I've been going to Maximum Auto for over a decade. The service has always been reliable, reasonable & respectful. Pete & his team do repairs for fair prices and explain what is needed in layman terms. Looking forward to another decade of trustworthy services.

I knew there was something wrong with my car so I brought it in for an inspection expecting the worst. Turns out I only needed new tires and an alignment. The techs were very transparent, efficient, and the work they did was affordable. I highly recommend Maximum Auto and I will be going back in the future as well.

Bought a quality set of tires from Pete at Maximum Auto in late 2012 for my Honda Element. The installation and alignment was perfect.Back again recently for another rotate, balance & alignment. These people know how to provide quality service! Thanks again

Have used Pete for over 10 years maintaining my fleet. HONESTY and INTEGRITY are alive and well at Maximum. I have referred many friends and they all continue to use Pete year after year.I manage a fleet and the BS auto shops try to pull is staggering. I will tow vehicles hours to Pete as I know I will save money in the end.

Negative State Inspection Experience Maximum AutoI took my car to Maximum Auto a week ago for state inspection. I was told that I needed new front brake pads in order to pass. When I checked them out, they appeared low but not yet low enough to be a safety concern. After the office manager quoted me $220 to put on new pads and machine the rotors (one of which showed one light score mark), I said that I would do the work myself and then bring the vehicle back for the inspection sticker. Both the office manager and business owner made it clear that they were not pleased with my decision.When I removed the old brake pads and installed new ones, the thinnest of the old pads was 4/32nds of an inch. This is twice the state-established threshold (2/32nds) for failing safety inspection. Did the front brakes need to be replaced soon? Yes. Should the brakes have failed state inspection? No. When I returned to get my sticker, I politely raised this issue with the owner. He became agitated and eventually asked me not to return to his business.Maximum Auto certainly had every right to alert me to an upcoming maintenance need on my car and to provide me a quote. However, I was disappointed that they used the state inspection as an occasion to require me to get this work done preferably by them. I did not feel that I was treated with respect, courtesy, or professionalism. Nor was I left with the confidence that staff were looking out for my best interests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business.

Always a good experience with Pete and his crew. Been going for years for tires and his prices are always lower then anywhere else. In and out service. Highly recommended.

Great shop. Ben is the best, always takes care of my car like its his own, and let's me know what needs to be done ASAP and what should be done within the next few months.

Zero stars the place I frequented for the inspection of my trailer and tire change, I decided to test how they are in the mechanical service and it is a disappointment, I took my truck 2 times for brake adjustment and check a strange noise that made a rear tire the Owner Pete told me that it was the muffler that is loose and I trust his word I took my vehicle and the next day I had an accident because the man never checked the rear tire, he only assumed that the problem was the muffler, when I did The claim told me that he would help me with 100 dollars out of a total of 800 when I told him that I would pay him only half because he never solved my problem for me he made me out of his business he told me not to come back, even crazy would I look for a terrible serviceService: Brakes
