So unbelievably rude, I ve contacted him twice. TWICE. Our conversations were maybe 2 minutes total at most. The first time was with my insurance to request release of the car to them and he suggested I bring the key down there with a decent amount of attitude. After speaking with my agent since I have no car and no way to do after hours key drop off my agent told me to go ahead and have the car released and they ll have me overnight the keys to them directly instead.So I call back again, tell him that the insurance company will be there tomorrow to pickup the car and that I m authorizing release, and that I m going to mail the keys at the instruction of my insurance. He then screams I wish you people would make up your mind and hangs up and refuses to answer the phone.If he s towing you cause of an accident you re screwed but if you re looking for towing and have the ability to make a choice, avoid this place at all costs. So unprofessional

Had my 1972 Volvo towed from our residence to a private transmission shop. The individual driving the truck and assistant were friendly, professional and very efficient in the process. Took care of my classic car very well and charged a fair price. I was very pleased with tow performance.

Agreed! Extremely uneducated , rude, unprofessional and ignorant. I d trust a 5yr old to keep my car over this Chris Terrible location.. no security cameras, no gates, and no parking lot!! The cars he had were randomly thrown on a side grass area in no order what s so ever. We called to retrieve our belongings out of Our car and he refused to allow us. His work line is his cell number and he answers with ya .... no greeting or even saying chris s Auto Even his business cards have typos on them.Stay clear of this mess and REFUSE to allow them to tow your car after an accident.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was in a accident and this this is the company that towed my car. They would not release my vehicle to the insurance without being paid tax free cash money. It was by far the most bizarre and unprofessional experience throughout the entire ordeal of the entire experience of being in a car accident. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Not to mention he charged $900 for a two mile tow and 10 days storage.

The owner of the shop Chris was extremely rude to me and my wife. He kept staring at her chest and made weird comments that were extremely inappropriate.I wish I could give this shop a zero stars.
