We had a great experience with Steve John. We traded in our 2011 corvette on a 2015. Steve went through the process on the phone . Since we were located in different states, We swapped pictures and info on the cars and negotiated a deal over the phone. We secured a loan and the deal went very smoothly. Shortly after we left the dealership in our new car we developed a problem. We called Steve and he immediately took control He brought the car back made the necessary repair and then offered us the choice of continuing with the deal or giving us our car back. We continued the deal and when we left again we felt very lucky to have done business with such an honest and sincere family. Awesome!

Shopped around for a high quality, pre-owned car and found a beautiful S-class at John Brothers. It was truly the best car-buying experience I have gone through. Steve was prompt in his following up with my initial inquiry about the car with no sales pressure or gimmicks throughout the entire process. I wish all the other previous salespeople I've purchased cars through were as easy and enjoyable to deal with. The car was offered at a very fair price and I acquired the car knowing I received a great deal.If you are looking for a great car buying experience, I highly recommend John Brothers Automotive.I will gladly drive the 90 minutes to have them continue to service the vehicle knowing I will have a great experience.

I live in Florida but drive to Conshohocken to visit family every year. John Brothers has been my go to automotive shop for 4 years. Excellent work at fair prices! From regular service, tires and even replacing my cracked windshield, John Brothers is a great full service shop. No need to go anywhere else!!

I highly recommend John Brothers Automotive. I purchased a Porsche 911 from Steve a couple months back and the car has been excellent. Working with Steve was an absolute pleasure as he was very responsive, attentive and helpful to with all my questions. I would recommend looking at John Bro s auto to anyone who is looking for a positive used vehicle experience.

Very happy Purchased a Porsche 911 from john brother auto today. Amazing experience! Been in touch with Steve the entire time. Did a PPI and a few things come up on the report. Steve told me everything will be repair per PPI inspection report. **when I showed up today, NO sunrises man of his words! Everything was done correctly Smooth transaction . Even put in a full tank of gas for me *(I m in the market for a daily ride and already told Steve to keep an eye out would be great if I can buy from him again! Is hard these days to meet a honest dealer who do what they say *(5 stars)

Great service, great communication, very convenient for people living in Conshy. Their evening after hours drop box leaves plenty of space for questions. They always call if there is a change in the estimated quote and look out for your best interest.

Thank you so very much to the team at John's Auto for generously repairing our tire when we got a flat last Saturday while at an after funeral lunch at the restaurant next door. They were not even open for business and were getting ready to leave when we showed with a very flat tire. Their kindness and professionalism is greatly appreciated. I search for a car nationwide. The best price was John's Brothers. This was my first online-/distant purchase with me in California. Steve was absolutely the best to work with. Provided me with detailed pictures of potential issues, he was totally transparent throughout the process. Essentially, he was my eyes and went above and beyond. From start to finish it was all a smooth process. He even provided me with some great tips to car for the car. I highly recommend.

I had the best experience buying a used car from John Brothers Automotive. I bought a 2012 Honda Pilot EXL and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I worked with Steve John and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was upfront with the pricing and fees with no hidden costs that I found at other places. Truly the best car buying experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a used car.-James

Been taking our car to John Brothers for several years now. This is a family business and all the brothers and father are nice sincere guys who do great work at affordable prices. And above all they are honest. They will never just do work "to do work" and make money from you. They are really thoughtful about what your car needs, and if its truly needed or not. We have bought three cars from them too and have very pleased with those cars and the prices they sold to us for. I highly recommend John Brothers.

Purchased an 06 Corvette from Steve at John Brothers. Family owned business, and you can absolutely tell that they care about their customers and products. From the very beginning, Steve was great with communicating and was patient with all my questions as this was my first Vette. Steve knows Corvettes inside and out. I truly felt comfortable buying from them as they are truly great people. Even after purchasing the car, I noticed a minor issue with a hose under the hood. Steve repaired this for me at no cost and even provided local transportation. You re not just buying a car, you re buying into their family and their business. All around very happy and will continue to have my cars serviced by them.

I found I car on Autotrader from John Brothers.Everything was shut down because of the Pandemic. Steve still took my call and told me all about the car and explained in detail on what work they were performing on it to ensure that it would be in tip top condition when I bought it. Steve is a great guy, and knows his cars. This place takes pride in there cars, they don t just flip them, they thoroughly go through them with diagnostic test and inspections and replace worn parts. I live in MICHIGAN and Steve arranged delivery right to my door for a fair price. Couldn t be happier.

've recently been introduced to the frustration of owning a Mini, which generally means either paying outrageous dealer prices, having to go to a BMW specialty shop, or being told "no we don't work on those" by various independent and chain shops, even for routine maintenance like brake pads. Not only did John Brothers happily work on my car, but they got me in within a week of when I called AND they did the job for literally one third of what the dealership quoted me ($300 as opposed to $900). Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and it was obvious that they were real car enthusiasts too. Will be using them whenever I can in the future.Service: Brakes

If you want quality work done right the first time this is the place. I operate and repair street sweepers and work a bunch of overtime and don't have time to work on my own car anymore. I take it here and have zero problems, work is done for the quoted price and no issues with the work.

Last week, I lost my wedding ring in a very akward spot inside my car. I lost it underneath the track of my driver's side seat. I was unsure that I would ever get it back. I was put at ease upon my arrival at John Brothers Automotive. Michael was so comforting and assured me that he would be able to retrieve my ring. Within a few minutes, he popped the seat out of my car and handed me my ring, unscathed! Due to how quickly he was able to do this, he refused to charge me! Such amazing people and customer service! I am soooo happy that my manager recommended them to me! I will continue to use and recommend them in the future. Their kindness and generosity has meant so much to me at such a devastating time :)!

Bought a corvette from Steve earlier this year. Great experience. Steve is a car guy first and a dealer second. Very knowledgeable, fair prices, and is willing to work with you. I would have no hesitation in recommending him if you are in the market for a Corvette or Porsche or whatever is on his lot.

These guys are very honest and do quality work. Highly recommend John Brothers. Most recently I heard a rattling sound in my right wheel. Turns out something only needed to be tightened. BUY YOUR CORVETTE HERE!!!I bought a 2000 Corvette from them about 6 months ago. There car was very thoroughly detailed inside and out. I asked for pictures of the bottom of the car to ensure it was rust free. They sent me multiple pictures of the underside of the car on a lift! The visors were slightly damaged and he had new ones mailed to my house and offered to install for free.I had a few questions about the usual GM electrical issues, they answered my call immediately, gave me some insight, and offered to take a look at it free of charge.When I left with the car it was fully detailed, fresh Mobil 1 full synthetic oil change, and had PA inspection done that day!They worked with me on the price even though the asking price was very reasonable. There were no rediculous documentation fees, and no pushy salesman like I've delt with in the past.If you want an HONEST salesman that deals specifically with sports cars This is the place to go.I am a mechanic and I can tell they take pride in their work and do everything to ensure the car leaves the shop right!I plan to bring my C5 Corvette back to them for inspection when it comes due, even though it is a 45 min drive for me.Price of inspection and full synthetic oil change is $300 or more for a Corvette. Do the math, you'll leave with a car that will not need any maintenance for a year or more. Worth every penny and you won't deal with dishonest mechanics that will find $1500 in work you don't need.I plan on trading up to a C7 eventually and I will not deal with anyone else, even if I have to wait 6 months for the right car.BUY YOUR SPORTS CAR HERE.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Oil change

John Brothers are one of the rare auto mechanic and repair shops who are 100% truthful, reasonable and honest. I ve referred family and friends to them, as I couldn t imagine going anywhere else. These guys are pros and so reliable.

I have been taking my cars to John Bros for years now. It started when my Jeep started burning oil way to fast. They are singularly the reason why my Jeep lasted as long as it did. It is hard to find a trusted mechanic and I'm glad I don't have to. When my kids are old enough to drive they will taking their cars here.
