These guys took great care of my truck. It needs inspection. They even went as far as crawling under the truck and hitting it with a greese gun. Didn't ask for it. Love a place that goes above and beyond . That's the kind of garage I need. I don't always know what's wrong. They looked not just did what I asked. Love the way they treated my truck. She's my lively hood

My friend and I woke up to a flat tire, Columbia Tires was recommended to us by the towing company that put our spare on. We were in and out of the shop within 10 minutes. They patched us up and got us on the road for our 5-hour drive back home. And the price for the repair was more than fair!

Good, honest mechanics. Customer service kind of lacking but personally I'm not too worried about my mechanic being customer friendly, I want the guy to focus on my vehicle. My go to place for last minute fixes and emergency situations. Can always get an appointment in a reasonable time frame, unlike other garages in the area.

First and last time I would ever try to use this place. I made an appt for an alignment nothing else...Quoted $85 plus tax- My husband went to the appt they tried to push 2 tires on him that I already have and havent had put on yet and tried to add all this extra fees. Im gonna say race played a factor in this- Apprently if you aint white you aint right and they are gonna try n rob you blind! Not a good look!!

The technical service, customer service and kindness was over the top. I'd highly recommend this business to others. They updated what done promptly and made it easy to understand.

Stopped in there a few days for an emergency fix on my car. Was seen immediately (without an appointment). AND was charged nothing . Went back today for the real appointment and again was charged nothing. I could have been taken advantage of because although silly the problem, necessary

Horrible service. Took car in to have 3 things done. Had an appt for Monday. They finally got to car Thursday late afternoon. was told car was ready. Get there Friday at opening and no one is there to open. They finally show an hour and a half later and find out they chose not even to do all 3 things requested. Said I didn't need brakes. Left there and immediately went and bought new pads and mine were down to metal. Not to mention lady up front is a miserable sole. Never again.

Best tire and full service auto shop in Lancaster!! I blew a tire, call them up and they got me a name brand affordable brand new tire, balanced it on my rim after making sure I hadn't damaged the rim, Got rid of my old tire and even let me back in the garage while they were doing it. I was in-and-out in 20 minutes for under $100. This is far from the 1st time they bailed me out. Very nice, friendly, professional, affordable, and fast! Kudos!

Brought my trailer tires in to get mounted as soon as they opened up and Nate got it done real quick. I would highly recommend this garage.

Well my visit here was brief and very good. They handled my alignment very fast and made it a priority everybody here was very professional friendly and courteous I also got the time to speak with the owner son about his amazing Chevy Nova and got to look at that. Highly recommend stopping here to get Tire Service great people

$21 to patch a nail hole & they couldn't even be bothered to fill it up with air? On top of that the customer service was beyond pathetic. I would never recommend this place.

Steve is awesome. Can't ask a garage for more than honesty, value, pride in their work, and great customer service. I'll be back here first for tire needs in the future.

The guys are the best!! I wasn't there too long they gave me honest advice and their prices are pretty great. I paid only 40 bucks got both my back Tires rebalanced my one tire got plugged and they replaced my little thingy were you put the air in the tire. I was very happy an would go back again!

Prompt courteous service the people treat you the way a customer should be treated they definitely take care of their people I would definitely recommend them above any other local mechanics but don't take my word for it give them a try I'm sure you'll feel the same way as I do thank you Columbia Tire Outlet

Quick, friendly afficent service! My boyfriend unfortunately bought tires from someone else who had metal caps on the valve stems and when trying to remove one of them the stem came right out of the tire...so off to Columbia tire I went. Joey G educated me on these stems and had the job done in no time, very nice guy. Price was also below what I expected it to be too which is always nice. Two thumbs up Columbia Tire and Garage.

Been here before, but today will be the last. I called and made an appointment for 4 o'clock. I show up, guy tells me to park by bay 5, so I do. An hour later I walked over to see why he hadn't gotten the car or started working on it and the mechanic claimed he was swamped and couldn't do it, meanwhile when I walked in he was drinking beer standing around with 4 other mechanics. I will buy a new car before I come here again, least they could have done is told me an hour before they wouldn't be able to get it done.

so i went for a wheel alignment and one tire couldnt get straight. paid half and left because a repair was needed.. 2 days later while driving all of a sudden felt like wheel falling off.. I took it to Nut Busters to check it and we noticed tie rods were never tightened up from the wheel alignment from Columbia Tire. whats bad is they would not even say they screwed up but quick to blame other shops.. bad business i wouldn't use them again

I wasn't at the garage, but doing laundry right in front of the garage. Nearly every dryer is broke and only a few of the washers work. Murphy needs to spend some money on the laundry outlet. Maybe upgrade to washing machines that don't leak water every wash cycle. Loosing money and customers.

Every time I go there they take care of of my situation fast even when I don't have an appointment. Joe Sr. Is very nice too. I highly recommend going there and I will def. Be going back whenever I have another problem!

I took my car on 1/14/2022 for an appointment for alignment and balancing all tires It was suppose to be ready the same day and i call around 5pm and they told me they not even touch it yet so i had to wait for the next day and after i pick up my car around 1pm next day the charge me $140 for alignment and tire balancing but after i reach 55mph my car was shaking i call JOE he said he's the owner and he told me it cold be the rotator disc or this and that, i ended taking my car to another tire shop to balance the tire again and pay again for the service this place said it did, then we find out that the tires were never balanced there were no weight on non of the wheels i ask him for a credit or to give me my money back and he said no we don't do that bring the car again i said for what i already pay for balancing in another place and i got pictures he was keep saying that they did the balancing but there was no weights on the wheels and after my 2nd balancing in the other store my car stop shaking also the alignment was not good my car still pulling to the right side he got all kind of excuses saying this and that if you want to save money and a good service don't take your car to this place also he smoke in the waiting area this guy don't care for the customer even if he's paying for a service ..

Yesterday I went to put air in my tires, the valve stem shot off! I called around to many places, hoping I could get it fixed before I had to be at work on Monday... No one could do it. This morning at 8am I called the Columbia tire outlet. They told me to bring it in, By 8:25 I was already on my way home with the problem remedied. It only cost me $15.90. this isn't the first time they helped me. I recommend then to anyone!

My family has been dealing with Columbia Tire Outlet for many years. They are honest and reasonably priced. I fully trust them to do work on my car and have been satisfied.

Old fashion service, knowledgeable, prompt and always ready to help. I get what a pay for. Three vehicle maintenance know what to expect and if something goes wrong ... Joe and his crew stand by their work and get it right, after all no one is perfect

Had a good experience when I got my tires puton. However, I called over to get two other sets on. My wifes car and another car. They told me a qoute when I was there and then the price changed on me. I was also asked when I arrived if they already gave me a qoute. Not sure if they are that shiftless or if thats there scheme to get you in the door and then they raise their prices.

I trusted this garage UP UNTIL they told me they changed three of my brake calipers. But two of them, lubed and scrubbed (they were still rusty) are not new. They lied to me and I paid them a fortune for three new brake calipers. I no longer trust them and no longer bring my cars to them. DO NOT use this garage! They will gain your trust by doing good work and then they'll start to screw You, when you stop checking their work.
