This is my experience with Conicelli these past 5 months. I can only give one star to post this but yea you guys are a 0/10Tom at the credit center building across the street from the dealership sold me a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that came with minor window and vent issues (none of which actually effected the way it drives) and promised to get the vehicle fixed. Instead of taking it to service, he left it at the auto credit center and tried to fix the issues himself. After picking up the vehicle to drop it off at service center myself, I noticed DAMAGES he or someone did to my vehicle not present prior to dropping it off.Fast forward to picking up the vehicle after the repairs were fixed, I noticed a cup of tea the valet drivers were drinking and decided to just leave in my car. The VERY NEXT DAY the engine seizes up and I m back to square one at service where it s impossible to reach anyone It s now been months and they can t advise an eta on my vehicle because of the plethora of other engine issues they ve had since summer. (which should be a telltale sign that something fishy is going on)Bottom line is you guys provide HORRIBLE services. You waste my time and made me miss out on work and money all because you have employees trying to cut corners and who are too lazy and forgetful to pick up after themselves when driving customers cars. I don t ever write reviews but I want people to see the way you treat your customers and see if I can just get my car fixed so I don t have to deal with you guys again UPDATE: I guess someone didn t like my review. Just giving me more reasons to stay away from this place. A horrible place to do business

Our experience at Conicelli couldn't have been better. The sales process was transparent and organized, the car was ready at the appointed time for a test drive and there was no sales pressure to add any extras, nor any hidden fees. The whole experience was smooth and we felt truly appreciated and respected as customers. We are very happy with our choice and highly recommend Conicelli and their excellent Sales and Finance team. Special Kudos to Haydee and Gianna who made the car buying experience a breeze!

Cannot say enough good things about Conicelli Hyundai. The sales manager, Dennis and the sales consultant, Bernard, were knowledgeable, courteous and made the leasing process seamless. They did not hesitate to answer any of our questions, in a thorough and timely manner! I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as these two individuals!

Purchased a Tucson Hybrid. Great experience with the sales people, especially Dru and Dennis. They really worked with me on pricing and making sure I got the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new car.

Buying my beautiful new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid was a pleasure. I researched the car on the Concelli website before going to the dealership. Our salesperson, Steve Kauffman, was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We discussed the features that were important to me (hybrid, auto-liftgate, complimentary 3-year maintenance) and incentives. I am looking forward to using the remote start feature on those cold, dark winter mornings! I feel as if I got the best car (beautiful, comfortable, and safe) for the best price and am extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks, Steve!

They did not replace all of the screws on my undercarriage shield when it was replaced and it came off going down the highway. They also have not replaced any of the hold down system for the interior covers of the engine. Do not recommend using them.

Conicelli Hyundai is amazing. Bill, the Salesman and Dennis Difillipo the sales manager helped me tremendously going into my 3rd lease. The process was so smooth, they got me an amazing deal and I couldn t be happier to get my 3rd car with them. I will never switch to another dealership. All of your service appointments are covered in a lease which is amazing, and the sales team I worked with are so knowledgeable and made me feel so confident in my choice/ purchase! So satisfied with my experience and new car.

Appointment scheduled for a test drive on a used vehicle (bmw x5 m). Arrived at the appointment and the vehicle had been sold. Traveled 45 minutes. Sat in the waiting area for a while only to have a salesperson tell me the vehicle was sold while they laughed. Then asked if I wanted to see something else. No offense but they dont carry a vehicle that remotely compares to what I wanted to purchase. Multiple text alerts and emails were sent confirming the appointment but not one to let me know they didn t still have the vehicle. What a waste of time. They didn t even care about the inconvenience. Sleazy to say the least.

From beginning to end our Conicelli Hyundai experience was wonderful. Our salesman Steve K. was amazing as always, and Gianna R. in finance was extremely pleasant as well. They both relieved any stress and anxiety we felt. Steve K. made sure we got the exact car we wanted within our comfortable budget. Gianna R. made the financing a breeze, explaining everything as we were signing. Conicelli is definitely the place to for a kind, friendly, knowledgable team.

The feeling right at home is always at Conicelli Hyundai. I am not an easy person to please or to deal with but Haydee always goes above and beyond to make me happy. I have gotten so many leases and even a purchase and at this point Conicelli is family. That is why I refer all my friends, family and even strangers to this location. Pay them a visit and you will see how easy it is to become a customer for life.

I can t even give Conicelli enough stars. I had gone to a dealership in the city just a few weeks before, and was completely being given the run around with my trade in. Conicelli gave me a way higher trade in value, and Dennis was so personable and relatable. He went above and beyond to get me a new lease for a 2024 Hyundai Tucson. He truly cared about me and wanted me to be happy and have an affordable payment. I walked away a happy customer and will always come back to Conicelli. They are realistic with todays auto consumer and truly care about your well-being.

The first experience I had was great, second one not so much. When I got my car I never get a spare key fob, was also told I d get a call to set up a paint issue as well as the key. Fast forward it has just now hit 2 years and I never heard anything. So today I went in and explained the situation to try to ask about it and I was told, it was 2 years ago, I don t know what to tell you. And then walked away. So now what? Pay for all this coverage and you don t take care of the customer. I am beyond stressed due to the fact I will have to go out of my way and more than likely pay out of pocket just to get an extra key that should be included with the purchase. Understood you may say why wait so long? But it s not my job to call me and assure all of that. Not happy at all with this situation. Won t be coming back.

BEFORE YOU BUY A HYUNDAI , know that getting it serviced under the warranty will be a hassle. I made an appointment (the soonest they had available) to get an issue with my horn fixed and was told they were backed up due to so many recall appointments . When I made the appointment, I was under 60,000 miles . When I showed up for the appointment (a little above that mileage) they tried to charge me for the service stating that I was over the mileage so it would not be covered. I reported this issue several times prior and just because the horn started working by the time I got there, it was ignored by the service team. They will do anything to not do the service for free or will say they fixed something but actually did not fix it. BEWARE !! Do not purchase any extended warranties from them either. Save the money and pay out of pocket elsewhere.Edit: The service manager reached out to me within 24 hours to get this fixed. Hopefully this will no longer be an issue when I come in for an appointment in 2 weeks .

Great place to shop, buy and just be treated with class and respect. This company treats you like family. Sales professional Dru and Sales Manager Evan were top notch. Gianna in finance made the process easy and GSM Nick sealed the deal. This is the only Hyundai Dealership to purchase and feel good.

I am now in my 5th Hyundai lease from Conicelli. My experience was 5 stars plus some. Nick and Marshall treated me as if I was family and they were very kind and respectful. They care about their customers and they listen to you. Marshall explained everything about my new Kona and was so patient as I had many questions. And Nick showed me the numbers for the car and worked to get a payment that was doable for me.I keep going back to Conicelli because it is always a great experience.

We were at the end of our lease with our Hyundai Elantra. To be honest, I was on the fence about coming back to Conicelli due to my previous experience with the salesman. It wasn t great and we didn t want to go through the hassle again. However, we saw they were having some deals and decided that our problem wasn t personally with Conicelli, it was with the previous sales person. I reached out to their very friendly and professional loyalty manager Bill Brent who set us up with Bill Wombold. He couldn t have set us up with a nicer or more down-to-earth guy. Bill W walked us through the process from start to finish. He got all of our information during the week, set up an appointment with us on the weekend and had the car we were interested in waiting for us upon arrival. My husband was in love with the Santa Fe from the moment we saw it and took it for a test drive. We ended up trading in our lease for it and are super happy with our purchase. Next time you need a car, go see Bill Wombold at Conicelli Hyundai. He makes the buying process smooth and puts you at ease. Thanks Bill!

So a month ago I called this location to book an appointment for my Hyundai sonata due to an oil consumption issue. I informed the man I spoke with that it would be my first time visiting this location. When I arrived this morning I waited in line for 15 minutes to even check in when I got up to the desk the service representative informed me they couldn t touch my car for this issue since this is not the location I purchased the car from. I asked them why they didn t tell me this when I booked the appointment a month ago and he said they cannot disclose that information. I then called the dealer I bought my car from (which is in another state) and they didn t have an appointment available until the middle of march. So essentially I am being forced to drive a ticking time bomb of a car until March due to the lack of information provided by this dealership. If I would ve known this information from the beginning I could have called the other dealer and possibly gotten a sooner appointment. On top of that I took a personal day from work for absolutely no reason. This is genuinely the worst customer service experience I ve ever had if I could give 0 stars I would. Please save your time and don t go to this dealer and possibly just don t get a Hyundai at all.

Just leased a new Hyundai Tucson with help from Haydee in sales. She did an amazing job answering all our questions along the way, and pulling vehicles for us to see. Gianna in finance worked with us on pricing and provided very helpful information. The sales managers checked in to support us in ensuring we were receiving the best service possible and were comfortable throughout the entire experience. The team here is very helpful and kind.

Wasn't looking forward to having to get a new car (who does?), but I couldn't have had a better team to work with than Steve Kauffman and Nick Manasra at Conicelli Hyundai. Steve provided several different vehicles that fit under the umbrella of what I was looking for and answered all my questions about the differences between the cars we tested. There was never any pressure, and he presented financial plans for several different scenarios for me to consider. Steve may have sold me on the car, but it was Nick who made it possible for me to get it. Nick put me in touch with an insurance agent he knows who was able to work wonders when my previous insurance company had allowed me to make a poor decision that would have resulted in premiums 4 times higher than what I had been paying had it not been for Nick's contact. These men are both more than deserving of 5-star reviews, but I can only leave one. Thank you, Steve and Nick!!

My experience was great! Getting a new car can be super exciting yet stressful at the same time but the team I worked with helped to alleviate stress by being patient, flexible and kind. I am terrible with names but Angel, I think Steve and Hassan, once again I m terrible with remembering names so sorry if it s not their names but these guys were amazing. I would 10/10 recommend their services.

Honesty is the best policy. Paul, from the service department demonstrates professionalism with care. He's always made me feel at ease when bringing my car in. Their Auto Techs are honest too. Tech carfully looked over my car to make sure it was safe to drive. They won't perform unnecessary service and try to upsell you. They actually listen to their customers and concerns.

If you're ever looking to buy a vehicle from conicelli Hyundai or Toyota please ask for Darius Wingo, he's the greatest. Very informative. He took the time to go over a few different vechicles I looked at and made sure I walked away with what I wanted.I loved that I didn't have to settle in to something I didn't like.Not your pushy salesman!!Very pleased to have worked with him.

Abraham Holmes is very knowledgeable and nice , he took his time and took care all my needs. Some dealerships sometimes add in extra fees, not this dealership. I would definitely buy another car with Conicelli Autoplex, very satisfied.
