I went in for a new battery, the staff was beyond attentive, friendly, fun even. Corey put a battery in, and then they checked it with their lil gadget- read the codes and my alternator was the problem. They immediately called in a technician, Anthony to help right then, installed, checked their gadget again and all within a few hours printed me a clean bill of health for my van.Seriously amazing staff, so willing to help, jump in where they needed each one of them, even shopped around and made conversation, Didn t mind buying them some dinner. Idk if I would have enjoyed being stuck for hours at any other place. They saved me from taking off for another day or even worse breaking down on my hour and a half ride home.Absolutely wonderful customer service, and great team they have!

Thanks for the great service. 2 employees working the evening of 2/21/24 took the time to stand out in the cold without much light to install a low beam headlight bulb I bought. It was not easy to reach and I appreciate their help!

Liz was absolutely the highlight of my trip here. I m not familiar with cars and car parts, but the way she explained things in layman s terms made me confident in her decisions for my vehicle. She installed new bulbs for my Ford with no hesitation, and they ve never been brighter! She was an absolute sweetheart and incredibly helpful. She genuinely cared about giving me the best and most cost effective experience, which I am eternally grateful for.

This location is great. We ve gone to them multiple times for our vehicles & they are always so kind & helpful. Today Anthony helped replace my headlight bulbs & windshield wiper! He also talked to me about the condition of our battery. These guys consistently go above & beyond. Thank you!!

Will helpedme alot forfinding a wiper blade for my Ford focus hatchback. They didn't have the part so he called another store to see if they had it!. Now what store and employee does that? So caring and went above and beyond for me!

When I got saddled with an unexpected dead battery, it was awesome that this store in Columbia PA has late night Sunday hours and was very quick to tell me to come to get my purchased battery serviced. The Person working there, Reese, was very personable and very efficient at taking care of my needs and I am sure that I will not hesitate to use this very accommodating business's services again!Update- when I needed an unexpected quick repair I purchased a part and the employee, Anthony J-O, was attentive, quick and gave me very helpful appreciated advice when I asked for it. He did so without hesitation and above and beyond what I was expecting his answer to be. If he is an example of the commitment of the employees of this particular franchise, it underscores and affirms my five-star rating!

I bought some windshield wiper blades the other day but bought the wrong ones. Nate D was so helpful and friendly and found me the right ones, He helped me refund my money from the wrong ones I purchased and then helped me put the new one on the car correctly. Thank you for all your help and support. I will definitely come back again for Nate to help me.

I entered the store today to buy wiper blades, I was greeted friendly as I entered and was asked if there was anything I needed help with. The associate whose name was Will Vandenberg was very helpful and polite and offered to put the blades on my car for me. He was very fast and efficient in installing the blades on my car. He made sure before I left the store that I had everything I needed including the wiper washer fluid.

Will and Talon installed a new battery in my car, with temperatures near 100 outside. They didn t fuss once, rather, they took the time and did it right regardless of the hot temps. Very skilled crew at this store! Highly recommended.

So I would very much like to commend the guys over at the Auto Zone in Columbia for such spectacular customer service. One associate in particular will V. Props to you for going above and beyond to help me meet my needs and not trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and taking the time to help me find exactly what I needed and helping me understand why. You guys are awesome

The whole experience in the store was awkward to say the least. I said hello to the 5 men standing at the front when i walked in to which only one replied after a very long silence with a spine chilling HEELLLOOO. I continued on to get the oil I had come in for. At the checkout counter the young kid didnt even bother bagging my items just threw my receipt at me. I bagged my own items and left. Will for sure send hubby in future, felt so uncomfortable.Lacking customer service and people skills for sure.

Went to this location with a battery issue that another location was the cause for. Anthony took time on his break to help us out get the right parts and installed for us! That type of customer service will have me coming back here. Thank you Anthony!

Two The management:Friday 2/18/2022 early evening,.Two employees who helped me with the correct oil %,filter to purchase.Give those 2 young men a raise $.They were both a big help , finding and getting my items in order for me to pay, pick-up,and get on my way in only a few minutes.I was so impressed that after my errands were done, I went back to the store and relaxed and shopped.Both were a huge help, answering my questions! And directing me to all options .Spent plenty of money!Its called (trust and respect). Those 2 young men got mine!Should be more like them!I would suggest rewarding them with a Raise.Thank you and best regards,Brian Hoffmaster

Walked in and asked for a part. It was a new guy and he couldn't find it which is completely understandable. He called over another employee and he clicked on the mouse 3 times and says oh we don't have it . I told him I purchased one from another autozone a month or so ago. He called over the manager and the manager replied we don't have it can't order it. Didn't even try to look. So I had to pull it up on my phone and give them the part number.WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS

This is my second time I ve been in a situation where I needed help. I like things handled quickly, and correctly!! Last December 2019, after leaving a garage getting new tires , my yearly inspection, oil change etc. I left to go wash my car after. When I went to leave my vehicle didn t start right up like usual. The battery !! I was exhausted!! I called auto zone. I spoke with Matt Nissley. He was patient, understanding, thorough, courteous, had excellent knowledge of the many questions I threw at him. He took care of everything. He went above and beyond with his service. I had and have complete trust in him. I only go there now if he s working . It is refreshing to know that some people still really care!!! I just went back again for another issue. I called ahead to see if he was working. He was !!! PTL!! I ve never left a review of any kind before on anything. Since Covid I shop all the time on amazon. I Still never left a review good or bad, or took the time to. . Until tonight . That s how much this guy Matt Nissley impressed me AGAIN!!! Wish there were more like him!!! If anyone needs anything, I simply say... auto zone in columbia, ask for Matt Nissley !!!!

Always changing employees, the service is usually terrible and the questions they ask when asking for parts are mind blowing, very uneducated I avoid this store at all cost unless it's something I can grab off the shelf!!

After bringing my fiancee's car there for a break light issue. (See my review of Pep Boys of Fruitville Pike). I tried to remedy the problem by replacing the bulbs, fuse, and even the brake light switch. The staff there was very helpful. They provided honest input and advice on how to fix the problem. They went out of their way to help and even went outside of the the store and tried to see if they could help without me or my fiancee even having to ask. They did everything short of picking up a wrench and repairing the car. They have great customer service there and the staff is friendly and helpful. But the thing that won them the five stars was INTEGRITY! If you are in need of car parts, and want helpful advice and great customer service. Then you should go here. Even though they were not able to "Fix" my problem. They gave it their best shot and went above and beyond the call. They have won a repeat customer with myself as well as my family and friends.

Shane H. was such a tremendous help to me!!! I cannot thank him enough! One of my windshield wiper blades, the passenger and the only one I had left because the driver side had stopped working had flown off on the highway during the rain, I had both my children in the car and couldn t even see to pull over, so the rain subsided and I made it to the store. Shane put a new wiper blade on and tightened the driver side and put a blade on that side too! We re good to go now! Thank you so much! Now that s service above and beyond!!!
