This was an enduring wait to get a quote. The people are nice enough, and the showroom interior's old-race-shop feel is nice. Overall, I am sad for this shop.

Chris is a true blue honest man and very passionate about his cars and repairs and works with customer have things happen car was done still understood and allowed to keep car on their property till family situation resolved ty so much humanity lives on in coopersburg auto for sure

Please do not take your car here! Took my car show vehicle to them to build and install a new engine. The entire process took them two years! Once I got the car back they charged me almost $5k more then I was quoted and the car looked like it had been parked in a junk yard. On top of that when I picked it up I didn t even make it 100ft down the street because they broke the transmission. Keep in mind the transmission had been newly rebuilt and only had 1k miles on it when I gave them the car. And on top of that the engine they built and installed didn t run properly due to low compression and improper set up. Reached out to them several times to hopefully resolve the issue and they completely ignored me and refused to contact me. There s tons more that I m not including, otherwise this review would be 10 pages long.In the end I took them to court. But after paying to rebuild the engine, transmission, and attorneys fees I lost in the neighborhood of 10k. I ve dealt with a lot of bad repair shops and contractors during my life but nothing compares to how terrible they were. No integrity at all. I ve talked to many people since then that have had similar issues with them, so this was not a one time screw up on their part. Please learn from my poor judgement don t take your car here!

I blew a tire at the stop light immediately before this shop and was stranded. I had a spare tire but no jack or tire iron to replace it with. Coopersburg auto parts was just down the street and despite being closed for the last half hour and cleaning up for the day the employees and manager opened their doors for me and helped me change the tire, even refusing payment for their help. I would recommend this business to anyone who values quality customer service and is looking for help of an automotive nature.

I deal with Nicole on a daily basis delivering parts and she is truly the nicest person I have ever met. Very kind, caring and it shows in her work. I took my car there for an oil change on a wintry day and it was done by noon. Extremely happy. I highly recommend going here!

Went to this location for years and the quality has significantly gone down. I had to take my vehicle back three times and it still wasn't done properly. My car wasn't reaching operational temp and was barely at 100 degrees. Keep in mind this was in the winter months. When I took it back the third time I said I'm freezing and the heat isn't working because the car isn't warming up like it should. One of the mechanics tells me "I guess you better bundle up then". Right then and there I was done with this company. I took it elsewhere and got the work redone that they didn't do right the first time which was the alternator and thermostat was stuck open. They didn't question it like they did with me when a shop called them and inqured. I immediately gained respect for that new shop and still go to this day. I also had pictures as well as phone logs of what the problems were and how often it happened. I got all my money back from the bank. I'm really glad I didn't use cash or I would have never gotten it back. They are friendly to a point but overall they don't know what they are doing anymore.

Confirmed my uhaul pick up on a Monday for Friday pick up and when I arrived no one was there and door on sign closed for weekend. I arrived at our said time. I had to contact Uhaul to set me up at another location. Would not recommend this place if you need a uhaul for moving. I spent more time on the phone and driving to another location. They had all my contact info and they did not have the courtesy of contacting me to let me know they were closing early. Very Irresponsible. I give zero stars for customer service.

I called today, two days after Christmas for an inspection. They said I needed rear brake pads and it would take 30 minutes. I said no problem and chatted with father in law about what the area was like 30 years ago. I came back home and called to ensure they had my cell number. She said car will be done in 20 and they would call. At the end of the day, nice people, no hassles, and I recommend highly!

Dropped my car off yesterday for inspection and did not get a phone call update. When I called them they said "did not get to your car yet, call you back later on with an update." A full day goes by and I have used uber 3 times, wanting to know what the heck was going on. I called them, to get a final diagnosis. They told me that my car was a mess and that it needed to many repairs done, to fit me in... All I needed was better communication, not wasting my time and money for nothing.

I have taken my car to them several times for inspection, repairs, welding, and have ordered parts from them. Every single time the work has gotten done late, if at all. Multiple times they said enthusiastically they could do what I was asking for, came across a roadblock, and never called to let me know they couldn't do it. So they unnecessarily held onto my car for weeks longer than needed and often without getting any work done.I ordered parts from them, thinking that's hard to mess up. They ordered the wrong part, despite the fact that I specified that the part probably varies based on the trim of my vehicle and let them know which trim I had.The only reason Im not giving Coopersburg Auto Parts one star, is because they HAVE gotten the job done once or twice and they've never charged me for work they couldn't do.

Made an appointment 1 well prior for state inspection. They had my car all day, at 2pm on Thursday they called me to say I needed front breaks and rotors. I told them ok to do it then they said the mechanic Mark is off Friday and I need to bring my car back next week. Very inconvenient.I've never had this happen. The owner just stood there with a smirk and said Mark works 4 , 10 hour days.Wish they would have told me before I wasted my time at this so called mechanic.Don't waste your time here

Called them to schedule oil change and check ABS light and steering stiffness. Said they will call me with diagnosis. Never called after 3 days. Had to call them. They told me parts were expensive but I could get them myself online if they gave me part #'s. Well, after ME calling them 5 days in a row now, I'm STILL waiting for them to call me back after telling me they would. If you don't want my business, just tell me. Thanks for wasting my time.

I went in today before work because I needed help replacing a headlight bulb by my battery that I couldn't do. Walked in and told them what I needed and was responded with a "not interested." Stood there for a moment thinking it was a joke, a lot of mechanics I've seen are sarcastic. Then the owner proceeded to just say "Bye" reminiscent of being in high school. I would not recommend at all unless you are looking to waste your time. I don't understand how someone can be so rude to someone seeking help with their car.

Scheduled inspection for first of 3 cars on Thursday. Called Friday to find out when to exchange second car. Was told they would call. Never called. I called back at 4:30 and was told they wouldn't finish it until Monday and they would call. No call. I called Monday at noon and was told they only had to change the oil. No call back. Called again at 4 and was told it would be done Tuesday. Called Tuesday and was told they lost my keys and could I bring spare. Took spare down and discovered the keys were under the mat where I left them last Thursday. Asked how they did all the work they claimed to have done without my keys. No explanation. Car was there almost a week and nothing was done. They will never see me or my cars again.

Waited 3 months for Jason the owner to rebuild my 383 stroker and install in my custom car. What a mistake. After completion I drove the car home having stalled out twice, then couldn't start it the following day. Called him but no return call. Finally spoke to his wife who told me to have it towed back at my expense. After waiting 2 more weeks, they fixed the carburetor and ignition problem which they installed, I was asked to pay another $1200+ for extra time and parts. After argueing with Jason he told me that the carburetor is not part of the motor, even though he supplied and installed it, then said I owe him for the time it took to trouble shoot and repair the problem. Jason the owner threatened to put a lean on my car and because he is a police officer I felt I couldn't win even if I tried to fight it in court. He's a cheat and his mechanic and his father in law who worked on the car are both cowards for not standing up to him after agreeing with me when he was not around. Oh yeah, turns out he did not rebuild my 383 but gave me something he put together in his machine room. I've got a real mechanic tearing it apart next week. I'll get it straightened out soon. Then I'll come after him. DON'T TRUST HIM WITH HIS SMIRK LOOK AND BALD HEAD. He is a cheat.

Extremely personal attention is attained at this business for your automotive needs. I was treated extremely well and extremely happy with my performance engine that was built and tuned by this establishment. Please patronize this high quality business and you will be very happy as I was.

the people who own/work here are so incredibly helpful and kind. they helped to clear up a beauracratic issue with u-haul and let us borrow a peice of equipment from their own personal property. thank you so much for all the help!

Coopersburg Auto today. Nicole was at the counter. Absolutely wonderful woman. She had 2 of the most well behaved children with her. If you need anything for your autos call or stop in here. I know I'll be back!!!

Nice people on the inside. Only came here for a uhaul. Lot is super tight and I had trouble getting in & out and I m a semi driver.. overall good experience though.
