I would recommend Bergey s Kia to everyone. I bought my car a few months ago which was a very pleasant experience to buy. Last Saturday it was time to take my new car in for my first oil change and tire rotation. The whole experience was pleasant. I was greeted by the manager, Curtis who was very nice and greeted me with a smile as well as offered me a cup of coffee. He let me know exactly where to take my car and helped get me checked in. The actual oil change and tire rotation was done in a very timely manner. The technician that worked on my car was Jacob. He came out to greet me and explained exactly what he was doing with my car. He seemed to be a very trustworthy mechanic and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend Bergey s Kia for all services! I will for sure be going back!

Service department overcharges, damages your vehicle, and could not care less. Sure, they tell you how great their service is when you are buying the vehicle, saying how they always wash the car when its in for service. They never do and the service department is incompetent including the manager who is afraid to talk to customers

I am very grateful to the Kia Service team in Lansdale. Always carefully treated the car and the car's owner. They diagnose the car, check everything and tell you in detail, as well as answer all questions. Leaving after the service, I feel safe knowing that the car is in order. I really appreciate it and thank you for the high level of service!

Brought the Kia in to have it checked out. Was told i needed new transmission and rack&pinion replaced. So had to cancel family vacation to pay over 3500 plus bucks to get it fixed,, as a deaf driver, my kids are telling me that the Kia is making a lot of noise,, i brought it back and they said they don t hear any noises after testing it out,, so i trusted them.. few weeks ago by i can feel it as I m driving it so i had to have someone ride with me that can hear it,, was told its soooo bad, brought it in to a different shop that s not Kia dealership and was looked at it , they said a lot of the bushing were damanaged from the transmission repaired ,, plus the transmission fluids were all over the driveway from one of the lines, i called Kia back and kia said they will fix it for extra costI should have read everyone reviews before going back to this placeI wish to put no stars however , i will never go back to that place ever. ,,,,,,,, ever!

WARNING !! KIA owners beware and Kia shoppers- potential owners proceed with caution. Unfortunately this is a service department disaster story which started a year ago. My original google review post ( 1 star ) was posted Dec, 2020. Time is money and I have spent 6 hours and my son has spent 6 hours as well since we've ha to drive 30 mins each way to drop off and pick up the car from improperly installed - loose wire connections, misdiagnosed repairs, improperly installed retainer clip which came off.If it hadn't happened to me, It would be almost unbelievable how bad this service/ repair experience has been. My son came home for Christmas break, a month after Bergey's Kia could not diagnose the problem with the turbo , charged me $146 without diagnosing the problem and said the mechanic determined nothing was wrong with the car and he felt the turbo worked fine. My son drove the car for the past month with no turbo engagement. The 2nd day back for his break, the check engine came on again with the same 2 engine codes (P0299 and P2565) both related to the turbo charger. I dropped off the Kia once again to have the service department find the cause. This time they agreed the turbo wasn't engaging and determined the cause was a retainer clip had come off. A retainer clip is designed not to come off by itself unless improperly installed. The service rep said they reinstalled the retainer clip and the turbo was working properly. When I went to pick up the car again, the service rep had the nerve to say they were not going to charge me a diagnostic fee ($146 which I had already paid a month ago when they couldn't diagnose the problem and told me the car drive fine and nothing was wrong with the turbo ). I told him I wanted to be reimbursed for the $146 diagnostic fee because the problem was their mechanic improperly installed the retainer clip which came loose and disengaged the turbo. He then said they put a lot of time into the car to try to figure out what the problem was. I had to point out we spent combined 12 hours to drop off and pick up the car because of their incompetence. If they had done it right the first time, all of this would have been avoided.

I had my 2014 Optima in for service, The car has its issues and they did a excellent job of explaining my options to me. I will get my cars serviced there again!

I took my Kia Forte for a steering wheel issue to complete some recall fixes. They did the recall repairs for free, but they charged me $150 to diagnose the steering wheel fix, quoting $1900 for the repair (they said steering column replacement and possible shaft replacement - if no shaft - $250). I took it to the local Mavis shop and they repaired it for $450, with only $20 in repair parts and now it works like new. I will never go there again, very disappointed.

Short story: I stopped twice and I was very interested and serious to buy one of their pre-owned certified cars. Drove it and all, then I was kindly and simply pointing out something that I didn't feel comfortable about the car's powertrain but the manager's attitude/response was very unprofessional. One of the highlights was "If you are not comfortable then don't buy". His tone was changing and I politely left and never went back.

On an initial glance, the dealership (recently purchased by Bergey's) still has a little ways to go in the area of polishing some "finishing touches."Of particular interest to those who do not like the frequently pressured atmosphere of many car dealerships, Bergey's Kia is a pleasant relief from that type of fast-paced, super-competitive world of automotive sales and service. Prices were certainly within what most people would expect. Definitely recommend.

My mom's car has been having engine trouble bad spark plugs and it's under warranty. We'll she took it here and they just moved around the bad spark plugs and wouldn't replace them. Her car has broke down again since and keeps having trouble don't ever go here horrible customer service!
