These guys are so incredibly awesome. Our son was in a really bad accident right in front of their facility. They were so compassionate and kind. Very helpful with getting our personal items outWe also had a car repaired here, they do awesome body work. Very thank for them..

I couldn t be happier with their service. From my initial call with them until the time the tow truck driver arrived to grab my car. I initially called them for a tow but they couldn t get to me right away so I was in the process of calling another place when they called me and left me a voicemail and said they could take care of me that day. I needed them to deliver my car from Coplay to Hellertown and they had the tow truck driver meet me at 4 o clock which worked out amazing for my schedule. The guy showed up 10 minutes early he was absolutely professional, courteous and friendly. Put my car on the flatbed with absolutely no issues which is rare from some other tow companies that I ve encountered. They delivered my car to Lehigh Valley motors in Hellertown right on time with no issues at all. Their pricing was $100 cheaper than a few of the other quotes I had which made me happy as well. If I ever need another company to tow any of my vehicles I will definitely be giving them a call first.

I got in a wreck and needed my car fixed up enough to get back to TN. They did great work and found good deals on used parts to save me money. Final price was as low as I could've expected, and I'm very satisfied with the work. If I lived in the area I'd definitely be coming back to them any time I needed more work done.

I was told that I would not need to pay any additional fees when my car had to be towed from an accident only to find out I would have to pay an arm and a leg to get back to my car for an accident that wasn t even my fault. When I asked at the scene if he could take the car to my mechanic, he told me he was too busy. My mechanic is significantly closer than this tow yard.

This place is fantastic. I called them for help because I ran over something and didn't want to file a claim with my insurance. So Jeff fixed my bumper which I wrecked and the air dam which I wrecked also. I got there had absolutely no wait time. He knew exactly how to fix it and he did fix it in like 20 min. He charged me 10 dollars. I went to the atm machine and gave him a 40 dollar tip. It was worth every dollar.Service: Body & Trim

I would definitely recommend and use ironton auto body again, my truck was towed by them in January I was a little unhappy with the pricing but they came back and were willing to talk to me about it which was huge. They helped me out so we could come to a agreement. Just that alone meant a ton I will definitely use ironton again and would recommend them.Service: Car towing

I called to get their rate for TOWING and I was upfront with them telling them that I m looking around for the cheapest price. He went from friendly to absolutely rude and told me to go with somebody else. Maybe he was just having a bad day. I called back and then he continued to be rude and gave me a price of $900 to tow my vehicle. I guess this is how people get treated during COVID-19.

Came to tow my car at 130am to my preferred mechanic. My fuel pump went bad. From phone call to picking up my car was less than an hour. Nice guys. Will use again if need be.

Seem professional enough. Wife's car was totaled on Mauch Chunk. She was injured but she will recover. She and other driver were both taken to L.V.H. Other driver was cited by PA State Police. Oh well, that's what insurance is for.Service: Car towingService: Car towing
