Best service both from sales and in the repair shop I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Stacy and her staff work with you and go above and beyond to meet the customer where they are financially. My family bought 3 cars in a 2 week span. I bought an impala, my son bought a chevy cruise and my mom bought a Ford edge.recomed to anyone in the market for a car

Team Lake Road Auto Sales is AWESOME! I was able to trade in my truck that had carried me through high school into the start of adult life! Decided I needed something a little more efficient but without sacrificing a few things I liked about my truck. I told them everything I was looking for and they pointed me in the right direction! Not only did they help me find my new vehicle, but also helped me find the perfect loan to match my situation! I could not have went to a better dealership!! Thank you all at Lake Road Auto Sales!!

I would like to thank Team Lake Road Auto Sales for being very family friendly and professional. Thank you Stacey, Krysta, and the rest of the staff. They made our purchases very easy and were willing to work with our needs. My wife got a vehicle and were so happy with our purchase we came back in to trade my old car for a new one and was given a fair amount for my car. The prices on there cars are fantastic and they have great workers and Mechanics for all your needs. I really recommend buying a vehicle from here. They have a great selection, there are quite a few under 15k with low mileage which is getting hard these days. Blessings in Jesus name.

A while ago I left a very negative review based on emotions and frustration with my initial purchase. I want to apologize to Stacy and her staff for that review and to everyone who I'll assume has read this as well. They're a wonderful group of people doing an exceptional service to our community. They were extremely helpful from beginning to end and recently the engine in the 2016 Kia Sorento I purchased blew. This was obvious at no fault of Team Lake Road Auto. Kia Automotive themselves are replacing this engine with a brand new 2024 engine at absolutely NO cost to me in any way ( THANK GOD) !! I contacted Stacy with regard to a rental as the process of replacing my engine is going to take approximately 30 days. I have to obviously drive in this time period with my Job, as I work roughly 60 hours a week ! Stacy offered to put me into a loaner, however, they are a small dealership with limited options and she just couldn't make it happen. In any case I truly appreciated her gesture and thought it appropriate to rescind my previous review by telling people that this business is definitely WORTH TAKING A LOOK AT FOR THEIR USED CAR NEEDS. I can not thank them enough for doing everything that they could to help get me in my jeep yesterday. They went out of there way and were so nice. I love my new jeep and the staff there. You guys are amazing and when I need a new vehicle you will definitely have my business again.

Just want to thank Krysta and the staff at Team Lake Road Auto. Thanks for helping me find my new SUV. They helped me find a clean, reliable SUV in a timely manner. I feel like even though they were short staffed everybody work together to meet the customers wants and needs.

Initially considering my situation this dealership was my best option. Provided me with a high interest loan which I transferred and lowered with my credit union. Paid almost $8000 for a 2004 Chevy with half down in cash. Car was clean but almost immediately noticed almost all gauges were shot. Had some thermostat issues as well. Just over a year later it's in the shop for transmission problems. I can't say enough for the politeness and helpfulness of the staff, but my $8000 vehicle has turned into an $11,000 vehicle in a year.

Hands down the absolute best place to get a car. Everyone here is awesome. Most places I've been to the last couple days have either not cared what I was looking for or were extremely intimidating. These people took into consideration what I wanted and what I needed. You guys are ROCKSTARS!!!Update Review: I wrote this 2 years ago and it still stands but they need a shout out from recent events.I want to thank Team Lake Road Auto for all their help!!! They ve been an absolute life saver!! The stress they ve taken off me is unimaginable. My sister got into a pretty bad car accident last month and the person that hit her totaled her car. We got a hold of Team lake road and Stacy helped us with our GAP claim. We are on our way to getting a new vehicle! Team lake will forever be our place to buy vehicles.

I love the trunk or treat they do every Halloween! I take my 3 children every year! 2021 they gave me an entire pumpkin pie it was huge! I was pregnant with my daughter at the time. Very nice people.

Between me and my mom we have now purchased 4 vehicles from Team Lake Road. The entire staff there is very friendly and helpful from start of the process to the end. They make you feel comfortable with no pressure to buy right now and give several options for financing etc. Its due to the small dealership personal touch and atmosphere that I will continue to use them for my vehicle purchase needs in the future.

Team Lake Auto Sales Service Dept has a great crew, and they do great work on auto repairs. I've had two serious car issues and the performed service repairs in a few hours for a very fair price. I strongly recommend this repair shop.

I bought a 2017 Nissan Versa Note with only 50,000 miles from them at the end of February 2022, not even a week later had to bring it back to their mechanic because it was acting funny. The mechanic assured me there was nothing wrong with it and now here we are, I ve had the car for barely 3 months and it s in the shop because it won t start AND it s has a transmission problem. I am absolutely devastated.

Hi! I'm one of the owners here at Team Lake Road Auto Sales. I just wanted to say how proud I am of my Team. We lost our store in a fire September 5th 2019 and everyone currently has been amazing putting everything back together and working so hard for our current customers and new ones. We lost everything and we managed to borrow supplies and work out of a little shed and kept selling cars 3 days after we lost our store to the fire. Went out of their way to get my family into a great car. I have bad credit and was worried the quality of vehicles available to me would be sub par. I ended up getting a great 2009 Impala with 30,000 less miles than it should've had for its age!! My sales person, Monica I believe her name is, was professional but very approachable as was Stacy the owner. This was my first purchase with this dealership but certainly not my last!

6 mouths ago got a 15,000$ that's no longer working Stacy Smith said that was good for what I paid her( team lake road auto) but I knew this was a bad idea to buy from Stacy. She cheats on her husband with my friend and yes I was there for it all. Why would I think she could do the right thing in business. All the things I have heard is true . Stacy Smith only wants your MONEY. Just for anyone who thinks am mad, yes I am and I did try to work this out with Stacey Smith but it didn't work out she can and will not stand by what TEAM LAKE ROAD AUTO selling. Was going 2 give a star but can't go pass 0 . Thanks Stacy Smith for taking my money and taking care of my needs

Another fantastic experience with these guys! Stacy is super amazing and took the time to do what she could to make sure I drove my new 2015 enclave home....and Mark was very friendly and made the paperwork fast and easy!.Highly recommend checking this place out!

Seriously the fastest I have ever bought a car. As a first-time buyer, they did everything possible to make sure that I left with a good and reliable vehicle. Anyone in the area searching for a new or used vehicle should put Team Lake Road at the top of their list!
