I picked up my car from this shop yesterday evening due to a claim being run by USAA. First of all, USAA and this shop had a very hard time getting on the same page. Second, after getting to really look at my car in the daylight, they did not fully complete the repair. There is a knick in the top bumper tread, which probably should have been replaced. There are also scratches on my lift gate that were not repaired (I was rear ended). THIRD, I got my car back with new scratches on both sides! It looks like someone leaned on my rear driver door and then it looks like someone took a key to my passenger side. I work in sales, so the appearance of my car is important, not to mention that I worked hard to pay for my car and try to take excellent care of it. This is unacceptable. The two stars are for the work they did do on my bumper, which turned out fine.

Absolute joke of a business i d recommend quite literally anywhere else. With my experience I had a medium sized dent in my driver side door , took over the course of 6/7 months to get this job done. I understand it takes time to get in parts and there is essentially a line of other customers ahead of me who also need repairs that s understandable. So here comes time to drop off , the week following me dropping off my car I received text messages from them saying hey, we just finished up your damage estimate and parts have just been ordered hold on a second I thought I had been waiting all these months for the parts to come in because I had came in for a damage estimate months before so that they could go ahead and ordered the needed parts?? They are just all over the place trying to play us for dumb with the text alerts for whatever reason. So whenever it s finally time to pick up my car I made sure to inspect everything because the second I leave that parking lot whatever damage they caused is technically in my hands and they ll claim it was already like that or something. So now I had noticed my driver side window isn t properly functioning at all; The window will go about half way up before it starts to squeal and struggle to move, then whenever it s 3/4 ways up the entire glass tilts and pops out of place until jammed all the way to the top. So what is the lovely receptionists response to us showing her the new damage ?? yeaaa I can have a tech look at it ? What sort of customer service is that ?? How about sorry for the inconvenience WE CAUSED let me get this taken care of for you? I ve had better customer service at Burger King to be honest with you. They call me to pickup my vehicle ,which isn t fixed they just gave it a different problem and they didn t have any remorse to the situation? Yea I recommend new staff or make a customer service class / course a requirement because with that level of hospitality who would ever want to come back or recommend this place ?? Dealing with Service King so far has been terrible. I used to manage a body shop and I would never ever want to treat my customer like this. 2 months ago I hit a deer and USAA took it to them. I knew the car was totalled right after the accident happened but anything can happen right? Week after week we would call for an update and everything was smooth until the week it was supposed to be done. They told us it would be done early next week because of Thanksgiving. We called early next week and now they're waiting on a part it should be done next week. Next week comes around we call and they said they had confirmation is had been shipped and it should be done the next week. Next week rolls around and the advisor tells us "oh no the car is no where near complete there's still so much to do." 3 days later they totall it. It wouldn't have been so bad waiting two months for this if they told the truth and actually kept us updated. I could've had a car by now. When I went to go check it out the car looked like the day I hit the deer but now the interior was all torn up(not the parts they were going to replace due to air bags). There were dents and scratched all over that weren't there before that you can tell was not from the accident. I'm a detailer and I went over that car- there was not a scratch or dent on it. Everytime I talked to the service advisor Brett he had a horrible attitude and rude to me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great customer service. Had to leave my vehicle in Pittsburgh and return home to Mississippi from vacation. Service King staff kept me up to date on progress and helped me coordinate travel back to recover the vehicle. The repairs were top notch. If I had to do repairs again in Pittsburgh, I'd go to Service King McLaren.

Service King did an outstanding job. My daughter's car looks brand new. The new paint was blended well, matching the original paint. They took great care of the car while in their possession. The service representative that I worked with, her name is Kelley. She is amazing! She was very professional with great customer service skills. She communicated with me through out the entire process via text messages. It was actually Kelley communicating and not an automated response. I highly recommend Service King! Did I mention, my daughter had her car back in under two weeks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't speak highly enough of the great service and treatment "Service King" offered. My GF had cracked up her can, and they kept both of us completely in the loop, helping us ever step of the way. I spoke with them several times on the phone, and it was clear they knew what they were doing, and could help us understand the situation with the repairs. FIVE STARS! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Service King was so professional, courteous, and communicative. I had body work done and it looks fantastic. My car was ready when promised. I didn t have to call for updates, they sent me messages and I knew exactly what was going on each day. I could not recommend them more. Top notch.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service and repair! Finished 2 days earlier than expected which is always a plus. Everything looks perfect on the car. Love that they call you and tell you what exactly needs done and then keeps you updated by text through the process. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. Will definitely come back if I ever need anything else done to my car!

My experience at Service was by far with no question a 10 of 10. From the time of scheduling my appointment to the time I picked up my brand new looking truck. I received nothing but kindness, updates, and understanding. Being a busy single father with 2 teenagers and a wild chocolate Lab! That s important to me. Not only was the job done right it! I have a nearly vintage car with parts that are extremely hard to find, but the service people at Service King never gave up. It took a while, at long while, but not my car is looking and running like new! Super Satisfied with my experience with Service King. This is my second time using their services. And I'll never go anywhere else. They are very customer friendly and keep you updated throughout the whole repair process giving you up to date details on your vehicle. They also cleaned up my car inside and out before giving vehicle back after repairs had been done. They worked well with my insurance and couldn't have asked for an easier process. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs auto repair and am a happy and satisfied returning customer.

My insurance recommended Service King to me after hitting a deer and having significant damage to my vehicle. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process through text messages and phone calls. They had my car completed a day earlier than what they originally anticipated, plus the work that I got back was in perfect condition. My car was hit by a deer and my car was taken to Service King. The experience was fantastic. Consistent daily updates, sometimes multiple. It even got done earlier than expected. You truly can t tell that my front end was demolished. Very happy with everything about my experience with Service King.

I had a great experience here! They were flexible with getting my truck in for an estimate. We're very polite, quick and to the point. I forget the lady's name at the front desk but very easy to work with. Recommend for estimates and body work. No aluminum work but will take care of everything else. Always get a call right back when leaving a message. They made my experience an easy process and spoke directly with my insurance. If you need any help or do not know what to do, give Service King a call and without a doubt you'll be taken care of. I had a great experience here! Dropped my car off for repairs, my rental was arranged. I got daily text updates on the repairs etc. Text very upbeat and informative. Very friendly staff, very professional. Usually having a car repaired is a nightmare but this was the smoothest repair I ever been through. I would highly recommend Service King to all my family and friends. Honestly I am so happy I went here. Originally had body work done and a door replaced by a different body shop. Service King came through and don t the repairs the correct way and finished it better. Couldn t be more please with the work and the customer service. They also had my vehicle 4 days complete sooner than estimated. No complaints.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Scott S, Kelly, and manager Dave really put us through the ringer trying to get our job completed. Service King Crafton finally helped out when Coraopolis location ghosted us. Stalked us for a 5 star review with zero care if they provided that. Wish State Farm hadn't recommended this location. Suggest potential customers check out the Better Business Bureau complaints prior to contracting with this shop.

I will absolutely use Service King anytime I need an auto body repair! They were super friendly, kept me updated during the process through their online tracker and the representative assigned to my repairs called me at least once a week! Hit a deer with our car and the insurance company sent us here. Dave and Kelly gave top notch service and I could tell they really cared. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They called me back quickly with updates and answers. They are assets to this company. I am truly happy with everything here. It's nice to get service like this these days.

My car was being serviced by Service King to repair body damage and to repaint vehicle.. it was estimated to be completed in roughly 25 days... they completed it in less than a week... what an amazing job they did... i would definitely recommend this company to anyone for any size repair..Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The repairs were great. The service team was polite and informative. However, when it came time to pick up my truck, they told me it would be a little late, so I went out of town. They called to say it was on time and come get it Friday. I stated I was out of town and would come Saturday. They said that's no problem leave the keys in the box and your keys will be in the car. I drop the car off, the paperwork and keys are in he car with a sticky saying put rental keys I. The car not the box. Monday enterprise calls with a weekend charge for their rental stating I left the keys in the car and nobody knew about it. Really! Thanks Serv9ce King. Guess I'll just eat the extra rental charges. Shame to, everything was perfect up until then.Service: Body & Trim

Not easy to drop off cars there. Service writer wants the car taken to the back of the building but doesn't walk with the car to open up a spot and collect the keys. Their was no key drop off box ( that I saw ) where the car placed. There was no employees noticed in the garage. ( Not one) I then had to drive to the front of the building to hand him the keys. He should have a key box at the drop off location or the service writer should have taken a helpful rule in the delivery of the car.

This place was recommended to me by my insurance company. Trusting my insurance company I brought my car here to be repaired after I was hit by a deer. (Yes the deer hit me) When I went to pick my car up after a week it was totally unacceptable. I called my insurance company and asked them to refer me to someone else because True Collision botched the job. The GM of the body shop begged me to give him another shot. I reluctantly agreed.This all happened in September of 2015. Fast forward 6 months later... The hood and one of the fenders that they painted is now peeling. Now I'm forced to take it to another body shop and have everything they did repaired all over again. Protect yourself people. This place sucks.

These guys are awesome. I had my truck back in just days after a collision with a deer. The truck looks great. They kept me updated during the whole repair process. The staff were polite, friendly and courteous. Thank you.

Awesome people to deal with. Very thorough in their explanation of what was wrong and what needed fixed or replaced. Work quality is great, looks like a brand new car. Highly recommend Service King on McLaren Rd.

Was in a fender bender in a parking took the car to Service King .was not expecting my car to be finished until November 18th.The car was finished ahead of schedule,they have me constant progress of how the repairs we're on progressing.The personal thier was exceptional.
