I have had the best interaction with Troy Davis at Toyota. My family have bought few cars throughout the years and Troy has always been the best as far as sales goes. He goes far and beyond and is always honest with us from the beginning. He has never forced us to buy any vehicle that we did not want. I can speak for myself and my husband, who loves to go there to upgrade his truck. I prefer to have my Honda serviced by a dealer, and this place delivered. Sure, it's probably cheaper somewhere else. B7t I trust the dealer to do a good job. This team seemed very confident and professional.

Our Conicelli experience on March 8, 2024. I was a little nervous about buying a new car when we walked in Conicelli. We were met by the front desk clerk who was smiling, which was calming. She asks if they could help my Husband and me and we responded with Yes, we are looking for a car. Michelle Herbert was assigned to us. What a surprise!! She asked a lot of questions about our likes and dislikes regarding cars. She invited us to her office where there was a Grand Highlander, she told us to get in and see if we liked that car. I told her it was too big and too high for me to get in and out of. We continued to talk about cars. She was always quick to respond to any question or concern. She told my husband to look at the Highlander Platinum on the showroom floor. He called me over to sit in the car and Michelle came over and explained all about the car and its functions and accessories. I teased Michelle about selling the car. We were very impressed by her knowledge of the car. She asked if wanted to test drive the car and we did. She had the car pulled out of the showroom and placed outside for us to drive. We both loved the car performance while driving. We knew this was the car for us. Michelle asked if we were sure this was the one. We both said Yes at the same time. Michelle went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the purchase of our car. Overall, everyone that we encountered was awesome (Tony, Angel, front desk clerk and of course MICHELLE). She was the perfect person to sell us a car. Michelle made the process of buying effortless and enjoyable. Thank You Conicelli

They are completely bogus . I have a deal setup in Jan with no money down my issue was the car payment being over $560 I could not afford that. So I go back now cause I can and I m told nothing can be done for me u less I have $1000-1500 down you guys are literally sharks . My first experience was hell from a sales rep that no longer works there because he doesn t know how to talk to people and now I m calling and calling to get an update after you guys ran my info through every freakin bank to be told you can t do anything to help. You salesman are liars! I have been approved for a 2024 with only $500 down it s not the car I want and the payment is too high but don t tell me what you can and can t do. You guys are suppose to try and this is the last straw I wouldn t recommend anyone to come here. I only trued you guys because you helped my mother years ago and she was satisfied! Buyers be where they will not help you but string you along.

Drove 2 hours to buy a car for my son. We knew what we wanted, did the process, final payment and insurance was due at a certain day, long story short Ava, the sales rep, text me the same day two words 86 sold no phone call, no empathy, no communication whatsoever. Did not wait the full business day And sold the car to someone else. While still working with me. I asked to speak to the manager, he was not available. What a disappointment for my teenage son when I told him we lost the car! They just didn t care. I will not recommend this place!!

We scheduled an appointment to see a 2021 Kia K5. When we first arrived, they couldn't locate the car. We waited about 25 minutes. Once we went to see the car, it was dirty inside and out. Unacceptable! It was advertised as having no accidents. Upon inspecting the car, it was clear that a crappy repair job had been done to the front passenger side, as well as the rear passenger side. A complete waste of our time looking for a first time car for oir son.

Called me and setup an appointment knowing i was driving over an hour to get there when i arrived they had made up an excuse as to why they did not have the vehicle i came to buy. Tried to make up excuse after excuse and told me they would call me when it showed up. The following day i find out the vehicle sold. Terrible dealership to deal with. Beware of wasting your time here. 100% unprofessional.

This dealership sends me letters in the mail on a weekly basis. I never gave my information to this dealership and have no reason to do business with a dealership over an hour away in another state even if I was in the market for a new car. Please cease all contact, including but not limited to, mailers, calls, emails, and text messages immediately or I will speak with my lawyer. This is harassment!!! Leave me alone!!!!

The Conicelli Autoplex is a car dealership with a showroom and service complex for multiple makes including Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota. Both sales and service reps are great. Have been a customer for 15 years. Showrooms are nice and bright, and clean. No-pressure sales.

I went to see the 2015 model Audi Q7 today, just because they put on the website that it s 0 mi driven. I confirmed with the customer service on call if it s really 0 mi and is available. She checked and clearly told me yes it s available. I called again to update them about my appointment and the car I am coming to look for. They again confirmed its availability. When I went all the way to the showroom, they showed me the same one 62k mi driven and on top of that it s accident reported which was mentioned no accident online. I am really very upset with the idea of lying and calling customers to visit the store with a fraud manner. This is totally ridiculous. I am really upset because I wasted my 3 hrs and lots of money on Uber to reach there and come back home. Who is responsible for this?????? I need to know who gonna pay me my time and money ?

They changed pretty dramatically. They replaced my oil for very reasonable cost and told me what else my car needed. They also advised me with a potential issue that Honda reached out to me about and advised me to bring my car back so they can explore it to see if it s an issue or not.

This is my second time buying a car here. Got another car from salesmen Chuck from financing. I definitely would cone back here to buy another car. Chuck was amazing! No pushy salesmen, very knowledgeable. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone.

I came to see a car and drove an hour.. for them to tell me it has no ac, we gave them a chance and asked them for more options. After finding a replacement and planning with the employee for coming the next day to buy it, I receive a call the next day when I m half way there that the car I want is in the process of getting sold. And once I got there they tell me it s sold out. Keep in mind I kept calling all morning asking questions and letting them know I ll be a little late because of how far I live from the place. I find this place to be untrustworthy and there is no respect towards the customers. How can you trust a dealership with a car if they keep changing their words with you?!

Never did I think that I could get a car so quickly. Stephan was efficient and professional. Even with subpar credit I left the lot with a wonderful car in my price range.This is the only dealer I'll go to moving forward.

Just bought my fifth car from Lori and the Conicelli team. Can't say enough good things about the experience's I have had. Everyone is courteous, prices are in line with what they should be. No games. Always available to answer questions and go through numbers. Really a 5 Star experience. They more than live up to their tag line "a nice place to do business". I will be back in the future.

They're really helpful, nice, clean and service is great. They provide a comfortable place for you while they service your car so that you can relax. I've been going there for a few years now and every car I had they did a great job working on it. It's a very cool place never had a problem and very friendly staff.

When you go, ask for Earl Robinson and tell them I sent you. When I tell you he took care of me, I mean just that. Extremely professional while being a real person. Personable and relatable, he cared about what I wanted and my satisfaction, not just the sale. Even more, he cared about getting me the best deal for my trade-in and desired payments. He searched through the inventory and allowed me to do my own filtering to get all the features I wanted. Considering it was a Rav4 and I wanted a sun roof and leather seats, which were near impossible to find together, as its the most coveted dual features, he helped me find and buy the car that had the things that mattered most to me. Only the week before had suffered a horrible ordeal at another dealership, which was nothing short of a bait and switch. My experience at Connicelli Toyota in comparison was a great relief and really a joyful one. I'm grateful to Earl and his team for treating me like a respected human being. I highly recommend them for your next ride.

Hello again this place is a scam! They take trade in cars and sell them as is without repairs, or anything done to them. They detail and sell as is! I bought a car they sold me the engine blew 3 months later. Dishonest sales, and they won't let you talk to anyone in corporate. It's a scam stay away.

I had 2 small dents in my 2016 Buick. To do the full repair with painting would have been close to $2K. I got 3 estimates, all the same, except that Conicelli said that they could also do a smaller, repair (pull out the dents and touch up paint), which though not 100%, would look much better and protect the body from rust. The cost was to be about $700. Given the age of the car, I opted for this and in the end they even reduced the cost to under $500. Diane at Conicelli collision service is terrific - really looking out for the customer and doing all possible to make a happy customer. Their full repair price was comparable to the other estimates I got, so if I need it (hopefully not - obviously don't want to have an accident), I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

This Dealership is amazing, my salesman Aaron made sure i knew everything i needed to know about my vehicle, very friendly and polite with no pressure, fiance manager made sure i got an awesome deal,they gave me a very fair trade allowance, .I wound up saving over 3000 dollars on my 2023 Hyundai Elantra N as compared to Lehigh valley Hyundai. The whole buying experience was different than the other dealerships , felt as if i was at home dealing with family. Once again awesome place to buy a vehicle, I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family 5 stars

Just got the new Kona from Conicelli Hyundai. I test drove this new SUV and loved it so much I came home with it! The more I drive it the more I love it. It's fun, peppy (1.6 turbo) and practical. Great working with Danelle Bertucci and T.J. Smith at Conicelli. No pressure, just straight business negotiations. I highly recommend this dealership and sales agent to work with.
