Hi, I got a Honda civic that was just recently in for front end damage (whole thing needed replaced) they did an amazing job made it look like it was off the lot. I m very weird about little imperfections on my car and they made it look good as new. They were super friendly and made things super easy for you. I will not go to another shop ever again after the service they granted me, as well as getting my car done a week early which made me super happy. Can t forget they detailed the inside and out! I really appreciate centerline and will ALWAYS go to them if I ever need anything! Thank you!!!!

Centerline collision was wonderful start to finish. Got my truck in and out so fast and looks like brand new! If anyone is in need of any body work I highly recommend them!

Great experience start to finish! Ashley was great to work with! She got parts ordered and had my truck scheduled in no time. The workmanship and service was top notch! Will definitely be using Centerline again.

I can't reccomend centerline enough. They were fantastic to work with after my car accident. They were able to get an initial estimate same day for my insurance, had parts ordered immediately, and Ashley kept me updated on the status of my car the entire time. Just shy of 9 days later and I already have my car back. The work looks great and they even had it washed before I picked it back up. I'm extremely happy with the work they did, and very thankful they got my car back together so quickly. I would absolutely reccomend them if you find yourself in need of a body shop for a claim. They were fast, professional, and kept me in the loop the whole time.

Terrible place to take your vehicle! If there is anything I can advise you to not do it is to go to this place! They will do nothing but more damage to your vehicle we are now having to get lawyers involved the two ladies at the front desk are jokes they will lie straight to your face! This place has now costed me more money then what the repairs were! They damaged our vehicle even more and refuse to cover their warranty work. So sad! Please do not put your family at risk for anymore issues, all this place is willing to do is create more issues for you and your family.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery

This is a follow up review to my first review. My truck is back in this body shop per my attorney s recommendations. They have now had it 4 days longer than promised no one bothered to call me and inform me of this and they have not returned my phone calls. I had to physically go there and demand an update. They don t seem to be able to paint it correctly so they are painting it again for the third time. I noticed from my last review they commented very apologetically and stated the GM would contact me directly. I saw that a month ago, i was never contacted, even after I made several attempts to contact them to no avail. It wasn t until I got an a third party involved that I was able to get them to communicate with me. Avoid this place at all cost.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They was nice until I actually looked at my car and seen that things they was Was supposed to fix it took weeks to finally get my car back I have orange spots through out the car they tried to say it's "break fluid " even inside my car door instead of trying to fix anything they told me to call my insurance company the was to fix the trunk and the trunk wasn't fix they wanted over $5,000 to fix my car between the insurance company and my deductible would we paid over $4,300 my suggestion is if you want your car to look half way decent DON'T take it to them I now have more paint chips missing then I did before and you should see the HUGE scratches that's in the trunk now!! SMH they definitely didn't do a good job I'm very disappointed with this company no way will I EVER bring ANYTHING to them!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I purchased a new Truck and was in a accident 2 weeks later. Centerline was recommended to me. The experience was awful from the start. they had my truck almost 4 weeks and I had 0 communication on progress. When it was finally "done" it was a horrible job. There is still a visible dent, the paint is uneven and they never reconnected the Tire Pressure Monitoring system. when I mentioned the uneven paint and the remaining dent I was told "in the factory they use robots. we aren't robots so it won't be perfect" I will not let them touch it again and they will never touch another vehicle I own again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My initial review was a 1 star. However, after being contacted by the regional manager they went above and beyond to make it right. I did not realize this was part of a large group of shops and that my concerns could be elevated beyond this location. 1st time customer and I was pleased with my experience. The staff was very professional and kept me in the loop each step of the way. I've spoke with Ron and used him MULTIPLE times through business, however after speaking with Dan, I will no longer utilize them for any work. He was completely unprofessional, abrasive, and unpleasant to speak with. Ron works well with people takes care of you. Rude customer service was the least of my problems considering they somehow damaged at least two of my tires when my tires did not need even be touched for the repairs they were doing I give them a 0 out of 5 stars even though this survey makes me choose at least one out of five
