This is my personal opinion, two stars because they didnt let me test ride at all, i had a permit, i should have atleast been given the opportunity to test it on 1st gear.... they charge for everything, even to mount it low to the ground... the rider is suppose to be able to ride safely and comfortably. Therefore 2 stars for lack of help on those things..... the clutch is tuff, hard and after taken it home i was pissed i purchased it considering i have arthritis

I went down to Scott Powersports a couple weeks ago to buy a new ATV. It was a great experience. Eian was my sales guy. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Every question I had was answered, and I had several!!! Every single person that worked there was friendly, and willing to help you with anything that you need. They are an OUTSTANDING company!!!

MY BIKE WAS DROPPED OFF MARCH 21ST. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ONE DAY TO COMPLETE AND I WAS TOLD A PRICE FOR ALL THE WORK NEEDED. I SIGNED FOR IT AFTER ALREADY BEING OVER CHARGED AT 2 HRS MINIMUM FOR THINGS THAT I COULD Have SCREWED ON MY SELF IN 1 MINUTE. I LITERALLY DIDN T COMPLAIN BUT NOW THEY HAVE CHANGED PRICES, RAISED THEM AND TRIED TO CONTINUE TO DO SO! THEY STILL HAVE MY BIKE AND TODAY IS APRIL 4TH. AFTER CALLING EVERY FEW DAYS A GUY TELLS ME TODAY THAT THERE ARE NO NOTES AND MY BIKE IS STILL NOT DONE. I STILL HAVE TO PAY OVER PRICE THOUGH IT S THEM INCONVENIENCING ME.

I contacted Scott's about getting two 110's as surprise wedding gifts for my husband and I. Not only did they respond instantly, but they helped to work a trade with our current gear, organized a surprise delivery, etc etc. We had such an amazing experience buying our two 110's, brand new, we're fully committed to moving over all services for all our toys. They aren't pushy, they don't oversell, they're kind, and extremely helpful. We were able to shop around the store without feeling unwelcome or out of place, or pressured to buy anything. . Everyone was extremely helpful. 10/10. Thank you!And as a female customer, I can say they have no biased towards women/men/whoever you are, when it comes to purchasing a bike ;)

Amazing employee, Bret always helps us find the best of the best. The prices are the best you can get. All employees are very nice and willing to help, but if you want top-notch customer service, Bret is your man.

I found Scott Powersports through an inventory locator and I m glad I did. My first transaction with them could not have gone any smoother. The sales manager was pleasant and helpful on the phone, and his team was efficient. I showed up today to pick up the machine, and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Looking forward to doing business with Scott Powersports in the future and hope to build a lasting relationship with them.

Can't say enough about Bret, Joey and the entire team. They had a very specific bike that my husband was searching for over the course of about 5 weeks - a 2022 Kawasaki ZX-10R KRT/ABS edition. When we called to confirm they truly had it, as their site advertised, Bret quickly helped us prepare to come pick it up. Along the way, Joey helped ensure a smooth purchase process and gave us a heads up on some out of state items to make sure we had ready. In the end, we drove 5 hours from MA to PA to pick the bike up and had the paperwork completed and bike loaded on our trailer within 1 hour of arriving. It was truly the smoothest, most professional and FUN experience...all thanks to the team there and their expertise and dedication to fantastic customer service. The team was also VERY pro military veterans, which means more than ever these days with how the world is going. Again, can't say enough about everyone there and the level of experience and service.

Great staff!! We love visiting Scott s- the sales department is very knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful. Love the updates on the new and latest stuff! Service department was very quick on getting our bike prepped and out!!! Scott s will be the place we take our stuff to!

My husband and I had a great experience at Scott s Powersports from start to finish. We ended up buying 3 KTMs in one week because Ethan, Clint, and Christian really knew the right bikes to get my husband on. Everyone was very professional and nice. All bikes bought were delivered within a few hours of purchase! My husband has bought so many powersports over the years he quite frankly does not like going to any dealerships anymore. therefore, I have to take on the task of sealing the deal. As a women walking into Scott s I felt very comfortable and all the guys were extremely kind. They were prepared with the necessary paper work and each sale took no more then 15 mins which I appreciated. Other dealerships can take longer than an hour with paperwork often not ready any many hang ups. Thanks again and we will be back for more!

I had a situation where my bike was stalling out. I was able to limp it into Scott Powersports. Travis and his team got to work right on it and had me out within a couple hours. Can t say enough about the service and the attention that I got that day. Travis keep up the good work. Look forward to seeing you soon.

Everybody was super friendly and had a decent selection of bikes. Everything they had posted online was actually there unlike some places. Unfortunately we were $200 off on purchase price of a used bike that was 7.75k OTD and they'd only come down to 7.6k Instead of 7.4k that I was able to do. IMO didn't really seem to care about trying to work something out. Had more of a I'll sell regardless feel about it. But hey that's the business. Would definitely go back to check other bikes out in the future

Bret Wagner at Scott Powersports is an excellent sales contact. Bret found me a unicorn of a bike and proceeded to sell it to me without price gouging. Thank you to the entire team at Scott Powersports for making this a reality. Out of Five dealerships I contacted Bret was the only one to respond. I will buy my next bike here!

Second time here. First time I went in with 5k cash looking to buy a Honda grom. I walked the showroom floor for 15 minutes while multiple men sat at their sales desk. Went back there today in hopes to buy a bike I have been looking at on our website. Also would be paying cash for it. My boyfriend and I walked to the show room again for 10 to 15 minutes while multiple salesman were sitting at their desk. And we were never approach, or ask if we need any help. We then went blackmans and were asked if we needed help by every employee if we needed help. Scott s is obviously not interested in selling bikes to women. Thanks for all your help buddies, no wonder this place has gone hill. I m

Poor sales performance. Went in to inquire about ATV purchase for our boy. We were told to submit an online application and was approved. Salesperson never followed up even after we called them 2 days later! Their response was "it's on a stack of papers..." We later purchased an ATV elsewhere and still haven't received a follow up call!

I stopped in to ask some questions regarding equipment for my grandson. The parts desk young lady and the service desk young lady were two of the most helpful and informed customer service folks I've ever talked with! They listened and made my learning easy by the way they answered my questions. They are great representatives of this stores commitment to serving their customer base! Congratulations!!!

Bought a 2023 Honda Grom from them. Eian and Gwen were awesome. They were helpful and gave me any information I needed. The whole staff was great and had good energy. 5 stars and 10/10 experience.

Super frustrating service department. Expressed interest two months ago on them doing upgrades to my R1M and was told service manager would call. Never received a call. Fast forward a few months I got hit on my R1M and wanted Scott s to rebuild it. I was assured they could handle it and would love to do the work ..haven t received a follow up call. It s frustrating when I want to give the local shop my business but I don t have time to chase them around. Now I m nervous to take the bike there for any reason. It may be months before I get it back.

I have been using Scott power sports for awhile now to purchase parts for all my older bikes. The customer service I experience is nothing short of stellar.Most recently I worked with Adam trying to source parts for my KTM 450 and Honda 250 dirtbikes. Adam took the time to source out all of the different options for me to fix both bikes.We also could not find the clutch springs for my rekluse clutch on the internet. When rekluse opened on Monday he took it upon himself to call them and find out that rekluse would actually send them to me for free.Don t buy stuff off of Amazon/eBay ext . These guys at Scott s are the best and really care about helping you fix your machines. You can t find this kind of service anywhere anymore.Thanks guys!!!

Got in and out with 2 new toys. They answers all of our questions in detail and we didn't feel rushed. I was actually wanting to rush them so I can get the toys home and mess around. Highly recommended. They helped get everything loaded up also. Great interaction.

Great place to do business!My family was lucky enough to work with the manager Brett. He took care of us. Catered to our needs. We have experienced multiple other shops and Scott s is by far the best! We highly recommend checking them out. Scott s will be getting all our business from here on out! Brett s customer service is by far the best! Scott s inventory and selection is incredible.Thanks for everything!!!

Went in the showroom on a Husqvarna 2 stroke. I was greeted by a younger gentlemen. He told me he would not show me numbers without running my credit. Would not show me averages or even an out the door number. I left to go to Blackmans and came back two hours later because the bike at Scott was perfect. In that time the bike sold. Talked to who I believe was a manager when I got back, And he was really cool. Unfortunately I cant remember his name. I wish it could have worked out because its a local store to me and it is really nice inside. Ended up buying the same bike from a dealer 2 hours away from me. I hate to sounds like that guy, But they lost a sale because they couldn't provide me basic information.

Excellent service and personnel. I ve brought five different bikes here for service over the years, and they are always quick, skilled and go out of their way to be helpful. Additionally, I recently needed help getting assessments on bikes and Bret, the sales manager hooked me up within a day with current market values at no charge.This is my go-to place every time.

I needed to get a tire and tube installed off the bike.I called and spoke with Brandon to drop the wheel and tire off. Brandon in the service department was very professional and friendly. The whole experience was pleasant.

Huge selection of motorcycles, dirt bikes, and quads. Extensive collection of riding gear featuring Alpine star, Fly Racing, and Fox. Large parts department and full service garage. They sell racing fuel and high performance oils and parts. Great place to soup up your machine and make it rip!
