Don't use this car wash - after going through car wash some slimy film, sludge or whatever was left on my vehicle. I don't know what was spilled on my car! No manager was onsite to assist. Several cars/people were affected. Employees could not reach owner and thus far I haven't heard from anyone.

I am a local business owner and I have quite a few people come into my store and say they come up this way just for Wave Car Wash, and I can see why. Since I've started working in the area I've used them several times. The car wash experience is great. But the oil change experience is excellent. I dropped off my car for an oil change and it's done fast and efficiently with even an extra mile given to the care of the truck. The whole of my truck is cleaned inside and vacuumed. These guys do an excellent job and the price is fair. Can't recommend them enough.

Bad service the older man who s been there always tries to be mad with the clients not matter what smile and give a great service to the customers if you don t wanna work anymore looked out for another job that can make you feel happy and the money that you didn t want to return it I ll give you you need it more than me God bless you older man angry

The car wash is convenient. They have great service. But the car wash badly scratched up the left side of my car. Also the epic wash is very basic. My car gets barely washed. I would say the tubular is better, and it costs the least. Their other services are great, but I was paying $31.00 a month for an epic wash membership and my car was coming out worse.Service: Vacuuming

**Response to business: **Damage was not on both sides nor under the wheel well. It was on one side above the tire, as my photos showed you. If you would like to change the message from your emails, I can attach the photos from before that you sent me (showing no damage at all (you are stuck on a design and calling it a crack?) and also the ones after, as well as photos of your email where you specifically said only one side was damaged. Please let me knowI stopped by here while in the area and this car wash damaged both the driver side and passenger side of my fender, pulling the one completely off. I contacted the manager who was professional but they provided me with pictures of my car entering the wash PROVING it was not broken before hand and they still refused to accept the truth. When i took my car to the dealer to fix, they pointed out the piece was clearly pulled off and the other side also had some broken pieces that was causing it to be loose. The car wash manager simply said i can go through insurance if i want (repair cost was ~$200 so not worth insurance). I would avoid this place. As an afterthought, the wash itself was not great either. left splotchy marks on the car

Washed my truck, and the windshield and tailgate didn't get washed. Went back to point out the gaps and was advised they had to lift the brush that did those areas because I had a roof rack. Asked for a refund and was initially told there were no refunds. Asked for the manager just ad she drove up. Explained the issue and got some pushback. When I asked for the owners name, the manager told the worker, " Give him a refund and get him out of here." To top it off, no towel dry either. Will not go back.

I feel scammed. The self car wash was $4 for 4 minutes. That was ok, then I hit extra time for 45 more seconds and ended up getting charged $10 in total. So 45 seconds cost me $6 extra dollars.

By far the worst self service car wash I ve ever used. The power washer didn t even have enough pressure to get the small amount of dirt off my vehicle. Don t waste your time.

They clean my car okay but they really have to do a better job of figuring out what the detailer is there and you shouldn't have to issue a refund if the detailer is not on-premises the sale should have never went through in the first place

The car wash brushes left scratches all over my car yet somehow didn t even manage to clean off all the dirt. And this was the most expensive epic option. Never returning

Incredible customer service. My car had roof racks that wouldn t fit in car wash. The manager saw and offered a free self serve wash since they weren t able to accommodate. That s how you get repeat business.

We received a coupon from our Kia service center for a free car wash at Wave and it was a great experience! No line on a weekday, the attendant was helpful, and my SUV came out sparkling clean! Free vacuums were around back which worked really well. We ll definitely be back.

I usually come and wash my car once a week. This is 3rd time they shut the member s lane. They just put the construction cone cup, and closed the lane while the other lane for non member is open. I hope canceling the membership is easy.

Poor customer service here, I have stopped several times here to get credit when their car wash wasn t working for upgrades and I paid the full month while I have to take my vehicle for other car wash since this one was available and they assured me that we would get credit once the car wash was online again but time has gone by and no manager to talk to and all employees don t know nothingA shame

Really didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised after the carwash. My car really looked nice. Then the next day, not so good because it sprinkled and pollen was all over it again . I definitely will go back, worth the drive and the money spent on the wash.

It's a pretty good wash that my synthetic oil change got me for free. Im nit picking but I only wish it could've gotten my wheels cleaner.

I ve been looking for a new car wash considering the one that I typically go to shut down. I was recommended to this one and saw that it was automated which made me think that it wasn t going to do a good job. After the wash was done which took approximately five minutes My car has never been cleaned better by a car wash or by a machine. I was blown away. I am going to continually come to get my car washed here as it was the most inexpensive mixed with the best result. Highly recommend

I gave this place a try 4 times, and now am officially giving up. My car's tires after their service were always as dirty as before, but I loved vacuums' location, and ability to take my time cleaning up the interior. Well, today's visit was something special. I approached the gate, saw an automated display, nobody around to help, so tried to reach the above mentioned display and slightly opened the door in order to do that. An employee suddenly appears out of nowhere, and asking me if I am trying to leave my car and let it go into the car wash on its own! And no, he wasn't smiling, just genuinely questioning my sanity. Plenty of choices around. Neither my family or my friends will ever take our cars to that place.

Let me start off by saying this is a great car wash, I come to Wave often and never have any problems always met by the nicest people who I think are obsessed with customer service.BUT on 9/28/2022 I must say I was very disappointed with the elderly gentleman working, who seemed like he hated his job, he was very grouchy and un kind, it wasn't the man with the glasses but the other one, I will be back, in hopes of encountering one of the nicer employees.Maybe they can give him some pointers in being nice to customers

A good place to get your car washed when it works. Unfortunately after the recent accident it has been pretty inconsistent in terms of reliability but when it does work it s a great place to get your car washed and vacuumed.

Disappointed to see all three bays to wash your car yourself were blocked off today, which was a great day to clean your car. I prefer to wash my car myself because in previous reviews for the drive through car wash other vehicles have experienced damage to their cars. The free vacuums are a nice feature, but I will not be returning.Service: Vacuuming

Worst car wash ever! They did damage to my car and had me fill out a damage form and told me someone would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours but no one ever contacted me! The attendants bullied us because we were women as they told us how many ways we were screwed, one mumbled incoherently and appeared to be under the influence of something. They yanked and pulled at the part they damaged as if that were going to fix it, no one gave them permission to yank and pull on my car but they did. These two men were very unprofessional and downright creepy, I was grateful that we were in a well lit public place! Also beware that the attendants informed me that THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES OVER 5 YEARS OLD! So your older Vehicle is good enough for them to wash until things go wrong.Service: Car waxing

Very nice family, car comes out clean and almost completely dry. They take care of the details, hand spreading problem areas prior to going through the car wash, giving you a clean dusting cloth each time, offering free vacuums.

Shocker came into wave today and something was broke, not really shocked though. Left and went to Briteway in Telford all new wash equipment, I'll be going there for now on.
