I highly recommend this dealership! All the staff was wonderful, especially Kyle! He helped me find a car that fit my needs. Being a single mother is hard & money's tight but he did everything he could to help me find a car that worked for me! 100% would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. This whole experience was definitely life changing and I couldn't be happier!!!

The wife and I purchased a vehicle here for our business, and it's been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned! Lakeview does all the maintenance, repairs, inspections, and everything else! I recommend them strongly for your next vehicle purchase even if it's not a Ford. They take great care of all vehicles.Also, they have a most excellent coffee machine for your wait!And the staff is great... if inflation is whoopin' your back side... give these guys a call... they're willing to work with you!

Purchased a used pickup from out of state and had a great experience with all the sales team. Had unexpected 4x4 issues that the team at Lake View Ford resolved immediately in my home state to my complete satisfaction. They truly went above and beyond to make things right! Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars then I would.We got a 2017 explorer there a month ago. The moment we drove it off the lot the ac compressor broke. We had the interior and exterior coating done because we have a big dog. It looks terrible. They even broke the cupholder while doing the service.A couple weeks after we got the car the transmission started acting up. We have yet to dive into this problem, but I am sure it will not be a cheap fix.I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them.My 2004 Camry runs better with twice the miles than this piece of garbage!Save yourself the headache and go to Palmerio.

Stopped in just to see what they had for suv and was greeted at the door and got to talk to Kyle, I told him I was in the market for a suv and Kyle showed me some wonderful options and test drove a few and decided on one, the finance team was wonderful and got me the payment and terms I was comfortable with. Will definitely be buying all my future cars from them.

This was my first new car purchase in a bunch of years! What an absolute pleasure meeting the entire staff of this dealership! I loved how my purchase was all about me in this hometown store! The owners were amazing, the Business Manager is truly a rising star, the sales staff felt like friends and were eager to help me learn that technological stuff that now eludes me. I even met the service department and office staff! All in all this was how buying a car should feel and a fabulous deal! Thank you Lakeview Ford for going above and beyond!Mary BethErie, pa

Last Wednesday I stopped in to talk to the sales people about purchasing a car I saw online. I met Kyle and discovered the car I was interested in was in Pittsburgh. Kyle got right on the phone and got it here in town and worked with me to get my payments and features where I wanted them! I highly recommend lake view for all your new and used needs! 2 days later I was driving around in style in my new (to me) GMC Terrain. Thanks again to the whole team.

Worse experience I ve had at a dealership. Service is terrible. Purchased a used vehicle and bought the platinum extended warranty. 2 years of continuously taking my vehicle to them for the same problem and it was never fixed before the warranty was up. Now after spending $6000 for a warranty, I have to pay to have the vehicle fixed out of pocket. Purely incompetence and poor ability to run a business. I live locally to this dealership and there are way more unsatisfied customers than what is listed in these reviews. I highly recommend if you re reading this, take your business elsewhere. Hopefully this helps someone from making the mistake of wasting their hard earned money at this new car dealership with buy here pay here ethics.

I am so thankful I bought my vehicle through lakeview Ford! I got the lifetime engine and transmission warranty and I thank God I did. My vehicle needed a new engine and it was fully covered by them. They also made sure I had a rental vehicle to drive that was a brand new vehicle off their lot. The service man Niles was also great and kept us informed of the progress the entire time. Overall this place is a "10"!

Worst service dept. I have ever had to deal with. They ordered the wrong parts. They made the wrong diagnosis on the vehicle. They didn't order the parts they did need. They had my truck for a week to get a brake repair done with a part that needed replaced with three bolts. And when they finally brought me a loaner vehicle the inspection on it was two months out of date. And the service manager tells me they are doing all they can. If that's true we are looking at a whole new level of incompetence at Lake View Ford.

My pregnant wife, my 2-year-old, and myself drove 3.5 hrs. to look at a truck. While negotiating our trade, I was told we could flip a coin to see if they would give me what I wanted for it or not. Then we proceeded to wait for 2+ hours because the finance guy left , apparently he is the only finance guy for both of their stores, and the manager was "out of practice" with the paperwork. Also noting there were no other customers in the dealership. They did treat my son well though, even starting the one Mustang up to entertain him.Dusty showroom carsBathrooms are not that clean.

I recently traveled to Lake View Ford in Conneaut Lake Pa. from Ohio to look at a 2012 VW Beetle they had for sale. My salesperson Madeline couldn't have been more helpful in answering all my questions. After deciding to purchase the car, that day I drove off in it and the dreaded Check Engine light came on. I called Madeline who said for me to bring it right back to the dealership. They fixed the problems for me, and made sure that the car was running perfectly. Now that's a dealership who cares about their customers. Overall from sales, finance, service, I can't say enough positive things about their staff, and would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

Bought a 2015 chevy silverado awhile back and the sales and service was excellent. Recently bought a 2017 f150 back in july and lakeview ford was suppose to bring it up from a sister store. I got halfway to the dealer and they brought up a ford mustang instead. So I rescheduled for them to bring the truck up i was to look at. Bought the truck and just got it serviced for its first oil change and tire rotation. They refused to do the tire rotation because the lug nuts were "swollen" which ill admit the aluminum caps do swell overtime however rotated them myself afterwards and had no issues. The negative battery terminal had a little block missing on it also. With this being said they wanted to charge me 90 dollars to replace lugnuts and another 90 dollars to fix the negative battery cable on the very first service. Why was this not taken care of before i bought the vehicle only 4 months ago? I would have given them 5 stars for good sales and service on the first truck i bought. However sales and service really seem to be decling since i bought the second vehicle. Therefore this review is only worth 2 stars

Very painless experience. Todd our salesman was awesome. Ben in finance was very kind and friendly. Nothing about the dealership was pushy with no trying to upsale. Sold us what we went for. Would definitely buy here again. Looked out for our best interest all the way around.

I Will buy all my cars from here from now on. Highly Recommended! TODD came in on his day off, to assist me in buying my 3rd car from here. Always treated with the utmost respect. Also they have power train Warranty forever on vehicles under 100,000 miles. Which is the absolute best! Everyone is kind, and friendly. Also I just wanted to mention they are fast. You don't have to sit at the dealership all day to get your new vehicle!

Todd is a great salesman and never pressured us into a sale. He worked with us to make sure we found the vehicle that was right for us and our family. When the time came to sign the paperwork I was in and out in a flash. Smoothest vehicle purchase I can remember.

They bought my husband's Jeep Renegade and paid us more than what another dealer was willing to give us.They were kind, courteous, helpful, polite, understanding, and all around GREAT PEOPLE!!!!Whenever we're ready to buy our next vehicle, we'll definitely go and see them 1st.

Items in my vehicle went missing after being dropped off and serviced. Obvious items that are always in my vehicle.I mentioned they went missing after the fact and they denied any involvement. Which whatever, but there wasn t even an offer of compensation for them going missing while on their care. Highly disappointed and no longer feel safe taking my vehicle here.

I filed a credit application with Lake View Ford And was contacted promptly by Toni. A very sweet and caring individual! She set up everything I needed and helped me choose the right vehicle for me And then she introduced me to Todd Who is in my opinion one of the best sales representatives I have ever dealt with. Every single part of my car buying an experience was flawless and I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from them!!!

I was on my way home from a weekend vacation and saw my dream car in their lot. I talked to the sales team on a whim, thinking that the logistics of me being able to come back out from my home, 5 hours away from their dealership would be impossible. But, they made the trade and sale from a distance quite easy and seamless. They even delivered the car halfway to make the physical trade happen. I was very happy with the entire team. They were very patient with all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Lake View Ford!!!!

Just purchased a vehicle from here for the first time. My wife seemed to like the service from the sales person but IMHO it could of been MUCH BETTER. Period

All I'm going to say for now is Used car salespeople have earned a reputation BELIEVE IT. Sorry I blamed the wrong people The salesman could only tell me what the Service Dept. Told him and the service writer can only say what the mechanic told him. That's who didn't do their job and put it to me. Asked to make sure 4x4 was working. It didn't when I needed it. Pics show teeth missing on one's I replaced. Just know that it cost me less than 300 dollars and around 3 hours time I fixed what they claim was working. I will also say the blower motor resistor was bad they chewed the lug nuts up it was low on brake fluid warning Light came on. But in the end it's my fault I have 50 years paid experience twisting wrenches but I'm disabled now and just took their word. NEVER AGAIN Buyers Beware is all I can say for now. The shame is I have owned a Ford for most of those 50 years. I'll have another Ford just not from here. Was the $300 worth it to them?

I came here to get warranty work done on my Fusion. They got me right in and the service was quick and very professional. I wish they weren't so far outside of Meadville but the drive is worth it if it saves me from using McCandless Ford.

I purchased a used Silverado here back in early May of this year. Great experience all around. The salesman Patrick was great. Very polite, no sales pressure or other nonsense. I even got to test drive the truck by myself which I think is great as it gives me the chance to listen for any noises the used vehicle might make. I would recommend.

Patrick was great great. No pressure, just found what I asked for showed me a few different vans then went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Finance department was great also. Direct and to the point. No gimmicks or hype here. All the people I worked with were very friendly and helpful.
