I am extremely satisfied with the quality work that was done at custom classics. I hit a deer with my motorhome and Joel fixed up my shattered fiberglass bumper like it never even happened

Got totally jerked around and lied to for getting a vintage truck restored. Was given excuse after excuse as well and no call or communication whatsoever. Go elsewhere, other body shops will gladly accept well into 5 figures in cash.

Custom Classics Auto Body has done a job on my cars every single time over the last 9 years. The quality of work is exceptional plus I get back a clean car. And they keep me informed of what is happening with my request or claim.Estimates are accurate and on time.Work done is exceptional quality and on time.Customer service is friendly but professional.Wish more businesses operated like they do.

I've gone there in the past for some minor front end cosmetic damage and they did an excellent quality repair. I am soon going to drop my car off for some deer damage. I sadly didn't get to bring the deer home for it's meat, but nonetheless, I know that this shop and everyone there does excellent service in everything they do. They are honest, trustworthy, dependable, and they cleaned up my car after my first visit very well. I have no doubts that they will restore my car this time just as perfect as they did previously. They try to get quality replacement parts for repairs and try to stay with OEM and still look around for a place that has the part for a lower price. The do check and price match with car dealers as well, just to find a lower price for the same quality part. Excellent place. I will update this review after my repairs from this future visit.

For a little small town body shop they are doing big city body shop work. I would put this team of gentleman up against the best in the country from there every day fender benders to full on custom work they are legit and are the best around. Joel the owner is just a absolute pleasure to deal with straight forward and honest and takes the pain in the but part of dealing with your insurance company out of the equation he handles it for you. They just did some front end damage on my 2014 Dodge Ram and let me tell you when I picked that truck up it was clean inside and out and polished like a Dimond. They have my work from now on hands down. Thanks again Joel to you and your team you guys should be proud

To say that I had a great experience is an understatement. I had taken my truck to a different body shop due to my insurance and thinking I had to go there. What a mistake. I was treated poorly, made to feel like I didn t know what I was talking about, and mocked. I left so frustrated and angry and didn t know what to do. Then I called Customs Classics. From the moment my phone call was answered, I was put at ease. Not only did they reassure me, they listened to all of my concerns and told me to come by whenever it was convenient for me. I stopped in and Joel looked at my truck immediately. He listened to all of my concerns and never once made me feel like they weren t valid. He addressed every issue we were having and then some. If he had not done so, a lot do the problems we were having would not have been fixed. Even a part that we thought we would never find, he did and did not give up until he did. He went so above and beyond for us it was incredible. Our truck came back better than before it was wrecked, and not only body wise. He went the extra mile, even cleaning the inside of it ( and that in itself was a job ) The entire staff there is so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommended them to anyone and everyone. They really do know how to treat their customers and give them the best experience possible. Thank you Customs Classics.

Customs Classics is an outstanding autobody repair shop and they're located conveniently, just south of Lancaster city. Staff is friendly and professional. One of the cleanest shops I've seen in a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Also, did not know they also do bodywork on boats and RV's!Keep up the good work guys. It's appreciated.

Had a custom exhaust system built by them, as well as lowering springs and a new sway bar installed. They did a very good job. I was very happy with the results.
