I didn t have both out and couldn t wait until the weekend to have them replaced I would have waited. In addition- they tried to convince me something else was wrong with my car. But they would have to look into it . Never again will I take my car there. It s a shame that places like this take advantage of people. Next time I will wait the extra hour (they opened before other places) and save myself a chunk of change. In comparison- valvoline has previously changed a broken headlight for me for $30 and had it done in 5 minutes.

The staff is polite enough and they've always been super helpful. Prices very reasonable. However, my last oil change they only put about 1/4 the oil in that my car needed.... Maybe just an oops overlook, might be back depending if I can't find a new place to go. Just will be watching closely...

Went today for 4 tires and an alignment. I haven't used Firestone for years because of problems I had with them about 15 years ago, and from some very negative experiences friends and coworkers had.I must say it was a night and day difference this time around. Very pleased with the customer service, the techs, and the overall experience.Bonus was they came in UNDER the amount initially quoted. I will be back, way to step your game up Firestone!

I went into the shop after I noticed my tire was looking low. One of the mechanics came out and looked at my tire for a glance and proceeded to tell me I needed to purchase two new tires with a quote of over $500.00. I then had him speak to my father, due to the fact that he had purchased my tires before. When the employee spoke to my father he said there is no way he can help me unless he special orders 2 tires. My father informed the employee what brand, make, and where he could purchase my current tire. After the employee hung up with my father he then started telling me, my father did not know what he was talking about. I apologized for my father being rude and the employee stated "He thinks I am screwing you over."I took my car to a local shop where they found my tire is fine and they only needed to remount my tire and put more air into it.It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I am very disappointed that they do try and take advantage instead of taking the time to look for other options. I would not recommended Firestone Complete Auto Care Store.

Be very very cautious if you choose to go here. I'd always heard horror stories of Firestone doing terrible things to people's cars, pushing unnecessary work, etc. When I needed an inspection done, I figured there wasn't much harm in that on my three year old (model year 2016) vehicle. They correctly identified that my brakes needed work and that the pads were pretty well seized in the brackets. I expected this and had already priced out performance parts. Their service suggestion was to replace pads and rotors and clean and grease slide pins. Replacing pads and rotors was right. I was planning to do that, and had found parts for hundreds less than what they quoted (for better parts), and was able to do the job myself. It would have been much easier to do the job myself had they not badly overtorqued the lug nuts when they put them back on the car. The rear nuts were just fine. The front were tightened down so far that I sheared one of my studs off removing the nut, and five other studs had to be replaced due to damaged threads. I took care of this myself because it was faster and far easier than arguing with them (and ultimately, only about fourty dollars). While I had the brakes off I inspected the slide pins. They moved freely, and the service they suggested would have been a waste of money. The "rust" they noted on my brakes that was holding the pads seized in place was nothing more than road grime, which I cleaned off with a wire brush.I took my car back to see if they could sign off on the inspection at that point based on a visual inspection only, when they said they would have to get the car up in the air and the tires off, I declined. I would overwhelmingly take it somewhere else and pay for a full new inspection than let them touch my car again. When my safety is at hand, it is one strike and you are out. Even if they would have put the sticker on, this would still be a one star review. If they aren't doing things to specifications on the car, they should not be trusted.
