Tony B and Marlon were absolutely fantastic today. From the moment I walked in, Tony, was funny, friendly, efficient (even as a trainee), and was set on learning how to do things the proper way. I've always come to Autozone for my automotive needs, but this time took the cake for positive experiences. Thank you to both!!

I recently shopped this store & experienced outstanding customer service from Jacob. First, he was helping another customer & I think there was some kind of issue so he started helping me instead of making me wait. Unfortunately, the store didn t have the product I wanted. He took it upon himself to contact his Dad to get other ideas for the product. He suggested I go to Lowe s, they didn t have the product & I experienced terrible service. Thank you, Jacob.

Today makes 3 different occasions where I have ordered a part, and they can't bothered to call and notify that it has arrived. If you don't want to notify when a part is "in stock", that is your business. But if you require customers to pay IN ADVANCE, then you need to notify when it arrives.*Edit: Just noticed they have TWO default responses to any negative review. Way to take an interest in your customers!

I called inquiring about belts and exhaust parts for my Subaru. I m not familiar with cars, but Ken made sure to explain everything to me on the parts I needed and how they made my vehicle run. It s as if my father was taking his time walking me through everything sharing everything down to price differences. Such a kind man. I forgot to thank him for his service with being a Veteran. So thank you! And thank you for educating me. You re a kind man and I hope one day someone is as patient and kind with my daughter when she has car problems.I d also like to thank William for kindness and for being so helpful in getting a few parts I must ve forgot to order. He had it to be shipped first thing in the morning and held onto another part so it would be there when I came in. And another thank you to the manager (please don t be upset, but I forgot your name) for being so fun and kind tomy daughter and I. I bet you were a great teacher! Appreciate the discount and hope you all get raises! Great staff you have here.

Worst telephone service I have ever dealt with. Put me on hold for over 5 minutes for a simple computer stock check of a spark plug. Hung up called again put me on hold as soon as I got on and didn't pick backup. She didn't even give me the a reason. Just rebuild the whole operation over there. Last time I went in they had a new guy working the computer with no supervision. I stood at the checkout counter for 20 minutes while they reboot their system. Brian dead

Leaving this review for Bob and Karen there. Bob helped me today with a battery and he was the kind of person you want to deal with after a pandemic year where everyone has been locked up and rude. Karen was also super friendly and wonderful to talk to. Thank you for a positive experience on a less than great day

My hood on my subarus wasn t latching so i went to the coopersburg autozone. Ken was happy to help and fixed it so fast ! he explained and showed me the issue and told me exactly what to do to avoid it(dry latch got stuck i needed all purpose grease and for ken to somehow get it unstuck ). we were coming back from a long trip to kalahari and he got us in and out in less than 10 minutes with a locked hood ! thank you ken :)

I'm usually not the one to write negative reviews on any site, however this location is an exception. Being an army vet/serving currently; you get a 10% discount in store. I have gotten the discount MULTIPLE times and yes I have shown my MI. I never had an issue until a new, younger lad made a joke about the Air Force. While the man called over the new store manager, she made a remark about the AF as I was leaving. The previous store manager never disrespected my career and made the customer she was helping priority. Nick has always helped me out especially when I asked questions about fixing my skyline. A while back as well, a younger woman who was very knowledgeable about cars was assisting me, one of her coworkers who's nametag had Karen on it RUDELY interrupted her and exclaimed to me "We aren't allowed to give mechanical advice as we are not techs." In short; Since Jessie has left the Coopersburg store, this store fell short to extreme disrespect. The new store manager, Anita, needs to have a reality check and to be replaced.

Anita is an awful manager, abused manager position and treats bay workers she doesn t like with complete disrespect and harassment. No wonder this is one of the worst AZ stores, I ll be sure to make sure my people don t go there. You d think you d have some decency but no you d be just a stain on earth.

**FIRST, DO NOT GO HERE FOR A BATTERY INSTALLMENT!!**I understand the women who work at AZ shouldn't be expected to lift a heavy battery into a truck of all things, however I would rather help one than have multiple bolts and nuts stripped because some kid was tightening them instead of loosening them. I was there from 3pm-8:30pm and Ken had to finish the job that the new kid messed up on. The new kids they hired know NOTHING about the SIMPLIST of abilities. Nick and Dan. Hire people who want to be in this field. Not just people to fill your roster.I asked a kid what oil filter my bike took. Good lord, could have had me pull from a hat and said GOOD LUCK. They let go of the people who ACTUALLY know what they're talking about and know. I came in about three weeks ago. Will be changing to a different store.

I needed a new battery for my car and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. They found the part that I needed, helped switch it out, and got rid of the old battery. I would definitely go back for any of my future automotive care needs.

Several managers I ve had an awful experience with. I came in and was trying to ask for a light for my car and this Spanish older lady just ignored me and I heard her bad mouth me walking away. This store is a disgrace, I ve never had an issue at other auto zones I ve been to. This company should really evaluate their stores better.

Almost every time I go into the store it's one thing or another Either rude employees Ones that have no clue what they're talking about or bad service. I would sooner drive the other 9 miles to go to Advanced Auto

Brent the store manager was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out with our car battery. We appreciate his help so much and will definitely be going back to this AutoZone whenever we need something!

Several months ago my sister couldn't get her headlight out to replace it. It was pouring down rain and the store associate I think his name was Mike, came out and did it for her. We didn't even ask him. That's customer service!

Only time Coopersburg location.. friendly.. professional & helped with return on warranty items other auto zones didn't honor.. & found in computer.. other auto zones wouldn't honor warranty even with receipt in my hand & proof mine with matching credit card & license both my name & acct matched receipt

Always a good source for parts. Staff however always lacks knowledge of basic vehicle and mechanical know-how. But that's usual with a chain parts store. Still, service with a smile.
