The best in the local area. Friendly staff and competent employees who can actually fix you up and get you back on the road. After so many bad experiences at other shops, I admittedly had low expectations, but they shocked me, they fixed me up got me on the road and the issue was cheaper than they thought. Most other shops would just charge you that price anyway. They earned my trust and business.

Full service truck and trailer shop. The trailer shop and parts are great, friendly, professional and competent. It s been a long time since I ve had any truck service done there but the last time i had a PM done there the oil filters fell off - not good! I think it was a just a fluke as they have done me well every time other than this and the tech that did it is no longer there.

One of our heavy trucks was put out of service in Lycoming, Jake @ Susquehanna got a tech over there and took care of the situation within a very reasonable amount of time. Wasn't a hard fix or big deal, but I'm very happy that they were able to get it handled with no BS and get my guy rolling again.

Service was good but $180.00 to get a jump start?? I'll shop around more next time. Live and learn. They only traveled 15-20 min. to get to me. How can that price be justified??

As always susquehanna motors got me in to the shop quickly and professionally diagnosis my truck correctly and made all repairs promptly. The service writer explain my repairs needed and also how i aas charged.. I highly recommend susquehanna motors !!

Nice big parking lot that is easy to get in/out of and turn around tractor-trailers. This is a MACK and Isuzu Truck Dealership that also has Service and Parts departments. They are certified to do Federal vehicle and Commercial Truck/Trailer inspections with multiple bays. Call them and see what they can do for you. I'll be going back.

They treated my daughter (age 19) fairly and were willing to work with her when buying her first car. Thus far, she is very pleased with her purchase.

Had a truck breakdown, and this guys towed and repaired my truck in one day.And the price for towing and repair was 2 times less then the shops around 200 miles radious. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs help with truck repair or towing.Very reasonable prices, and nice peopleThank you

Worst place to work for. They bring something in take it apart and don't have the parts to fix it. Workers are lazy and are on drugs or don't care. Worst place to go for any work and the service in the trailer department is a joke. No one answers the phone and the work is very very poor quality. Don't call here or get work done by them.
