I ve been with Mountville motors for almost 5 years and they have been great. A few bumps in the road with the cars I ve had but the staff always went above and beyond to get the issues fixed. The staff are always professional and understanding and will do whatever they can for there customers!

Great service! Everyone here is really friendly and willing to work with you. They don t try to pressure you to buy a car like other dealerships. They put care into making sure the car is drivable when you re ready to purchase. Overall wonderful service!

I bought a 2010 Chevy Malibu December of 2022. My transmission and power steering went bad April of 2024. Chris made sure to get both those problems fixed plus so much more, including my inspection that was out. He worked with me WAY more than I could have imagined!! Thank you guys!!!!

Purchased a 2007 Suzuki SX4 in the past from them nothing but problems from day one that they could never get fixed for me. Check engine light what a problem from day one still never fixed till this day. Must have been back 5 times and most of the times never even got home and light back on, they replaced oxygen sensors, catalytic converter, engine sub- frame, and they were wondering why I was getting a attitude, everybody that has worked on this car I would consider Parts hangers not mechanics last time I had work done $4,000 at another facility if you want to purchase junk I would highly recommend this place

I would give it no stars if I could! This is the absolute WORST place to go to!! I had 3 cars in 3 years! They sold me a 2008 Mitsubishi galant, but in fact it was a 2005. It had more problems than it was even worth! After the computer went dead I had to pay 2k to get out of that and be put in a 2007 honda crv. Nothing but problems after problems!! Had it for 6 months and literally put more money into it than my payments. The Extended warranty is a JOKE!! It doesn't cover anything! My payments were originally 106 a week but after the OWNER told me he would fix the issues cause he knew I couldn't afford it he got me and just added the bill to my weekly payments almost making me pay over 600 a month for a 2007. And he didn't even fix it all the way! None of the parts was approved by me so they stuck me with a bill that I didn't even know I was going to get since THE OWNER TOLD ME HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT!!! That place literally drained me for ever dollar I had!! Once the floor boards got wet and my wheel was about to fall off I gave it back just for them to clean it up and put it BACK ON THE LOT!!! & of course they hit my credit for $10k when they're reselling it for the same exact price!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, EVEN IF ITS THE LAST RESORT!!! THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE ONLY THERE BECAUSE WHEN FINANCING IF YOU GIVE A GOOD REVIEW YOU GET A FREE OIL CHANGE!! THE ONLY FREE THING YOULL EVER GET FROM THEM! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

Just bought a 2008 mercury mountaineer premier fully loaded. All i can say is the buying experience has been nothing short of amazing... Thank you Alyssa... Also their parts/service department is out standing...Thank you Ashely... Had a problem and called them up. BOOM! My vehicle was fixed and back to me in a days time. Very reputable and reliable place to buy your next vehicle.

On January 15, 2018 Myself and my Fiance had made a purchase agreement with this company for a 2007 VW Jetta. We were told the car was inspected (if it was the stickers were incorrect they read 7/18), in wonderful shape, and the garage had just finished with it. We took the vehicle and began making payments every Friday to the in house finance department. we began with $100 payments then after we agreed, we began to pay $150 per week to make up for the other part of the $2400 downpayment. The vehicle was sold with Warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles. As well as 18 month 24k warranty. After about 3 days the check engine light had come on in the vehicle. The fan stopped working in the dash. i overlooked these issues and just assumed it was from it just being looked at. After 40 days the check engine light didn't go off, the fan was still broken, the air bag light started to go off that they weren't engaged, i had to replace the breaks because they were down to the rotters which i kept the original break pads to show. I also have photos of everything i am stating which i can provide if needed as well as conversations with the manager of the business. I contacted the manager and asked they fix the vehicle she didn't argue and promised it would be handled. 4 days of not having a vehicle which is why i told her i hadn't called in the beginning, i got the vehicle back and there was a large bulge in the tire, the check engine light came back on, which tells me the mechanic just reset the codes, and my mechanic told me it still had 15 codes going off in the dash and it was reading 2 misfires! I contacted again very upset after my mirror had fallen off while driving on the highway with my 5 year old in the car and the manager said i need to pay for the car they would fix it. At this point i was fed up. they had already promised it was fixed, it wasn't, they promised it was safe, it wasn't. i can't tell everything due to a word count. money wasn't an issue. I returned the vehicle due to lack of safety. I want this removed as a repo from my credit. I am working with the bbb currently to do so. This business is horrible. I cant believe they would do something so unprofessional to another let alone entirely unsafe!!!!

So my experience with Mountville Motors has been well, a mixed bag at best. I purchased a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse in may of 2020 from them just for the reference point.Pros- (only reason they get 1 stars)- I will give Alyssa and the folks credit they do make the process as quick and as painless as possible. Especially since the purchase happened during the height of the pandemic- 18 month 24,000 mile warrantyCons- Oh boy where to start?- Vehicle Quality - I should have known there was going to be issues when on the first day after not even driving 30 miles the check engine light comes on. So I take it back and find out the Catalytic converter is no good. They replace it cool. Repeat this cycle for 3 years of the loan payment. In that time I have replaced the PCM, both Ignition Coil Packs, Starter, Alternator, Serpentine Belt and Pulley Tensioner, Head Gasket. I have put somewhere between $5,000-$6,000 of my own money into repairs.Now, Why didn't I get this stuff done under warranty? Well, the 2 of times I tried to get stuff that was covered under warranty, (after the CC issue to their credit again they did fix) PCM, and Ignition Coil packs, I was politely told that the soonest they could get me in was in 6 weeks.... Now, I don't know about most people but having a career and 6 weeks of no vehicle (no rental was offered etc) is just not gonna work. So I ate those costs, because I can not afford to lose 6 weeks of work. So after getting the same response twice why would I even bother with 3rd or 4th attempts.- After paying off vehicle here I am almost 3 months later still no title or anything related to the former lien on the vehicle. I have called 3 times and left my name and number with still no return calls. My address info should be up to date, as I had to update my payment method during the loan time.But, overall I just can NOT recommend these folks. Again, my experience might be a one-off. But the whole customer experience once off the lot has been nothing but a nightmare.

Buyer Beware!They Misrepresent the vehicles they sell!We picked out a car and it was leaking fluid so they had their "mechanic" look at it, he told us that it was "condensation from the air conditioning!" (It was about a 1/2 hour before quitting time). So, we bought the car just to find out from a REAL mechanic that it was the transmission leaking!Robyn, in customer service is extremely RUDE and unhelpful. She refuses to answer the phone if she knows who is calling! They tell you that your car will be finished by the end of the day and you get there to pick up your car and they tell you that it won't be ready until the following day!!!(Alyssa in sales was great! So great in fact, she should go work for a more reputable company!)Never go to Mountville Motors!

Good place if you need a car from point a to point b right now. Not the best for a car long term. A lot of these cars are high mileage with low price tags. Seen better car selections at other buy here pay here s with better prices.

My starter had failed, and I was a little freaked out. From start to finish Robin was professional and explained that I was covered through warranty. I have had many different experiences with used car dealers and by far, every experience with Mountville motors has exceeded my expectations. I have found that they will go above and beyond to help you in a time of need. 10/10 recommend

I've had several issues with my Kia soul with engine issues they are ways ready to help and figure out the issues with the car they have offered rentals while vehicle is being worked on and have never given me an issue with gettig it fixed I've gotten three cars from them and always ready to fix any issues I appreciate y'all so much thankyou for the great car buying experiences people leave such bad reviews maybe it's something y'all did wrong because I've never had an issue

Well they sold me a car that did not pass inspection. Not even a year with it and it had both catalytic converters messed up and a whole bunch more. That literally could not have broken in 9 months...they made my sale as 2 years and really it was 3. Very bad experience. Never again.

So far so good! Just got a subaru legacy from there yesterday. I went in on Monday and left with a car the next day. Alyssa was my salesperson and she had sold cars to my mother and sister prior to my vehicle! She was more than accommodating and willing to help in every way. Had a good experience and i will update the review a few months down the road to let everyone know how it's going!

I'm giving this place 5 stars because they do make it very easy to get a car. If you have a job and a couple pay stubs with some cash to put down you will leave with a vehicle. They report your good payments made so it will help with your credit. Jordan was very helpful and I will be looking again soon for a 2nd vehicle.

Got a mountaineer from them about 2 years ago well the transmission started to go in it. Contacted them told them the situation found out the warranty the just ran out on. Needless to say alyssa was more then accommodating to get us in a new vehicle since that one took a dump. Never had no issues with them. We will continue to go to them due to how much they work with you. We have recommended a couple people there an we will continue to recommend people there.

I never was really sure about going to any car place to try and get a car because my credit was so bad. But as soon as I talked with Alyssa a sense of confirmation that o could be qualified was an eye opener for me. The second I walked in their doors I was greeted and welcomed with open arms giving me options and not just telling me I can only choose one specific vehicle. The whole process was very short, sweet, simple and to the point. And working with me to fit my budget was even more amazing! I would definitely recommend over and over going in to them even if you have bad little or no credit at all. Alyssa is outstanding and if it wouldn t have been for her I wouldn t have driven off the lot that very same day with my new family vehicle! Thank you to everyone at Mountville motors my family and I appreciate you so much!
